Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.
Checking in united could not figure out my star alliance gold. Baggage did not get marked priority and didn't receive boarding passes. When got to SFO lounge personal fixed everything Immediately
We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.
Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers
The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.
Too many canceled flights and kept my wife and I separated on alternate flights. We did not fly out of Denver. We paid a lot of money for the seats we wanted and now that money is gone and we did not sit together. That being said, the many agents were very friendly and did everything possible to help us.
It was soooo hot I was sweating even at altitude. I know you want people to sleep, but keeping it that hot is stupid!
Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.
I contacted both carriers months beforehand to change the cabin (booked in April) but to no avail (united asked to contact Swiss since it was their equipment, Swiss told me to reach out to united). So yeah… My seat was pretty worn down, legroom on 27K was more than enough, but still economy seating so, getting to know your neighbours was easy. According to ground staff, the flight was massively overbooked- and this showed. I ordered a gluten free meal beforehand (which was honoured) but for breakfast got a bread roll and croissant 🤷🏼♂️ The connection itself is great. Leaving SFO late PM to arrive at ZRH in the afternoon makes it easier to get re adjusted again. However, and since I’ve flown this connection a couple of times in the past, I will rather deal with one carrier only and include a layover on the east coast.
Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

Boarding was fast, easy, and we landed early. The entertainment system was very buggy and kept resetting throughout the flight.
Flight was good wish there were more snacks options for such a long flight but stewardesses were very pleasant as was flight crew.
I paid extra for a seat closer to the front. The TV didn’t work at all for the entire flight. Would have been nice to know before I purchased an “upgraded “ seat
Did not enjoy this flight at all. All of my coworkers flew delta and I chose JetBlue because I really value how simple the WiFi and entertainment is and this flight I didn’t get either. Crew staff was unsympathetic to my system not working, everyone I asked for help with was extremely bothered by my request for help.
In flight on demand didn't work at our seats. Only a single beverage/snack run.
Kayak sent over to jet blue my account being Mike Callaghan instead of Michael. I have a jet blue account with Michael that was connected
Problem with the gate after landing for an hour caused lots of issues for commuting after. Don’t think the crew handled it well at all.
Landing was bad. Gate issue or something for 1 hour. Missed my taxi, thus paid triple for the ride to my hotel.
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
Staff especially Alan Hernandez was a great help with arrangements for my partner and me sit together. This made the trip do much more enjoyable. Thanks so much.
One of the flight was delayed an hour. We then boarded a new flight. We were told to unboard after some other time. To wait for the next flight for another hour. I paid for a short flight that turned in to half a day of travel.
They no longer offer anything free to eat or drink, everything is sold, not even a bottle of water is offered for free.
THE AIRLINE FUCKEN SUCKS... NO DAMN PROFESIONALS.. NO CURTESY THEY CANCEL THE DAMN FLIGHT AS ITS ABOUT TO TAKE OFF
They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water
They cancel the fly and don’t give a money refund.
