The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit

Long 5 hour and 45 min flight and only one drink service and cookie snack

Seats were roomy. Lavatories were surprisingly big and clean. Plenty of entertainment available. We were fed and offered drinks, multiple times during the flight.

British Airways staff are very polite and willing to help.

Worst seats I’ve ever had !!! The seats were very narrow and uncomfortable and misaligned with the seats in front of mine leading to bottom of the seat in front of mine pressing on my legs for 15.5 hours !

I got bumped due to weight restrictions even tho there were empty seats on my flight. I got put on an other flight with a stopover. My flight that originally was going to take 5-6 hours ever up being 14+ hours and my luggage arrived to my destination without me because I was made to check in my luggage on my original flight when I was deemed ok to board only to be asked to deplane. Worst flight experience.

We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!

Promised lounge access, gate agent didn't allow us entry.

Due to an issue with the plane. We waited almost 2 hours to take off. The service reps were great. We had a longer layover but was able to run for it and catch our flight. This also happened on our way out. Maybe the planes need a good look over. The people who work front desk and flight attendants are the best

Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.

Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
