Pros: I liked that it was a quick ride and we arrived safely even though there was a lot of turbulence during landing. I also liked that the plane was very new and clean and neat!

Cons: Not having to pay for Carry-on luggage. I would have been able to pack more of the things I wanted--like on a regular Airline.

Cons: Not to be delayed for an hour and it being announced 10 min before boarding

Cons: I understand this is a cheap airline. However their flow to measure every bag is terrible. Each passenger with a carry on has to line up to get a sticker. Then a second line to board the plane. It was schedule to leave 7.09 am departed at 8 am. I really do not like this airline but was the only available option

Cons: Boarding system , expensive and low quality food for sale on board, entertainment on board, unhelpful stewardess staff, deplaning system keep us waiting for half an hour to open the airplane door at the Cancun airport gate

Cons: When I checked in on line, I was asked to choose my seat. However, there were no seats available that were free of added charge. I had to pay another $50.00 for a seat. I do believe, when I have a confirmed ticket, I should not have to pay an additional charge for a seat.

Pros: The plane was very comfortable and clean. The seats were larger than those on other economy flights. In flight wi fi entertainment was great, as long as you have a device.

Cons: The flight was delayed from 9:35 PM to 10:15. No announcements were made at the gate. We were all standing around (no seats left) and only had text or email notifications informing us. I overheard crew say it was entirely avoidable, and the fault of some crew that weren't at the right place on time

Pros: plane was completely full , but the seating seemed comfortable for the short flight ( 1 hour ).

Cons: bags were a bit delayed in delivery to baggage claim.

Cons: Horrible and first flight was 1h45min late which made me miss my connecting flight. The transit airport was also a horrible experience to spend many endless hours in.

Pros: Being on time at departure and arrival is a challenge, but despite having a completely filled cabin, they made it look easy.

Cons: I boarded in Group 4 and all bins were full. So my carry on case had to be checked (several others’ cases as well). This caused me a 30 minute delay at baggage claim and some minor scuffs on an item that wasn’t designed for checking in. These are 2 reasons why I no longer check in. 3 is lost items.

Pros: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Cons: Plane was way too hot and stuffy, wasn't until about 20 min into flight before started to cool down.

Pros: Extra legroom is worth paying for.

Cons: They need to organize the lines for boarding better and the fact that they have constant delays in schedule makes the airline look bad and undesirable.

Pros: This was the only direct flight I found to Cancun which is a big plus. The price appeared cheap and I had recently flown on Frontier on a package trip booked through Funjet Vacations so was aware that seats are small, not well padded, do not recline at all and have the world's smallest tray for your beverages.

Cons: When I checked in I discovered that we would have to pay $30-35 for checked or carry on bags each way! Only if you are booked through Apple or Fun Jet are you allowed one free checked bag so beware! This increased the cost by at least $60 per person if you can keep it down to just one bag per person. Also, there are not any complimentary drinks, you will be charged for everything. Lastly, my TS-pre check status doesn't matter since Frontier does not participate.

Cons: The flight was VERY late (about 4 hours late) with no reconciliation for the massive tardiness

Pros: The cree is amazing, the seat is too small and uncomfortable. The seats are only good for real short trip.

Cons: Flight was delayed 1 hour for crew not showing up. contacted customer service 2 times on phone and was promised to get travel voucher in 24-48 hours. Never got that. On 3rd time contact I was asked to email their support I did one week ago and nobody bothered to respond yet. Typical United!

Cons: Flight was delayed and updated departures times were changed more than 4 times. Latest update schedule time was 3:58 am. I did go home then I got updated email saying flight is departing at 2:30 am. . So confusing.. no clear departure timings. I could’ve missed the flight and my plans got ruined.
