The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day."

The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least."

Delta knew this 30 minutes before my flight landed and yet Delta did not post or communicate that the flight was going to be delayed and then ultimately cancelled because there was NO PILOT. Of course when they scheduled the flight for the following day not only did they not have a full crew, they had NO PLANE. On the whole, it was pretty terrible."

The woman at the gat told me I had too many bags. It’s not a bag lady. It’s fried rice. She was not friendly. At least smile when you tell me to combine my takeout bag and my very small cross-body bag that is barely big enough to hold my Iphone. Most of the announcements in flight were muffled and hard to hear. The safety speech was really quite terrible. I think someone was torturing her to do it. It was really quite painful to listen to....."

Cons: "The preboarding process by American Airlines was really bad. My passport was looked at 6 times before I boarded. This is after going though passport control by Spain officials at the airport. AA has people waving you down the aisle looking at your passport and sending you to then Verify my boarding pass and that I had documents ok to travel, they told me I did and still sent me over to a security person who asked more questions than the immigration officials in the US, he then sent me to the counter to get my passport scanned ( not sure what that meant), after waiting 10 minutes of waiting the counter clerk asked me what I needed and I told her I was sent there, it was evident there was no reason for me to be there and she printed my boarding pass, which I didn’t need since I had a mobile pass. Then when boarding the aee two people asking a bunch of questions about people having control of their items and looking at your documents which the person who scans to board does again...really very inefficient and slow, it sure it is really helping with safety. Could be done smoother, faster and a lot less people."

Pros: "I am handicapped so I was concerned about my walker and ability to use stairs etc. The crew on the plant and boarding area couldn’t have been more helpful. I was impressed by the comfortable seats and friendly stewardesses. After the plane landed the first officer went to get my walker so I didn’t have to wait."

Cons: "A passenger caused a delay in security, and as I'm rushing for the gate, the agent closed the door and told me I couldn't board. She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

Cons: "I don't usually do reviews, but this experience has prompted me too. I usually pick American over other airlines even if the price is slightly higher but after this last fiasco I doubt I will fly with them again. From the start of the trip there was a delay. I was told that I would have to stay in a hotel in Charlotte because I would miss my connecting flight. I agreed and waited for my flight that was nearly 2 hours late. I arrived in Charlotte and retrieved my bag as instructed and went to the counter. The lady then stated that it was probably best if I tried to get on the last remaining flight even though it showed sold out because "there have been delays all day and plenty of people have been missing their connecting flights". So I rechecked my bag and headed to the game. This flight was delayed, as it was the last for the night, so that all the connecting flights could be made. Okay, that is fair enough....even though I didn't get to board and now I no longer had my bag as this is now on the plane. 30 minutes after the plane left I finally get my voucher for motel along with a $12 voucher for food that can only be used in the terminal restaurants......which are now closed for the night. After 30 minutes of trying to contact the hotel for shuttle information I was advised that they were no longer taking airline vouchers. I , again, approached the ticket counter and I was advised that I "would just have to wait because there are no rooms in the system at this time." And none of this instruction seemed professional or accommodating. After another hour I was approached that now there are no other options in their system for accommodations and I would have to pursue options on my own. So......the higher priced one way ticket just became $100 more at no fault of my own."

She was very short in her responses, and seemed annoyed at the fact I needed help, getting my new ticket indicating I had a lap infant, as it was in my reservation. Ultimately, I had to report I had an infant with me at the flight gate, even though this was my second flight with AA that day."

Nowhere around the gate, on any monitors, did we see our flight number posted. Three airline attendants, at three different desks, at our gate were all talking at the same time announcing flights. I heard our flight # announced once. My husband asked one of the attendants about our flight and they said it was delayed an hour. That was BS. We nearly missed our flight because it was boarding at that time."

I called and someone got my onto an earlier flight, but when we showed up at the gate, we found out she hadn't finished the transaction and now there weren't enough seats for us. We were supposed to land in RIC by 2, but by the time we got a flight (which was again delayed), it was almost 10pm. The only helpful person I dealt with was John, who took my call to get us on another flight."

Pros: "Our flight was on time. Economy plus seats were roomy. Also, we had gate checked car seats and the pilots waited to ensure that they were delivered before de planing."

The flight was most likely canceled because of an incoming flight that never arrived. Stayed at hotel on my own dime after wasting an entire day. Completely unacceptable and will never use airline for this route again."

Cons: "Was asked to check my carry on bag, because the flight was full. Meaning they sold the seat I purchased for my wife (who was unable to make the flight). I did so, but when I looked in the overhead bin after the flight, it was empty. When we arrived in Denver, I waited at the baggage carousel, watched everyone pick up there bags, until there were only 5 or 6 bags going around. I then went to a counter behind the carousel and asked about my bag. I was only then told that my bag had been there the whole time I was waiting."

My original flight to Milwaukee with stop in Chicago was cancelled. This was a flight that took me to Denver and then Milwaukee. Therefore cold for over two hours. Not a good experience with United."

Cons: "Had a three hour wait for an aircraft. The wait was for a flight to come in form Ottawa. There seemed to be plenty of other aircraft sitting around O'Hara not being used. Also the deicing process can use some much needed review. Having to wait over an hour for a deice unit to come to the aircraft is just way inefficient and I would think more costly to the company. It is certainly irritating to your customers who have just spent three, maybe five or more hours in a crappy air terminal waiting to get the heck out and on their way home."

Cons: "Na"

Cons: "I did not like it took an ENTIRE hour for the passengers and MYSELF to get our bags off of baggage claim. Our flight landed @ 11:38 pm we did NOT get till an hour later! I will be contacting corporate!"

Pros: "The flight was smooth and arrived early."
Cons: "The seats were extremely uncomfortable. After 30 minutes, it felt like you were sitting on ply-wood. Seats did not recline at all. No leg room. Flight attendants stayed to themselves during the flight and seem to do the absolute minimum. Luggage retrieval took forever."

Pros: "Comfortable seats and friendly crew."
Cons: "* Lack of information on what ended up being almost a one hour delay from the departing gate. * Sat on tarmac for 20-30 minutes waiting for a gate to open up."

Pros: "I liked how both outgoing and returning flight were early/on time! Crew was very friendly. Plane clean. Will definitely fly Frontier in the future."
Cons: "Of course, paying for carry on is absolutely ridiculous. I don't really drink pop while on plane, BUT $2.99 per can of pop is robbery. I can't even tell you how greedy that is."

Cons: "The payment for seat, carry on, luggage is ridiculous. Never again"

Cons: "Flight delay. Missed my flight and attendant at gate 16d was very rude when she returned. I could have got on plane If she had been at her station."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hours, which I didn't get the text message until after I had dropped the rental car and was waiting in line to check my luggage. so many hidden fees.... would have been cheaper to go with delta."

Pros: "It was cheap if you don't check any bags or bring an extra carry on."
Cons: "The check in process was brutal. Line went from the back wall of check in all the way to the opening near security at MCO. Understaffed, staffed in the wrong places, NO staff helping with kiosks, and we almost missed out flight because it took so long."

Cons: "Canceled the flight for no reason."

Pros: "Everything went smoothly and on time"
Cons: "Having flown multiple times on Frontier, I find it odd that you never hear anything from the cockpit. Like: Welcome passengers. estimated time in flight, crusing altitude, estimated arrival time, weather at destination, starting decent, etc. Of course, as an ex-military and corporate aviation pilot, the more I know the more comfortable and connected I feel."

Cons: "Clean the seats off!"

Cons: "I had to wait over an hour to get my bag at the San Francisco airport"

Pros: "On both flights the crew was extremely friendly, fun and accommodating. Both flights took off on time and our flight home landed 45 minutes early!"
Cons: "The seats are not the most comfortable. You do have to watch out for all the added fees: checked bags, carryon bags, seats (you actually have to pay separately for your seat), food, drinks, etc.. When comparing costs - you need to add everything up. In our case, Frontier was still around $150 less than Delta. But don't be fooled by the low fare when you still have to buy a seat and pay for baggage."

Cons: "Plane comfort is average."

Pros: "Price was good for a direct flight"
Cons: "Pretty much everything else. I checked in online - where they clearly state that there will be a bag drop for prepaid checked luggage. There was not. Instead there were three people behind the counter (only two were actually taking anyone from the long line) - who seemed completely confused. They at least knew that the gate had changed, but they didn't know where it had been changed to. I found it. It then proceeded to change 3 more times. The final change was not announced, we all just followed another passenger who had seen the change listed on the airport departure screen. The final gate was "39" a door in a hallway that opened up onto a tarmac. We waited there about 30 minutes (after the scheduled boarding time) before the door opened. They had no scanner for passes, so the attendant had to write things down on paper when we showed him our passes!! The actual cabin is tight, but that's to be expected. What wasn't expected was the random turning off and on of overhead lights throughout the (red-eye) flight. It was like a torture technique. To round out this great experience, the flight attendant instructed us to de-board the plane in order. Row 1 (left side) then row 1 (right), etc. This clearly pissed off many passengers who had no carry-on luggage and could have just walked off while those with stuff in overheads waited. When I finally got to exit the plane, I heard a guy somewhere behind me say "f-you" to the crew as they gave us the traditional "have a good day". We all felt the same, just didn't say so."

Cons: "It was almost 3 hours dleyed and nobody explain why, and we walk to airplan from outside it was terable."

Pros: "The employees were nice."
Cons: "The line at the airport to drop off my luggage (which was prepaid) was crazy long as most people had not prepaid and some were trying to pay with cash (which Frontier does not accept). Even tho I had my boarding pass printed and luggage paid for I waited almost an hour in this line - and I arrived 2 hours 1/2 early. After arriving in Cincinnati the luggage took at least 40 minutes to arrive at the pick up point. On my outward bound trip to Orlando the luggage took over an hour to arrive at the luggage carousel. It seems that Frontier does not have a good rapport with the baggage handlers at the airports."

Pros: "I liked the initial price of the flight. But it only goes downhill from there."
Cons: "You have to pay for your seat, anywhere from $6-36, no complimentary drinks or snacks on a 2.5 hour flight, very little legroom on a fairly large plane, a 9:15am flight took off at 10:30am... all in all a bad experience. The crew was friendly and boarding was easy, but a $35 checked bag, and a $35 carry on bag fee made this flight cost significantly more tha from competative airlines. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be flying Frontier again."

Pros: "This was my first flight in nearly 25 years and it was my moms and son's first flight ever. Enjoyable experience and we definitely hope to do it again soon!"
Cons: "Better leg room would be my only suggestion."

Pros: "They nervously switched us to a new plane when they couldn't fix the first one."
Cons: "No food, not even a magazine to read on the 4 hour flight. Both of my flights were delayed without any prior warning, so I was sat in the airport for hours waiting for them to extent the delay (which they did several times on my way to my destination). Avoiding Fronier in the future."

Pros: "Crew was good, flight on time"
Cons: "Frontier and spirit use the same Airbus aiprlane with the worst seats in the industry. My back hurt before the airplane was pushed back from the gate."

Cons: "Seats did not recline and were very uncomfortable. Couldn't believe you had to buy your drinks. No snacks. By the time that I paid all the a'lacart it cost me more than a flight with Delta or Southwest. Will not be flying Frontier again."

Pros: "Good price."
Cons: "Baggage claim at CVG was soooooooooo slow. My bag took over an hour to finally arrive at the claim."

Pros: "I really liked the tickets prices and the boarding was fairly smooth."
Cons: "I understand there is a trade off for the lower price fair but $40 a one way for your bag is a bit much. The crew largely were not very engaged with the passanger. I all but had to rais my hand and shout out to the attendant to take my order - the passanger next to me had to say something to the attendant on my behalf. I get people at one point or another have an off day - but it was bad a Ly the same on the way on second leg f the trip"

Cons: "The plane, the five-hour delay."

Pros: "I found the seats to be an acceptable level of comfort. I'm not a skinny person but I didn't feel any more squeezed in than on any other airline."
Cons: "There was a one hour delay on my flight out and the pilot apologized for this during his announcements. Ended up at my destination about 45 minutes later than scheduled but this did not cause any problems for me."

Pros: "Most everything else was oK."
Cons: "As I said, the seats don't recline, and are shy on padding. Very uncomfortable. Might be ok for a short flight, but, NOT 3-4 hours. Won't do that again!"

Pros: "New plane (A321)! Everything was very clean!! My tickets were still under $275 round trip with baggage fees. Very inexpensive!"
Cons: "Tray table was very small, seats didn't lean back."

Pros: "For the price it's all good! Food I would have rated " N/A". Worse thing is comfort; seats are not comfortable and quarters are tight. But I will continue to fly Frontier b/c of savings."

Cons: "advertised as low cost but if any luggage needed and would like a snack and drink, there is no savings and may cost more."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "My connecting flight left without me, which left me stranded at the Denver airport and Frontier was not able to fly me home because they has no flights left to Cincinnati. Not an ideal experience for someone traveling alone for the first time."

Pros: "New seats were slim and yet comfortable and full in the seat. On time departure and arrival Price"
Cons: "No coffee? tea? really? Leg room minimal Tried to choose seat online but only responded if I selected one costing yet more. Only 1 carry on no matter size Not enough space to open lap top fully with small table."

Pros: "clean plane, on time"
Cons: "Small uncomfortable seats. Small unusable trays. No complementary services. Overpriced baggage fees. Minimal carry-on allowance. not my favorite airline – except for the cute animals painted on the planes."

Pros: "Check in staff and flight crew were seamless. If you are looking for the most pared down flight available, and aren't bringing any luggage, then the flight was reasonable and often the cheapest available."
Cons: "You will be charged for carry on bags and drinks didn't the flight. The seats are uncomfortable and don't recline and, are minimally padded. The website says paying for luggage online prior to arriving is cheaper than if you pay at the airport"

Pros: "Worst seat ever. Discount flight not worth it."

Pros: "They surprised me at the counter with a 50 dollar carry on fee. It was complete chaos boarding more than usual. The flight was an hour late. The guy at the counter representing them and the attendants were rude."

Cons: "The worst experience in all my years of flying. Carry-on fees, unexplained carrier imposed fees, seat fees, bad service, no complimentary beverage service. Spent nearly the same amount in fees as I did on the ticket. Will never fly this airlines again or recommend. It's clear why frontier was on the worst airlines list next to spirit."

Pros: "Boarded very fast. Got out at a decent hour due to boarding early."
Cons: "In no way should a carry on cost $35 and a checked back cost $40. I paid $150 plus the cost of my ticket to fly home for Christmas. I have always been a fan of frontier but will never fly them again due to how expensive it is."

Cons: "Handicap should only sit in the front of the plane. First to board. First off the plane. Accident almost happened with the rushing of people and elderly man could have been knocked over."

Pros: "Left on time arrived on time baggage came very quickly and stewardesses were very friendly! Great experience!"

Pros: "Kayak made it easy for me to book my trip and everything went as planned. Everything was perfect and i will definitely be using kayak again in the future."

Pros: "I was looking for an affordable flight to go on a weekend visit and I found a great rate with Frontier. The flight was boarded and departed in time. The aircraft was large but the seats are small with little padding and little leg room. For a two hour flight and for the fare I got, this flight was what I needed; I wasn't looking for amenities or comfort so this met exactly my needs."
Cons: "It is necessary to check in 24 hrs before and if you forget there's an extra charge to check in at the airport."

Pros: "Felt like it was a safe flight"
Cons: "Seats are too close together and we did not want to pay more for another seat. They ask too much to sit at an exit seat"

Pros: "Leg room in the front was adequate ."
Cons: "Seats were a little uncomfortable ."
