Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Cons: "Air India Flights from SFO to New Delhi and New Delhi to SFO are pretty old. Almost 60 % of systems entertainment systems do not work. This is not acceptable considering such a long flight. Unfortunately passengers are left with no option apart feeling gruesome boring thru out journey. Food is also very bad. while it is understandable that it might be not par with other airlines in all ameneties , the basic needs to be met. Hope they look into this and fix it"
Pros: "I really like the space and comfort of the flight, as well as the selection of entertainment."
Cons: "A good portion of the staff were friendly yet more could be desired from their charisma and availability."
Pros: "Boy oh boy, the meal on this flight was delicious - I wish I could have had this earlier in life!"
Cons: "The flight attendants in this particular flight made it a point to act coldly towards the people in economy - I don't care too much for that - a simple smile goes a long way, but there were none. The plane was doing "final call" for boarding 50 minutes prior to the departure time so we rushed to the gate. Once on the plane, we waited uncomfortably for roughly an hour before taking off."

Cons: "Entertainment sucks. Looks like display from the 90s."
Cons: "1. Less regional movies 2. Remote does not work. 3. System reset (never heard of) takes time 4. Crew does not show up when needed 5. Screen resolution is probably 70s style 6. Touch screen does not work 7. No hygeine - no socks or any sleeping aids like other airlines 8. With 15 hours floght, you expect at least some toileteries - tooth brush. Horrible that someone did not even think about it"

Cons: "NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS AIRLINE. How such an airline is still the national carrier of India amuses me. My entertainment system was not working. There were no headphones and when asked they just kept ignoring me. The remote was broken in 2 pieces and when asked the attendant replied "Am i supposed to fix this?". I was forced to travel for 15 long hours from Chicago to New Delhi without any entertainment system. I barely saw any flight attendants in the economy class. Such airlines without any professionalism should be grounded ASAP. I would request Kayak also to remove Air India from their services or give a warning when any user opts for it. The Govt. of India should strip of the national carrier symbol of this huge debt ridden business. Its a shame that a route like US - India wherein the middle east airlines are reaping profits due to their brilliant services, the citizens of India have to look for other options rather than their own national carrier. SHAME ON YOU AIR INDIA."
Pros: "Flight crew was attentive and served well in such as short flight. Likely food service is not suggested for such short flight. Save money on food and be more creative to serve passengers. I took Air India after a long while, as I got used to Emirates and Ethiad serving my home town Ahmadabad directly from SFO. This time I opted for Air India due to electronic ban on other flights. I paid attention to service by Air India, and I liked their service; they served with grace and attentive to passenger's needs."
Cons: "Food can be better served with a change in caterer who takes pride not just filling order old style, salad needs be taken out if it can not be preserved. Look for a better caterer. Let's look for a better menu. Don't just serve food because you have to. More needs to be explored if this is one necessary evil we need to provide for a short flight of one hour."

Cons: "It would have been nice to dim the lights so people could sleep, offer water more than once during a 15 hour flight (that's right - beverage service ONE TIME in 15 hours), not take 30 min to clear out garbage after meals, and notice when you step on the passengers foot... 3 times. Also, the bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice, the personal entertainment tv shuts off randomly throughout the flight, the food was salty (further dehydrating), and plane is dirty."
Pros: "Only nonstop flight between Chicago and New Delhi Pajama are offered for use in Business class and was very comfortable. Loved changing into the comfy pajamas during the flight."
Cons: "Flew business class and was very disappointed. Crew in business class not attentive and they stay in their galley most of the time. This is very unlike other international carriers like Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa , and Swissair that fly the same route. Meager snacks and drinks. Seats much inferior to Lufthansa, Swissair business class.Only two bathrooms in Business class and one was declared unusable almost at the beginning of the fifteen hour flight. Bathrooms are not kept clean by staff."
Cons: "This was a 16 hour flight with no in-flight entertainment! The least you all could have done is provide passengers with a wifi password. Extremely disappointed."

Pros: "Turbulence, higher than usual, lasting for an hour at a stretch. Plane dipped in altitude suddenly more than a handful of times. Plane was about to land at SFO, pilot suddenly decided not to, with sudden and accelerated plane movements. A kid next to me was thrown half a foot from the seat. Following this when the plane landed it was continuously 'wobbling'. This kind of piloting is not expected of a long distance passenger aircraft. Lost my trust in Air India as a safe flight. Will highly not recommend Air India to family and friends."
