Frontier airlines delayed and then cancelled and offered no help with re booking so I could make it to my family. I had to purchase a brand new ticket with s better airlines to be able to get home for my mom's cancer treatments.

The flight was very inexpensive

You have to pay extra for carryon luggage, snack or beverage. No entertainment. Very tiny non-padded seats.

Flight was on time

Seat width, height, pitch and aisle width were absolute minimum. Very uncomfortable !!!

Business class crew was extremely rude and unfriendly.

We left 25 minutes later, but arrived 25 minutes early!! I hVe flown many times and that has never happened!!

flight was delayed two hours because they couldn't find a single American airlines employee to sign off on some log book.sat on tarmac two hours because no one could sign a piece of paper!!! so obviously we missed our connecting international flight to dublin. called american customer svc, they made us call british airways, british airways said we had to call kayak, kayak said we had to call American. thanks for all the great customer svc. this is why everyone hates flying and all airlines are garbage. then finally in chicago american customer svc desk said they rebooked us on a British airways flight the same night, we traversed (ran) the entire chicago ohare airport only to find out british airways said we were not on that flight, were completely full and we had to go back to american. literally had to leave airport to get on train to go back to american terminal. they swear we are now (the next day) on this aer lingus flight despite our inability since last night to try and check in to that flight because aer lingus website doesnt work, no one answers their customer service number and their ticket counter at airport doesnt open until noon. suffice it to say we are still not on a flight to Dublin, ive missed an entire day of a limited vacation, and i will NEVER fly american again.

I don’t like the food

No wifi, no movies, no power outlets. The budget airline I flew to Mexico (Volaris) was nicer.

Of course economy is just not comfy. Also I couldn’t sit with my girlfriend :( And the backside of the seat in front of me was dirty (fluid stains). They also didn’t have lunch on a 6 hour flight from 9am-3pm

Flight attendants fixed my meal issues. Plenty of movies to pick from.

Wouldn't let me select a seat at check-in, meal selection only worked for return flight, and the airline confirmation number provided by Kayak wasn't accepted by United. Kayak referred me to Swiss Air's website rather than United's. The whole check-in process was a convoluted mess when I've never had any issue with other airlines. I'm a slender guy with broad shoulders and the middle seat felt very crowded when surrounded by medium build people. Didn't manage to sleep a bit on an 8 hr red-eye flight.

The flight was bumpy , the pilot had the plane going down like a slow falling roller coaster , had me so sick instead of gradually lowering the plane. Our flight was delayed and our gate was changed, when we arrived to the gate originally the staff was very rude with their responses.

Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work.

The flight was delayed. It took longer than expected due to the hurricane. When we arrived, there was no gate so we had to sit on the runway forever. Then the gate checked bags took forever. I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane.

2+ hours late due to maintenance issues at gate, no contingency plan. No free food on board for 6hr flight at dinner time. No effort to even give a token apology gesture for the delay.

I had a late evening flight and my neighbors chatted very loudly the entire flight. The gentleman’s seat was one row ahead but decided since there was an empty seat in our row he would sit with his girlfriend. The couple smelled of alcohol, not sure if they were served with more than one alcoholic beverage but it made the flight very uncomfortable. Even with my earphones on at a higher level I could still hear them.

I purchased a flight from ONT to RSW with a layover in Denver. I was only able to check my bag to Denver, had to go to baggage and check in a second time, go through security again—a long line —took me 2 hours to get my bag and go through security. Frontier told me that kayak booked me on two separate flights with two separate tickets and because of that they couldn’t check my bag to my final destination. booking through kayak was a huge inconvenience

The whole flight from Philadelphia to Rome was on American Airlines, not British Air. This was confusing at first and made it difficult to know what airline desk I needed to check into, but once that was clear it all went smoothly. The dinner was mediocre and the breakfast terrible.

We left 25 minutes later, but arrived 25 minutes early!! I hVe flown many times and that has never happened!!

I think things would run so much smoother if the plane was loaded from the back to the front. That way you don't have to wait as long for people to put things in the overhead and then sit down.

Ads for InterJet were annoyingly playing on loop on screen and over speakers the entire flight.

We had to take a crowded shuttlebus to the plane and climb up the stairs to the plane instead of passing through the tube.

The flight itself was uneventful, which is what you want from a flight. Once the connection was made the next day, the flight segment went perfectly.

Flight was over 2 hours late leaving Lima, so many people missed connections in Miami, NOBODY from LATAM was at the gate to assist with how to make new connections or how to get local accommodations for the night. This was a customer service fail. American is no better. They rescheduled the flight at no cost, but then sent you back to LATAM for help with the overnight. If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining.

Snacks are free but they are limited and the Coronas we had were skunked. The flight attendants only come by once during the flight for drinks or snacks. Snacks were a choice of chips.
