Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

Barely had time to stop at the restroom before final security check where it was all so disorganized. After that check we were told that if we left we had to go through security again. Would have been nice to know that upfront. It was a madhouse going through that final security check and my husband's wallet was lost for a bit. No one really tried to help and we were told to move aside. Finally someone saw that it had fallen beside one of the counters. It was all horrible. Because of all this our 5 hour layover was a hassle with no time for food, etc. The whole airport experience was confusing and badly handled."

Although the menu said you could have a choice but some of the choices were exhausted by the time crew served it to the half of the travellers and the rest have to eat whatever was leftover. I think Emirates should stock a bit more of the food especially on a plane like Airbus 380. Its a huge aircraft and passengers sting at the vey end had to wait almost 45 min to 1 hr to get their food and that too was whatever leftover. They should make efforts to server all the passengers within a short amount to time rather than keep them waiting for so long. Most of the time more than half of the passengers had already eaten while those sitting in the back were still waiting for their food. Its not cabin crew's inefficiency but rather a policy problem that needs to be addressed."

Great entertainment choices. Some TV functionality issues for a seatmate, but he was able to change seats. cabin crew was multinational, multilingual, and warm and professional. It reminded me of the way air travel used to be."

Once we got on the plane they wouldnt let me plug into the usb port while we were on the ground. Food Service was terrible. They woke me up (minutes after id fallen asleep) for both food service. First time i thought was accident. Second time i asked them not to wake me up and they said i have to get a do not disturb sticker (why wasnt i just given one before so i could make the decision to use it or not on my own?) Also the food was terrible. I dont expect much from airline food but i can say ive had acceptable meals on other airlines (emirates and lufthansa). The food was not what i expected for one of the highest rated airlines. The flight attendant had me put the seat up during food service so the lady behind me could eat. Wtf?? Never had to do that on another airline. When i was not sleeping they rarely came down the isles with water or juice trays. (I saw it once toward the end of the flight)...and trust me i didnt miss it because i was sleeping. When i did get water i had to beg for ice as well."

Pros: "The cabin crew were super friendly, attentive, and accommodating on our flight. Upon boarding the flight, pillows, blankets, and earbuds were awaiting us on our seats. During the flight, the crew handed out Turkish delights, lemon-scented hot towels, and sleep-care bag full of goodies (like ear plugs, slippers, etc.). The entertainment system had quite a selection of music, TV shows, movies, and games! Though it's always uncomfortable sitting on a plane for an international flight, I felt our Economy seats had a little more legroom than most, and there was definitely a lot of stuff to do on the plane if you didn't want to sleep."
Cons: "The second meal I had, eggplant pasta, tasted terrible along with the beans. The only redeeming factor was the yogurt! In addition, the A/C was surprisingly on low, and for the first time, I became hot on the flight - not that I really minded. It was just a different experience. We also took off an hour after we boarded, which I thought was strange."

Cons: "I did not like the kind of airplain it is not like the plain it gose to uorp or usa. Please try to imrove and bring good airplain. I flyed from dammam and bahrain and the ace of the plain for differnte time it was not good."

Pros: "It was a non-stop flight from Istanbul to Atlanta!"
Cons: "The plane was diverted to IAD right before landing to ATL. The crew told us that the plane was diverted because of "weather conditions." Once we landed to ATL we were told that there were no storms in the area!Who knows why the plane was diverted to IAD?"

Pros: "Turkish Air flight from Istanbul to NYC was fine but Turkish Air flight leaving Tashkent 8:15 am to Istanbul, May 29, was terrible. Although we had all been up from 5am to get to early morning flight and Tashkent air port has no services, stewardess ran out of coffee and repeatedly refused to get me, the person skipped, coffee, despite repeated requests for a first cup. Each time they refilled coffee, they started run from beginning of plane, and ran out by the time they got to the middle. Usually if someone gets skipped, they just go back and get a single cup, but this lady was determined not to. Never had this happen in 55 years of flying. Serious caffine deficiency."

Cons: "Crew was not specially caring or interested in me. Food was lousy for business class No in flight personal care "case" Business class check in was a nightmare. They could not issue my boarding pass and it took over half an hour waiting for a solution"

Cons: "Baggage handling was rough. Dented one new bag and broke the buckle on another."

Pros: "I find the airline crew nice and accomodating. The food was fairly good compared to other airlines."
Cons: "The seats are very tight and does not leave much comfort. This is of course economy but new fleet of other airlines have a slighty added leg comfort."
