Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. We were stuck on the tarmac for an hour without anyone telling us what was going on. We had to return to the gate to refuel and we left at the time we were suppose to arrive to Charlotte."

Cons: "Mobile boarding passes did not work and required us to go back to the service counter and print the tickets. Luckily we had time but this was a hassle given we were traveling with our 3 year old. The woman at the service desk quickly helped us print the passes but stated the mobile boarding passes tended to not scan. They should have told us to print the passes the first time we were at the counter if they knew the mobile passes tend to not work."

Cons: "Flight cancelled and had to travel 60 miles at my expense to a different airport to get another flight same day"

Pros: "Everyone had to relocate to 3 different gates which was a bit annoying. Because I was tired i was not as patient as I normally am but was finally glad that we boarded and was on my way back home."

Cons: "One hour delay on account of missing signatures from some mechanic according to the captain’s weak and shallow account of the facts. Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

Pros: "After we were boarded and ready to take off, the power on the place went off. They kept us there without any AC or even air draft for about an hour. It was hot and stuffy. They took forever to let us know what was going on. Everything else went well. I just wished they had kept us appraised on a more timely manner and had done something to control the temperature of the plane."

Cons: "We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore."

Also, my bag and the bags of a few other people didn’t come through after UA22. There was a woman working at the computer at baggage claim #5 (I didn’t get her name) who called and radioed people regarding our missing luggage. It eventually showed up, but we were all getting very nervous because of the long delay. Thanks to that woman, it all turned out fine."

Cons: "The stewardess was Young and NOT the epitome of the Friendly skies. She lived upto a my expectatuons of a stereotypical Millenial! She served us, but not well. Not what I have come to expect from the Friendly skies. All others have been gooD or better."

The flight left on time and the flight attendant was not only kind and professional she went out of her way to make sure each passenger got personal attention. I fly very regularly and this was one of the top 3 experiences I have ever had. I will definitely fly United again and hope to be lucky enough to have Linda as my flight attendant."

Montgomery, M.D. phone: 713.599.1144 on June 9th and was treated for uncontrolled Blood Pressure. I was advised to reschedule my flight after a follow-up appointment on June 23rd. On June 10th I Called United to reschedule my June 11th flight and was referred to Lowestfare.com at 800.678.0998. I spoke to Albert and explained my situation and was told that I couldn't reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Jane who only confirmed that I couldn't reschedule and nothing could be done. Not allowing customers with verifiable medical excuses to reschedule their flight is a shameful business practice."

This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this"

This was frustrating given that there were numerous first class tickets available on various third party sites and united.com that would have been able to get us there the next day. Long story short I spent another $2300 to book a new flight with delta and I will never use United ever again."

I did not get any help boarding my flight which happened to be an express flight. The young stewardess took my crutches from me the moment I stepped foot on the plane. And I couldn't get any help getting off the plane."
