Pros: "I’m not sure if I was just lucky or if it was the time of day, but I got to the Las Vegas airport I was at my gate in a matter of minutes, I’ll give credit to the staff for keeping the flow moving. The plane had lots of space I wasn’t cramped and the stewardess was friendly and polite and seemed genuine. Next thing you know in walking out of the plane, out of Long Beach airport. Feels like I waited longer for my ride to pick me up."

Had a disgusted expression on her face and did nothing to help. Instead of offering a helping hand, she backed off and watched, afraid of being hit by the luggage and avoided the heavy lifting."
Cons: "My original flight left at 6:43 p.m. yesterday. When my conference wrapped earlier than expected I went to the airport to see if I could get on an earlier flight as when looking on your app there were options at 2:29 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. and both still accepting bookings. When I got to the airport around 1 p.m., the woman at check in informed me that a flight time change would cost me $75. I was surprised as the one-way flight I had looked up before was only $48 so it would have been cheaper for me to just purchase a new flight! Also another woman at the conference said she was able to change flights easily. I don't understand why if there is room on a flight and I am going to the same destination, same airline, why the change fee is so outrageous. This is a simple way that Jetblue could have improved my customer experience. Instead I waited in the airport all day. :("

Seat comfortable, but would be even better if you can add one of those headrest flaps that bends outward on the right and the left edges to lean my head on so that I can take quick naps more comfortably."

The flight attendee making the announcements might have been new because she kept messing up what she was saying and shouting and mumbling through the speaker. I usually have amazing flights with jetblue but I'm highly disappointed with this flight."

I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

We waited for 2 hours for the one bag that they said wasn’t lost to be brought out to baggage claims office and then we realized that the bag that was reported lost was actually the bag that they found. I went to update the list baggage report and the lady took one glance in the system and found the additional bag that we were told never made it on the flight in the baggage claim office after all although another baggage claim representative said it was missing 2 hours prior."

Cons: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."

The lighting system in the plane is very stupid or may be the crew don't know how to operate, every time they just turn on all the light no matter we are sleep or not! This is a red eye flight passenger should have a choice to not get disturb, when the light on I need to turn it off every time! And the next passenger don't really know how to turn the light off that always on during the flight! Super bad flying experience. Not comfortable at all. Can't sleep much!"

At this point it was 3AM and all passengers were told to call Aeromexico's support number to re-book their flights. Aeromexico staff does not speak English well and when I asked them to speak slower I was cursed at and hung up on. I finally called again and was given 2 options: agree to a flight that would DESTROY my vacation or get a refund. Scared and exhausted, I told them I didn't understand, and the flight didn't work, and guess what, they re-booked me anyway, and said that since I was re-booked any change to my ticket would entitles them to my entire $1,100 fare. Aeromexico is a criminal enterprise. Never book with them! Kayak, you should cut all ties with this airline!"

I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."

The flight attendants were required to yell annoying advertisements for 15 minutes even though the flight is only 75 minutes. And some weird teen sitting behind me kept putting his head between his knees and head butting the back of my chair. Flight crew couldn't care less. The best part of the flight was getting OFF!"

Ot the website price and even though they tell you you get to bring one piece of luggage free of no charge on the plane it's not true your bag have to be a certain size and if it's over there is an additional fee up to 100$ ... That's why it's cheap to fly spirit they don't include all extra fees . Spirit will be my last resort for flying."

Because of the cancellation I had to rent a car and driv from las vegas to san diego. We got in late and missed our time playing at the beach and swimming. This was my only experience with spirit and I will never fly this airline again. It was absolutely horrible the way the cancellation was handled. You messed up my entire weekend with my son."

After an exhausting week of late nights and early mornings in Vegas we took the red eye hoping to get an hour or two of sleep. Unfortunately sitting straight up and down with three people seated in a tight 4ft by 2ft space sleep does not come easy, if at all. At $45 per carry on and another $40 per checked bag plus another $25 if that bag is over 40lbs or another $40 if the bag is over 50lbs all those ticket saving go straight out the window. So unless I'm taking a day trip that only requires me to bring a single backpack and is less than an hour flight I don't think I will be jumping at the chance to fly Spirit again any time soon."
