Cabin temperature was too low and uncomfortable
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!
Please add hot drink options - tea, coffee

After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours from the departure time. Pilot could not land in Delhi while all other flights landed in time. Flight was taken to Jaipur. Asking a glass of water at Jaipur, air hostess told me to wait and reaching at Delhi she declared that there is no water in the flight. Condition of wash room was horrible. When a long time, the flight was waiting at Jaipur, at least arrangements of water & cleaning of wash room could be done. Instead the air hostess served some peanuts & a small fruity which was meaning less. Flight landed in Delhi after 3::00 hours in the morning..
There were a myriad of problems many of which I posted on SpiceJet tweeter handle: * mobile boarding pass printed without qr/ bar code - tweeted airline support team for 2 days, no response. * unregistered my QR frequent flyer to the online check-in, information was not reflective anywhere- now the miles are missing. * return flight had 2 consecutive delays, electronic message prompts stated it as technical delay. No staff engagement at boarding gate, no announcements at airport. * the boarding gate podium remained unattended for most parts - no one to inquire or assure - very disappointing * I tweeted airline handle again and received a response this time - their marketing line, "no one plans on a delay..." some of us tra eling professionals do know that. * requested engagement and assurance from staff at boarding gate as flight was behind 2hrs30mins. No food, water, conversation, customer service was on offer even as a gesture. * finally a snack pack arrived - again extremely scrambled an approach during distribution - no announcements were made to keep people from congregating around the boarding podium amid covid times. * I objected and was told we haven't invited anyone bit failed to understand the argument that nothing is being communicated from the airline, ergo the confusion and the bottle beck * even if SpiceJet eventually embraced a gesture to retain goodwill the execution literally soiled the intent. * the aircraft for 8254 DEL/KOL was perhaps sat in the hangar for ages; filthy, loosened spares, accessories, fittings, the screen frames hanging loose, the chair recline buttons missing, the overhead luggage bins cracked, separation panel hanging lose - unsure how safe was it to fly the plane and was certainly happy the cockpit crew concluded a safe landing. Not impressed with SpiceJet overall ownership and customer experience skills at all. If there is a negative score below POOR, that's what they deserve. Customers cannot be expected to read operator mind or intentions, it's the execution that counts and Spicejet were certainly rookies last eve.

I paid for the service but was then sent an email and told I could not book additional baggage through their website and should use the Spicejet website. I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

On the longer leg they were also offered earlier it is true, so it seemed especially odd to serve again then."

Cons: "NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS AIRLINE. How such an airline is still the national carrier of India amuses me. My entertainment system was not working. There were no headphones and when asked they just kept ignoring me. The remote was broken in 2 pieces and when asked the attendant replied "Am i supposed to fix this?". I was forced to travel for 15 long hours from Chicago to New Delhi without any entertainment system. I barely saw any flight attendants in the economy class. Such airlines without any professionalism should be grounded ASAP. I would request Kayak also to remove Air India from their services or give a warning when any user opts for it. The Govt. of India should strip of the national carrier symbol of this huge debt ridden business. Its a shame that a route like US - India wherein the middle east airlines are reaping profits due to their brilliant services, the citizens of India have to look for other options rather than their own national carrier. SHAME ON YOU AIR INDIA."

I took Air India after a long while, as I got used to Emirates and Ethiad serving my home town Ahmadabad directly from SFO. This time I opted for Air India due to electronic ban on other flights. I paid attention to service by Air India, and I liked their service; they served with grace and attentive to passenger's needs."

Also, the bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice, the personal entertainment tv shuts off randomly throughout the flight, the food was salty (further dehydrating), and plane is dirty."

This is very unlike other international carriers like Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa , and Swissair that fly the same route. Meager snacks and drinks. Seats much inferior to Lufthansa, Swissair business class.Only two bathrooms in Business class and one was declared unusable almost at the beginning of the fifteen hour flight. Bathrooms are not kept clean by staff."

Plane was about to land at SFO, pilot suddenly decided not to, with sudden and accelerated plane movements. A kid next to me was thrown half a foot from the seat. Following this when the plane landed it was continuously 'wobbling'. This kind of piloting is not expected of a long distance passenger aircraft. Lost my trust in Air India as a safe flight. Will highly not recommend Air India to family and friends."
