Cons: "People from COPA in Guayaquil's airport didnt make the announcement to board in english, they only spoke in spanish! I am from united states and I don't know speak in spanish, that was a totally lack of respect for the people who work in Copa. The flight attendant inside the plane didn't speak english, her treated was the worst! She asked me to change my seat, I was sitting in an emergency seat and she decided to put there an old woman who had 65 years old approximately instead of me that I am 35 years old and the only problem is that I don't speak spanish!!! Then she offered me something to eat talking to me in spanish and knowing that I don't understand that language. I felt humillate because at the end of the flight she said in english "Have a nice day Sir"???!!!!! It supposed that she didn't know english, so I felt that she was playing. It was my first time flying with Copa Airlines and I had the worst experience ever travelling with them!"

Cons: "My bags seem to have been misplaced! I look forward to Copa getting back to me about their location so that I can retrieve them."

Pros: "There were a few crew members that were working really hard and reached out to try to help me."
Cons: "I was frustrated by the lack of communication. There was no announcement that the there was even a delay until AFTER the boarding time had passed. I was extremely confused and when the announcement was finally made, it was in Spanish only. Then the flight was cancelled (which is understandable and totally happens) but no one assisted me with rebooking or informed me what was going on. I was traveling alone and it was a very frustrating experience. Overall I was at the airport from 11pm to 4am the NEXT day. We were offered accommodation but not until 11am (our flight was supposed to be at 5am) and then we were shuttled back to the airport at 12 midnight for a 4:40am flight. Then my layover in Panama City was extended by 4 hours. Overall, my travel time was nearly 56 hours."

Cons: "I will start off by saying that I usually LOVE Copa Airlines and have a wonderful experience. This flight had too many things go wrong for me to ignore. 1) The check in line up took exceptionally long even though there were many staff at the booth. 2) As people were boarding, one of the staff was handing out headphones as people were still attempting to navigate to their seat. The timing seemed very inappropriate and even in the way for new passengers. 3) My boyfriends carry on bag is larger than a small backpack, but smaller than a standard carry on bag. As he was boarding, he went to put his bag in the overhead compartment. My boyfriend is well over 6 feet and the Copa staff was insisting we put the bag at my boyfriends feet as his bag was not as large as others. We pay the same as the other passengers and deserve comfort too! Especially for my tall boyfriend who even in the largest of seats has a difficult time on planes. 4) The plane did not have individual entertainment units, which does not help on a 6+ hour flight. 5) I was VERY cold and asked for blanket on various occasions, and even offered to pay for one, but there was not on board, even though, as I exited I saw unopened ones in first class."

Please don't expect me to visit Panama and spend money then if you won't even let us come out for 10 min to see the city beyond the airport!"

They rebooked me to London but I had to stay in London overnight, they promised me hotel voucher but once in London the promise wasn't kept. She told me due to weather conditions causing the delay there is nothing they can do. I can pay for hotel and dispute it later. On top of that hey have lost my luggage. It was a nightmare. I will never fly American Airlines again!"

Cons: "The seat was really uncomfortable even if reclined all the way. If the person in front of you is reclined, then you basically have to recline yourself to see the screen. Very little leg room."

Now it is very hectic -- no reserved seats, cramped seats, little/ no food. I'll drive from now on."

The captain and crew were very professional, offering us all the information available and explain current plans. Last time i had to stop in Vegas I got stuck there overnigh because my flight had been delayed and to mKe things worse they also managed to Miss my flights connection in Miami after they had booked me a new flight.. With a window seat that had no window. I old the flight attendant that I needed help stowing my backpack in the overhead bin, not because it was that heavy or big, but because the previous flight had been 5 hrs long and after being stuck in the middle seat my back was killing me and lifting my bag over my head would have triggered a muscle spasm. I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."

It is 2016, please stop the madness of having coast to coast flights with no entertainment available."

Cons: "My seat was next to someone who should have been made to buy 2 seats. I could barely put my seat belt on. My boyfriend & I had to fly for almost 4 hours very uncomfortable."

Cons: "Because I arrived 40min before my flight was scheduled to leave the kiosk wouldn't print my boarding pass. I was forced to stand in a line that took 18min for a customer service representative. I was then told I couldn't board my flight. I was then put on standby for a flight that would leave two hours later. I went through security it only took 10min because it was 8am on a Saturday morning in LAS VEGAS. I was through security and my original flight still hadn't left. If the kiosk had just printed my ticket I would have made my flight with plenty of time."
