When I got to the waiting area, it was full but when the time came to board, rgete was no plane. The women where you would show your ticket, gave the news saying there was a maintenance problem and that it be an extra half hour wait. We never did see the plane but ultimately, Noone ever saw the plane because there was a fire on one engine. Needless to say, the wait time before it was announced what really happened, was a few hours. Many, many missed their plane transfer because they entered their first train. Also, the electronic info panels up on the different wall for all to see the status of each flight, never stated anything having to do with the long, long hold up. Many people had major problems because they had to swith planes during their trip and that never happened...

Qatar airways ,boarding arrangements at Hamid international airport could been better
Bags took over and hour to come out. Delays due to wind caused rebooking.
Services, food products, and crew friendliness on American Airlines international flights is mediocre compared to Emirates, Qatar, and Singapore Airways. American does not do much to differentiate its product on international routes. Its menu options are similar on international flights. American Airlines flight attendants do not call elite frequent travelers by their names; American Airlines flight attendants do not seem to be motivated to go above and beyond in the service they provide. American Airlines personnel do not seem to take pride in their work.
Great flight - friendly and attentive team! Seats in coach were comfy, but a little cramped - but that is the case with all airlines ;)
Not great. Booked Extra seats and got nothing extra at all. It’s basically a big budget airline.
The flight was fine. This survey is not. There is no option for N/A so items which don’t apply to my experience still must be rated. In those instances I give a “3” rating which ultimately skews the results.
They only offered water for Group 6. Awful announcements from the Crew. Couldn't understand a single word. Barely came by for the trash afterwards. Man, I love water for a premium flight. Wow. Water in a cup.
Wish they had the seat-back video screens for watching movies or playing games.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
I've had bad flights with InterCaribbean before (cancellations, no gate agents, etc.), but this one went perfectly smoothly!
Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
