Cons: Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy.

Pros: Once again, the in-flight crew was excellent. The flight was good, but no entertainment is provided.
Cons: Another late take off, probably because the incoming connections were late. So it was good that the airline delayed the connecting flights. However, this leg of the trip was so late that I barely made it to third leg of the trip. A huge problem is that each of these international airports require that you go through the security check again. For that reason, connecting legs of trips through these airports should not be scheduled so close together. Heathrow is the worst, with security staff that, at best, don’t care that you have a close connection to make and just ignore your pleas to speed up the process, and at worst, are just plain rude.

In seat entertainment TV worked very poorly - very slow response to pressing buttons and very slow load of content.

Pros: This was a fantastic flight -- the crew were very friendly and helpful, the legroom was great for "regular" economy class, and the flight was on time. The direct flight was so much nicer with young children than having connections. Would fly again any time.

Cons: There were screaming ( not just crying...but SCREAMING at a shrill pitch) for the entire 10 hour flight. I was never so ready to get off of a plane in my life. The staff tried to appease the many different situations as best they could, but they got wore out before the end of the the flight. There were people not sitting in their assigned seats, so mealtime was totally boggled and some got fed a full hour before the rest us is on the tail end of the serving. The last meal ( after I FINALLY got food, we had turbulence, so they stopped serving drinks to go with the meal, and no one ever came back and continued where they left off, so I ate my meal without a drink. I don't blame the airline because it was the many children in that section that made it absolutely miserable for everyone on board, but it was the worst flight I have ever taken...hands down.

Pros: Big airplane and therefore no turbulence. Food was good for airplane food. Boarding was pretty fast considering the number of people. Didn't have problems finding overhead luggage space
Cons: Sat next to the bathroom and therefore repeatedly got bumped by people and carts as they passed. The stewardess was polite but had an obvious fake smile pasted on her face. A bit more honest facial expression would have been more comfortable.

Cons: Business class seats were regular seats with the middle seat unused. The "meal" on this early flight (had to leave the house around 4:30am to get to it) was light. I'm glad I had the time to stop at the business lounge first. I don't recall any entertainment system, which isn't a big issue on this short flight.

Cons: This airline has little respect for its customers. In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was.

Our next connecting flight got cancelled without notice so we got booked on the next flight 3 hours later. My complain on their web site after this poor trip has been acknowledged automatically but completely ignored by the customer service.

Pros: the boarding went very smoothly. We arrived at our destination on time.
Cons: I felt quite thirsty and didn't get anything to drink on the short flight. Most of the flight I slept so I'm not sure if I just missed the serving of a drink. I almost was not able to fit our carry on luggage since it only fit in the center bins which were almost all full. There was no entertainment system.

Cons: I was denied boarding. No one told me that my passport had to be 6 mo. to expiration. Why the hell do you even put an expiration date if you're going to deny all travels prior to 6 months?

Cons: Already checked in and then flight canceled 10 hours before departure. Paid for preferred seating but rebooked on smaller aircraft full and had to sit in last row. Not happy and arrived 2 hours latet than original flight. Tried to explain this at gate to American employee but she told me to sit down until name was called. Probably could have had better seats earlier if she could have listened to my issue but she wouldn't listen to me. Didn't even have the chance to tell her what had happened.

Pros: A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.
Cons: Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.

Pros: To be fair. The flight is only 50 minutes. By th time you get a drink it's time to land. It is completely unfair to the staff to have to do that. A flight like that. Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal.
Cons: It's always a cramped flight. Nothing to be done except use a bigger, more spacious plane. The good thing is it's the fastest way to get to Chicago from where I lived it would take 6hrs by car.

Pros: JAL is customer oriented and it's always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, though the return trip is also JAL, the cabin crew isn't.

Cons: Only suggestion would be to make the connection process a little easier. If the passenger doesn't speak English, the fact you need to print the international ticket in Miami, then re-enter at checkpoint might create confusion.

Cons: The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience.

Pros: They had a great selection of movies, each passenger received a blanket and pillow without having to ask, the crew was friendly and professional, and the takeoff and landing were smooth.
Cons: During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!

Cons: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Pros: First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free.

Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience

Cons: They forced us to check our bags at the gate even though we had an international connection to make in London--to continue flying to Chicago. As a result, we had to go through customs and security in London, and would have most definitely missed our connecting flight back home to the States if not for a woman in customs at Heathrow who let us cut to the front of the line. I will never fly Iberia again and will be lodging a formal complaint.

Pros: Not once have I had a positive experience on American Airlines. I actually booked this ticket 4 times before finally receiving a fully confirmed itinerary. Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company.
Cons: On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up.

Pros: My rerun flight was overbooked so they had to find another flight for me and one other in my group of 4. Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvienience. They did manage to find a direct flight that departed s couple hours later.

Pros: Chaos at the airport, but as soon as inside the airplane almost everything was excellent. Head stewardess in Eco was phenomally friendly
Cons: One staff member extremely unfriendly to everybody. Also, Iberia was not able to sit groups together.

Cons: Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Entertainment was non-existent. They offered us pretzels which is hardly an inspiring food choice. Prior to boarding the airplane the alarm got triggered in the gate were waiting in, took over 10 min for them to deactivate it. Staff were seen just casually standing around.

Pros: 747 has smaller cabins so even economy doesn't feel like cattle class.
Cons: Standard food choices poor, chicken ran out after 5 rows. Mushroom risotto unrecognizable. Worth paying for an upgraded meal. Drinks service woeful, only 1 or 2 at seat services on 9.5 hour flight.

Pros: Flight run smooth and they treat us well.

Pros: Security lines were failrly fast, the flight left and arrived on time and the service in the plane was good great job
