Pros: "The crew was great throughout the 12 hour flight, the entertainment was varied as always, the flight time for departure and arrival was almost spot on."
Cons: "Due to the fact that I didn’t know my gate number and that my bags were going straight to destination, I waited for all the bags to be dispensed at the carousel which never came. I later rushed through security check and told one of the officers that my connecting flight’s last call was in 15 min. She then placed me in front of 20-25 people. I was the last person to board the plane. All of this could have been avoided had the printing machine write my gate number and the ticketing crew tell me about my bag. They were too casual overall. I want United to give me a cash credit for my next flight. Every flight that I’ve taken with them has always had a hiccup on one leg of the flight or the other."
Pros: "This was one of the worst domestic flights I’ve ever taken. United Airlines had a maintenance problem I’m delayed this plane by one hour every hour for six hours keeping us captive at the airport !! Horrible service horrible Airline I will try to avoid this at all costS."
Pros: "Boarding was organized and prompt. Crew was fantastic."
Cons: "Flight was to short."
Cons: "The United crew really needs an attitude check. How can someone be angry at 6 am?"
Pros: "Reached SFO safely. Thank God!"
Cons: "Awfully rude and uncaring cabin crew. Especially a guy named Eric. Bumped my shoulder with service cart when Zi was sleeping. Ignored me when I tried to catch his attention several times. Didn’t care a damn about offering a vegetarian meal/snack. Both times only available meal was non vegetarian. Normally the crew tries to accommodate and offer some options. But Eric said this was it...take it or leave it. Just so rude and uncaring. No entertainment in head rest in front. Internet was extremely spotty and the charging station would stop after some time automatically :("
Pros: "They find an option though TPE as I missed my connection in SFO."
Cons: "Had a middle seat while I need a window to sleep in the plane. Was wasted on arrival."
Pros: "Legroom - they held flgt"
Cons: "terminals too far apart for reasonable transfer"
Cons: "12+ hour flight with no working outlet to charge phone or headphones. When I asked to move to a seat that had a charger, they basically said no - even though there were about 20 open seats in the next "economy class" level. So for 6 hours, after my phone died, I basically stared at the wall and then had no phone to assist with my directions or hotel reservations once we landed. Food was not good. Plane was old, and had a few random screens playing a movie that kept freezing and had to be restarted."
Pros: "Loved the fast boarding and quick flight! The crew did their best to inform us about our various delays."
Cons: "Cmon dudes, just plan ahead. Don't leave us to taxi on the tarmac for an hour before take off, only to do the same once we land! This shouldn't take quite so long."
Pros: "The free in-flight entertainment was great. I appreciate it being free as it makes up for some of the other issues of not being able to sit next to fellow travelers on the low-fare"
Pros: "Everthing, except the typical cramped quarters."
Cons: "The cramped seating"
Pros: "Everything was great all around"
Pros: "Fast no problems"
Pros: "Short flight.... no food or ENT. But quick easy and pretty on time. Thx."
Pros: "Gate staff was nice."
Cons: "Difficult to understand steward on flight"
Cons: "Flight delayed"
Pros: "Nice easy one. Quick flight, on time, no issues."
Cons: "$6 for one hour of TV is ridiculous"
Pros: "The first leg of my journey was on time, a little early, even."
Cons: "The second leg was delayed, and the flight crew seemed confused about why. The chairs on the planes were quite uncomfortable, and gave all three of my party some kind of bodily pain."
Pros: "Comfy seats and liked that we actually got blankets for the Red Eye. Lots of airlines don't provide anything anymore."
Cons: "Boarding took quite a while."
Pros: "I left wallet on plane. And I didn't realize until After I left aurport While it has not been found yet, United reps really did everything to find. I Thank them for the effort"
Pros: "I had a special meal and they were mindful to bring it and check that everything was okay."
Cons: "I downloaded the United app for entertainment but for some reason, I wasn't able to watch movies. It kept giving me an error. Make sure you download the app before the flight and that you have the latest version! At least they were playing movies and shows on the main screens."
Cons: "Waited for clearance to take off for about 10-15 minutes on the tarmac."
Cons: "Worst trip ever! United overbooked the flight, and then I got delayed in LAX and had to cancel my trip all together! No planes in to Duluth or MSP until Monday. Had to fly home to Monterey!! Totally pissed customer right now"
Cons: "This flight was my third delayed United flight in under 3 days. I will not be flying with United again. Absolutely unacceptable."
Pros: "The fact that priceline said there was nothing they could do."
Cons: "The fact that my pregnant wife and i were stranded in la guardia airlort and had to shovel out 800 dollars for last minute one way flights."
Cons: "One of the male flight attendants was rude. Never seen such an impolite flight attendant before. Tapped my shoulder from behind to ask what drink i wanted which freaked me out, refused to lend a pen to passengers sitting next to me saying they could borrow one from ME and loaded extra snack for strangers sitting next to me on my table without telling me what you to do with them - am i a sandwich distrubutor who is supposed to stay awake till other passengers wake up to eat snack? I almost thought he was a racist that refused to talk to people who seem to speak no English. If that's the case, he'd better learn other languages so he can actually COMMUNICATE with passengers."
Cons: "THe sits where very uncomfortable."
Cons: "I'm still at the airport !!!"
Pros: "Getting home."
Pros: "The welcoming feeling that I received from the flight attendants."
Cons: "There was a drunk man on the flight. He kept making so many disruptions."
Pros: "Crew was able to get most of those delayed onto the incomming flight which was also delayed."
Cons: "The fact that united has no spare planes in case of a delay. Not cool."
Pros: "Direct TV on the flight was limited to the channels available. While I like The Lego Movie, I would also prefer more choices."
Cons: "I am 5'10" and my knees were pressed into the seat in front of me for the entire trip. Essentially, I didn't fit in the seats."
Pros: "Flight status on time"
Pros: "Price was great and flight crew was nice."
Pros: "Timeliness and orderliness"
Cons: "There was a long time delay. The inflight crew seemed to have an issue with helping you and when you did finally get a stewardess/steward, they will tell you to wait. No hot towel and almost an 8 hour wait to get your meal on a 13 hr flight!!!"
Pros: "Your staff was great"
Cons: "Although I am not enough of a united member to check into your club, I am in the military and I was told by your staff that checked me into my flight, that I could use the United Club as a military member. I went to the United Club in Narita going to the states I was allowed to go into the club. On my way back in went back to the same club and was told because I'm not going to Afghanistan I wasn't allowed into the Club. I walked away shaking my head at that. I guess because I am in S. Korea for a year without my family, that isn't good enough to be in your club."
