Cons: "delay due to lack of deicing equipment"
Cons: "Sat on tarmac for 20 mins because we were early..."
Pros: "Actually leaving the airport after 2 hours late was the best part."
Cons: "Not be hours late. And then when you finally land have to wait longer for an open gate cause they're doing work on the other ones. A lot of poor planning on this trip. Very disappointed in this experience cause I love to fly."
Pros: "Nice short flight, crew was nice."
Cons: "It was FREEZING throughout the entire flight. Freezing. No blankets. Missed having screen in seat but was able to start a movie on my phone so it was fine."
Pros: "There was plenty of space under the seat in front of me for my personal items."
Cons: "There was an issue with a part on the plane so the flight was delayed so it could get fixed before takeoff. That is not a big deal, I'd rather it be safe than on time. But the way crew and staff handled it was pretty unprofessional. No one seemed to know what was going on or what to do."
Pros: "Delta One product is among the best in domestic US."
Cons: "Let passengers know that Delta One has a special check in area."
Pros: "crew was friendly"
Pros: "Delta planes are spacious and great!"
Cons: "No complaints"
Cons: "Late and bumpy"
Pros: "Great crew. Seat was not too bad."
Cons: "Couldn’t hear boarding announcements. Lots of boarding confusion"
Cons: "Delta put me on an aisle rather than window I am broad shouldered and got pummeled throughout the flight by passengers and crew passing by Gal next to me fell asleep on my shoulder It was ok. She was attractive. :-)"
Cons: "Way crowded even in comfort plus Flight very late leaving Missoula Got to SLC just as flight was boarding for LA"
Pros: "Everything A-Z"
Cons: "They sell the headsets for $2!!!!!!"
Pros: "Smooth and comfortable flight."
Pros: "Crew was very pleasant"
Cons: "Old airplane. Everything was worn out and stained. Entertainment system is ancient. Economy seats are so small you can barely get in and out."
Pros: "Boarding was very smooth and the crew were helpful, efficient, and polite. There was a good assortment of entertainment."
Cons: "I ordered the beef tenderloin, medium. It came out extremely rare and I had already eaten some by the time I realized; the entire plate was filled with blood. I ended up sick to my stomach for the remainder of the flight. Average height to tall individuals do not fit well laying down in the seats."
Cons: "The three hour delay, the not having a pilot which delayed us even more, and then reduced service during the flight because they rushed us."
Pros: "Good entertainment selection and great crew"
Cons: "Seats are more uncomfortable relative to other airlines"
Pros: "I love flying Delta. We left on time and even landed about 20 minutes early and all our baggage was at baggage claim by the time we got there. There is also a great amount of tv/movie options to choose from on board. The flight went by so quickly."
Pros: "boarding the plane was simple and easy, and the flight crew, what I saw of them were friendly and attentive to first class only."
Cons: "another boarding passenger had to explain that I was in his seat, because the lockers/overhead bin for my row was over his row making seating confusing. the cabin seats were so close to each other that a normal sized person could not sit without elbowing the person next to him or her."
Pros: "I was moved to an end Seat, as I was in constant leg pain."
Cons: "I was zitting against my Neighbor as the Seats are so narrow."
Pros: "Not much. Boarding by "zone" works ok, but is no quicker than most other boarding methods."
Cons: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."
Pros: "Crew was amazing! Entertainment options were great"
Cons: "Need more than 1 option for breakfast"
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Business class seats were short whdn lay flat. Metal footrest at the end made it uncomfortable to hang feet off the end. Little privacy"
Cons: "Food, cramped seating."
Pros: "The nice staff and entertainment options."
Cons: "I usually fly delta and have a great experience - unfortunately my flight from Detroit to Seattle was not. To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. I hope this review helps for the next customers! Thank you."
Pros: "Fast easy on time"
Pros: "Anything from free WiFi, entertainment, leg room, commentary drinks and snacks. Great service!"
Cons: "They take them forever to find me another fly ,make miss my other fly, my work my time and my sleep"
Pros: "The food and enterntaibment are always nice. The captain was super friendly and opportune with his communications. Seating was as fast as possible and boarding was swift."
Pros: "Everything was executed well. Flight attendants were lovey & attentive"
Pros: "Like the airplane - Boeing 757. More comfortable than the 737."
Cons: "Don't like the towel dispenser location and function. Can't find it when standing and a bunch of them come out at one time."
Pros: "Delta could not help FAA regulations, so it was not their fault our initial flight was delayed an hour and 50 minutes. The gate agents in Missoula were fantastic in trying to help us figure out connection options to Baltimore."
Cons: "Missed original flight. I have been a premier customer of United for years. The only thing I've seen so far is extra baggage. When we first got our Amex Delta cards we boarded with sky. Now we are on much later."
Pros: "Smooth, easy, still long"
Cons: "Still long"
Pros: "Flight attrndants on delta are mostly ok-- but there are several with bad attitudes who cannot communicate They will just point at things and mumble incoherently with incomplete sentences They will not turn there hips when walking down the aisle to avoid hitting people & they"
Cons: "Flight attendants are miserable"
Pros: "The crew had the most amazing attitude. Very friendly. It really makes a big difference. Seemed like the positive attitude was contagious. Thanks to them."
Cons: "The seats were entirely too close. Not enough legroom. Legroom was easily two inches less than typical. I am 6'4" and I could not get my knees to go behind the seat in front of me. I had one knee in the aisle and the other between the two seats in front of me. I know I'm taller than average, but I don't think I'm asking too much. Just want to be able to sit normally."
Cons: "Not enough entertainment choices"
Pros: "Gate and plane crew helpful, smiling, courteous. On time and baggage provided quickly."
Cons: "Seats uncomfortable, no power, service predictable and boring snacks."
Pros: "Smooth flight"
Cons: "The entertainment on the app, bring back the good old tv's on the flight"
Pros: "Nonstop quick flight"
Pros: "smooth flight"
Cons: "I'm not sure if this staff is exhausted or just over there job, but they cow towed to a woman who made major complaints about the air conditioning and even gave her points to help her deal with the temperature. Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."
Pros: "Relatively painless."
Cons: "I do not like the seating and the need to be on a regional jet for more than an hour. Delta should think about passenger comfort when they consider their bottom line. You'll lose me as a customer."
Cons: "The flight was delayed multiple times without any explanations, and we barely made our connection in Atlanta. Also, Delta used a commuter plane that really is more suited to shorter flights. It's okay, but that's about the best that can be said for it."
Pros: "Games and videos were good. Food was ok."
Cons: "Not enough leg room. Need at least another 2 inches."
Pros: "Plane arrived on time"
Pros: "Seats were uncomfortable and badly maintained. Seatback stowage netting was detached and useless. There was an equipment change (new larger aircraft) I had a B (aisle seat) on the original aircraft and on the new plane my "B" seat became a middle seat. This was completely unsatisfactory."
Cons: "Lack of communication from flight deck or cabin crew as to engine shutdown and takeoff delay at MSO. Just plain irritating and completely unnecessary"
Cons: "We were delayed out of Chicago. I missed my connection and had to take an extra flight to reach my destination"
Cons: "More room in seats"
Pros: "The crew was amazing and the cabin was comfortable."
Cons: "No change required."
Pros: "Nothing at all."
Cons: "Could have had a polite crew, ran on time, or had internet that lasted more than 10 minutes after I paid for it. I'll never fly united again."
Pros: "On time good leg room"
Pros: "These people have no idea who or what United Airlines is. They work for Delta, and make sure they tell everyone about it."
Cons: "See above. The flight itself was fantastic. Larger planes are the best! Thank you!"
Pros: "United flight left without me! I was there in time...45 minutes early... but sitting in another one of their planes waiting to get off the connecting flight!"
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "Flight attendants were very nice"
Cons: "Not much legroom in economy"
Cons: "No air conditioning... the plane was hot"
Pros: "The flight from MSO to DEN on United always involves small planes. Almost always the crew and attendant() are efficient and friendly. Tonight though our attendant made us all feel like we were in 1st class. She called everyone by their names when serving (Mr. O'Connor could I get you a beverage?), checked on us multiple times and was so friendly that she stood way out!"
Cons: "Squealing brake pads need some attention"
Pros: "Flight attendants were exceptional. Loading was quick and easy. The flight left the gate on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "I am old enough that I still feel insulted getting a tiny bag of pretzels on a flight."
Pros: "Very timely! Flight attendants were great!"
Cons: "Seats don’t recline much."

Pros: "Wifi worked well. Seat was comfortable. Plenty of room."
Pros: "The panctuality and the service were really excellant."
Pros: "I loved the ground crew. Flights were delayed, but they kept us informed an expedited turn around. Also I had to change flights to get home and their phone-support was perfect. Hey, they even had a cookie on the last flight that was quite good - go figure!"
Cons: "On board service!!!!!"
Cons: "Crew did not communicate well with ground crew on maintenance issue, causing us to sit on plane for 2:20 hours."
Cons: "Original flight was rebooked, and I almost missed seeing my dying grandmother. Got no apology for this huge inconvenience and stress."
Cons: "lack of storage space overhead. cramped seating. old plane. no wifi or entertainment."
Pros: "I had a little bit extra leg room"
Cons: "Maintenance delays on both legs more than 2 hours of delays put a huge damper on spending time with family. And I have never met a more rude gate attendent. Made me feel like I was not a person. Extremely disrespectful."
Pros: "No flight"
Pros: "Super friendly and helpful"
Cons: "all pretty good"
Pros: "Everything went better than expected, no line, easy flights , short layovers. Everything just went smooth."
Pros: "- Flight arrived on-time - Well appointed terminals in ORD and SFO - Good cabin crew"
Cons: "- Economy seats are too small (I'm average sized). - United flights that are close to full never seem to have enough room for carry on luggage. This was no exception. As a result, people line up 45 minutes before the flight in order to get on first so they can claim overhead bin space. There should be a better way to manage this."
Pros: "The layovers that I had in Denver were the perfect amount of time. Boarding and baggage was a breeze."
Cons: "It's flying so there isn't much room in the seats but that is to be expected."
Pros: "staff very professional"
Cons: "small seats"
Cons: "It was delayed"
Cons: "Just awful. Original flight was cancelled, delaying my travel schedule. Airlines did a horrible job giving us timely updates on flight status, thus hindering us in trying to find alternate flights or travel options. Upon arrival in Rome almost 24 hours later, almost half of the flight's passengers had bags that didn't even mare it onto the plane. I was among them. What carelessness, and stupidity on the part of united employees. Horrible inconvenience, worst travelling experience that I've ever had!"
Pros: "Pittsburgh International Airport's wheelchair service was excellent (provided separate from United Airlines)."
Cons: "I was traveling for the first time in crutches. As soon as I approached the check-in counter, the lady at the counter asked me rudely "Are you checking in any luggage?". I first told her that I requested assistance getting to the gate and asked if it would be by a wheelchair or a cart. She didn't answer the question, and repeated the same question. Since I had one carry-on size bag, I asked if I need to check it in, or if I can bring it with me when they help me get to the gate. To which she replied in a very irritated tone, "I'm asking you if you need to check it in! Can you bring the bag on-board and put it away in the overhead bin YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY HELP?", hinting that no one will provide any help... At this point, I went ahead and checked in my bag. Thank God the wheelchair service is provided by a separate vendor, because he was wonderful and helpful. While we waited to board, the flight was delayed a few times. I could not hear the announcement from where I was sitting, but I noticed people started to make a line by the central info counter. 4:42pm, I received the cancellation notice via email. Because of my injury, I was unable to wait in line for long, so I chose to sit and wait next to the counter, until the line got shorter. 1 hour later, the line was growing even longer. 6pm, I re-booked a new flight for the next day via iPhone app, however, it was still showing the old boarding pass that I was automatically re-booked for. I still had to talk to someone from United to confirm, also to ask for wheelchair to get back to the main building, so I continued to wait. At one point, one of the United employees moved to the side counter to make a call re: another flight that arrived. I went and stood right in front of her and said "Excuse me, I have a quick question about wheelchair service". She looked at me right in my eyes, but she started talking to the other person on the phone. After she hung up, she ignored me and went back to the center counter, leaving me confused as to what just happened... At this point, I did not even want to make another attempt to ask for help. 7:20pm, the line went down to 3 people; a gentleman with a bad knee, another gentleman with a bad leg and myself on crutches... Am I the only one to think there is something wrong with this picture? 7:40pm, I was finally on the way back to the main building with a wheelchair service, which by the way is run by a group of amazing people. I am not complaining about the delays and cancellations. I understand it happens. I am not expecting that someone like me with temporary disability automatically receives first place in line. I do, however, wish United was more aware of some people who are in need of assistance, while being fair to other passengers. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for people with disabilities to travel with United Airlines."
Cons: "United delayed the flight. This information became available about an hour in advance- well after we drove two hours (We live in Montana) to get to the airport. The attendants said / not our problem. I called United's Customer Service number to discuss ways of mediating the delay that resulted in us missing the wedding venue and entire reason we booked the $1400 flight. I again got a "not my problem" response- no the flights can be modified, no we will not provide vouchers, no we really don't care that our poor quality and service cost you and your family tremendously in time, effort, and lost memories. I know we are at the mercy of airlines, but what a painful disappointment. My experience with Delta has been better and I suggest avoiding United Airlines if other flight options exist.... Even consider a very long drive over the use of the airline."
Pros: "Ahead of schedule and pleasant"
Cons: "Tv was subpar"
Cons: "I have flown with United on many occasions, several of which were international flights however I was never more uncomfortable on a flight than I was in economy on my flight from ORD to SAN."
