Cons: "I was forced to upgrade to first class by Air France stuff in Athens which they Deceive me not telling me that the first class was not for the entire trip to JFK! If I was informed I would not spend the extra money to flight on an economy “seat” which was not comfy seats for the entire trip"

Pros: "The flight was delayed several times due to bad weather in Tampa. The gate agent was good at explaining the problem and said it was the FAA that had put a ground stop in place. It was nice to be informed about what was going on."

Pros: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

Cons: "Lines was confusing and the various boarding tiers were not announced properly (Delta One, Sky Priority, and Zone 1 were all together and Zone 2 started boarding way before the priority lane was finished)."

Pros: "On the fight back I had enough space; good service; fine food. Great trip. On the way to Amsterdam, I sat next to a very overweight woman and her body hung over my seat. I couldn't move around enough and I ended up with a trigger point problem which immobilized me for 3 days and kept me from sleeping at night. It was very disappointing, since this was a family visit trip."

She was rude and unprofessional. Taking off and landing was a little rough. Entertainment on the plane was limited and a little outdated."

Cons: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."

Cons: "We were arbitrarily re-seated due to equipment changes, back and forth and lost our original seat selection even though we wound up on a plane with the original configuration. An international call wait of 1.5 hours was required to just get us back into the economy plus section that we had originally paid for, Amsterdam check-in was chaotic. In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Cons: "This flight was on a Transavia codeshare with Delta and a real downer after coming from a Delta One business class segment. An uncontrolled mass boarding, crammed in seating, no amenities and charges for a drink of water made this a pretty crappy flight. The crew was nice though."

Cons: "Security for traveling to US is a very time consuming with long lines and in my mind useless process which does not make me feel any more secure - just wasting time and resources."
