Crew tried to be helpful and friendly.

Difficult to find if in right line to check in. After asking many finally found a staff member who realized I had only a few minutes to catch my flight. Then given priority. IT COST ME ABOUT $67 USD ONE WAY BUT IT COST MY BAG $87 USD TO BE CHECKED IN. Another cut rate airlines that charges for everything extra--soon th toilets!

One of the most horrible experience. No information system for checkin. Was made to run from counter to counter just for checking.. Even no display on the TV screens. Not just for checkin.. even similar situations for boarding gates. Boarding gate changes 3 times .. no passenger management in place with all the chaos.. Overall a horrible experience.

When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed.

The one air host who smiled at me. That’s about it.

The absolute worst was when an air India staffer refused to let me board my flight to mumbai from Delhi because the boarding pass got ripped. Well, I had a 15 hour flight from Chicago before and was super tired. During my transit,I think it just got peeled off, not my fault or carelessness. Anyways, he didn’t care because they had let a few people in before me with peeled off passes, and I needed to be used to set an example. So, my punishment for losing part of my pass was that I couldn’t board. Nor did he smile, or help me. Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Thank god I eventually found it, and was allowed to board. In addition, entertainment didn’t work.

Did not like anything.

The check in was chaotic. People were cutting lines. There was no one to manage the chaos. We took 4 different flights this week. And all 4 were delayed which means it was 100% failure on in time departure and arrival. Food is horrible. Even my dog won't eat that food. There is no one available to call out to control the chaos. Aircraft was not cleaned before we boarded

We had checked in on line prior to arriving the airport. Due to some( political ) road blockage, we arrived late at the airport and we were not given boarding pass. The gate was open for more than 1 hour after we reached the airport. We were not issued new tickets and not refunded. The staff was not helpful at all. AS we say Customer should be always first. Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA.

They cancelled our flught from Jaisalmer to Delhi. Spicejet is the only airline that flies Jaisalmer. We were ledt arranged in the city where No hotels were available and Spicejet offered to cancel the flight and refund our money. They cancelled our tickets and am yet to receive the refund . We had to hire a cab from Jaisalmer to Dekhi. A 17 hours drive. No compensation from spicejet. Never bank on Spicejet.

Absolutely nothing. I’ve never felt so mistreated or disrespected on a flight. Utterly unprofessional and unhelpful.

I fly a LOT, and this was one of the very worst flight experiences I’ve ever had. The flight was delayed and the staff (on the ground and in the air) were rude and unhelpful. As a result I missed my connecting flights to Nairobi and on to Lusaka. Air India staff couldn’t be bothered to offer even the most basic support in trying to make the flight or helping to reschedule. I had to spend almost five extremely stressful hours running back and forth in the Mumbai airport to get Air India to issue a basic form letter stating their flight was delayed in order to get my next flight rebooked, and was yelled at by their abysmal customer service staff. As a result I’m out hundreds of dollars in missed flights and extra hotel rooms and arrived 24 hours late (!) to my final destination. I will think long and hard before EVER booking an Air India flight again.

Mostly Professional. Meals good. Smooth takeoffs and landings. Staff very considerate of passengers going to the 'Head' during meals service.

Seats reclining mechanisms vary. Very inconvenient as it has a domino effect on those that do not work. Window shades sticky, Announcements unclear - our rolling accents Service of meals very slow. Can improve efficiency. Steep Jetways make egress very slow but understand that's an airport problem yet buses are faster from rear exit

An efficient supervisor facilitated boarding & bag stowage overhead. She also facilitated transit of passengers to the rest rooms during meals service. Loose meal tray holders from seat backs.

Mumbai Airport needs longer and more people movers. Jetways are too steep for egress. One walks for 10 mins before reaching a rest room. At boarding the gate staff makes no advance announcements for passengers to board by Zones 1,2,3,4. The back of the line extends so far in to the hall that passengers are in a crowd at the gate too late to understand and remain standing in a crowd at the entrance.

The whole entertainment system didn't work for the whole flight. Crew started looking into it after asking them for like 4 times. In the end they said it's broken and can't be fixed. I checked in as a aisle seat and made sure that I am getting one but even then in the connecting flight I was given a middle seat. If I had an option I would have never traveled with air india. Please avoid!

They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed.

The airline was just fine.

I was charged $100 for a checked bag when I was told by the airline that I could easily have two free checked bags with the fare that I paid. When I tried to get a hold of Kiwi I got no response. Also, the airline wanted another credit card number which was not mine. It was a very frustrating experience at the counter. Kiwi has questionable practices

One of the most horrible experience. No information system for checkin. Was made to run from counter to counter just for checking.. Even no display on the TV screens. Not just for checkin.. even similar situations for boarding gates. Boarding gate changes 3 times .. no passenger management in place with all the chaos.. Overall a horrible experience.

Efficient service, on time flight, clean cabin.

Jet Aurways’ seat pitch is a bit smaller than its competition’s (Air India Express and IndiGo).

Did not like anything.

The check in was chaotic. People were cutting lines. There was no one to manage the chaos. We took 4 different flights this week. And all 4 were delayed which means it was 100% failure on in time departure and arrival. Food is horrible. Even my dog won't eat that food. There is no one available to call out to control the chaos. Aircraft was not cleaned before we boarded

the food reminded me of the type we used to have in the Indian railway compartment. I believe even there it has improved enormously. the crew was probably exhausted and looked not very happy

short boarding process

the crew insisted that all windows be fully up when landing; the sun was shining through brightly and hurting this old lady's eyes, so I put it up 3/4 of the way so it would block the sun until we turned around to land. The flight attendant insisted that it be opened all the way. When I told her it was hurting the old lady's eyes, she shrugged as if to say "Whatever". So I responded, oh so you don't care? Then she realized that she was being rude, got embarassed, and apologized to the old lady (she apologized in Hindi, the lady didn't understand a word she said but smiled and nodded) and she went along her way. I would expect the staff to at least be decent human beings and when told someone is having pain, to at least express some degree of caring or at least apologize for the inconvenience. I would encourage Jet Airways to teach their staff that while they need to follow rules and policies, they also need to behave like decent human beings.
