Pros: "Crew was kind and helpful. Very clean and made sure we were able to sanitize and keep our area safe."

Pros: "This was a redeye flight which are never the best. We upgraded to first class for a chance to sleep. The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."

Pros: "I don’t know what Delta could have done better on this two leg flight from Albuqueque to Miami via Atlanta . Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."

Cons: "flight was delayed two hours because they couldn't find a single American airlines employee to sign off on some log book.sat on tarmac two hours because no one could sign a piece of paper!!! so obviously we missed our connecting international flight to dublin. called american customer svc, they made us call british airways, british airways said we had to call kayak, kayak said we had to call American. thanks for all the great customer svc. this is why everyone hates flying and all airlines are garbage. then finally in chicago american customer svc desk said they rebooked us on a British airways flight the same night, we traversed (ran) the entire chicago ohare airport only to find out british airways said we were not on that flight, were completely full and we had to go back to american. literally had to leave airport to get on train to go back to american terminal. they swear we are now (the next day) on this aer lingus flight despite our inability since last night to try and check in to that flight because aer lingus website doesnt work, no one answers their customer service number and their ticket counter at airport doesnt open until noon. suffice it to say we are still not on a flight to Dublin, ive missed an entire day of a limited vacation, and i will NEVER fly american again."

I finally tore a page out of the AA magazine and wedged it against the screen so I could actually sleep without it constantly blinking on and disturbing me. Next time, I'm going to smash the screen. If I want it off, leave it off."

WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

Cons: "First, our flight was cancelled and they texted us with an alternative flight leaving a day later, with a 9 hour layover! Um, excuse me? Since this was a weekend trip we would have had to turn around and get back on a flight back to SF a few hours later. I called and they didn't even offer the option to refund the ticket! I finally got us on an alternative flight leaving earlier after waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor because the person I initially spoke with had no power to do anything to help. We ended up flying Alaska Airlines on the way there and I wish we had originally booked through them because the way back was AWFUL. They wouldn't seat my partner and I together because we were flying Economy class, which they reminded us of repeatedly when I complained. The agents claimed they had no power to do anything because of the computer system which randomly selects your seats. I asked what about people traveling with small children and they didn't seem to have an answer. Oh yeah, that's another thing. As if we got a better deal than with any other airline out there after all the bag fees. The Economy class/the majority of the people flying have no carry on allowance. By the way, when we got on the flight we were able to sit next to each other because the seats next to us weren't even occupied. Ridiculous. Never flying United again. I've been bumped off of flights and had bad experiences before but this was the last straw for me."

Exhausting flights both to Albuquerque from Houston and from Houston to Boston. Poor communication. Poor planning ahead. Very dissatisfied. Going with Jet Blue from now on. They never disappoint, even if there was a delay in flight."

Pros: "These days we can all admit flying is not what it used to be before 9/11. It's still professional and curtious, but the awareness and appreciation of passengers has dwindled. Stewards and stewardesses go through the motions and do just what they need to do not more. The pilots got the plane to its destination well within the time sometimes even a half an hour early. But sometimes being that early means sitting on the tarmac for 40 minutes which cut it close to missing my next flight. Flights used to offer blankets if passengers were cold. If the plane is not full they do allow passengers to move seats to be more comfortable. The complementary beverage is still always a nice touch but seconds aren't offered and cups are often taken before they're finished. It would be nice to see our country's airlines go back to a little more awareness and appreciation for one another, and work to improving their levels to above satisfactory. The flight was supposed to have entertainment viewable on personal devices but going through the app to select something was told this flight didn't have access. Overall it was satisfactory."

Cons: "Late, no clerk at the boarding gate to ask, and the airport had a computer glitch that prevented the gate, the flight or even he airline to post!"

Cons: "Frontier airlines delayed and then cancelled and offered no help with re booking so I could make it to my family. I had to purchase a brand new ticket with s better airlines to be able to get home for my mom's cancer treatments."

Pros: "The flight was on time, the airplane was new and clean, and the seats were comfortable. We enjoyed the crew and our bag was waiting for us when we got to baggage claim. What more could one ask for on a no frills flight?"
Cons: "Everything exceeded expectations for a low fare no frills carrier."

Pros: "I liked the punctuality of boarding and landing ."
Cons: "There was no air sickness bag in the seats and i had to ask one for my wife. But the crew gave me a thrash bag instead of a sickness bag."

Cons: "Slightly disorganized during boarding. Delayed departure. Miss informed about arrival time. Extremely unfortable seating. Food is more snacks than solid nutrition and even the snacks were hardly dispensed. Cabin became over heated, could smell jet fuel."

Pros: "The one moment when someone attempted to help me before a coworker told him to stop because they had “too much to do”"
Cons: "I can’t remember the last time I had so much trouble with a flight. I do remember when frontier used to be a decent airline but now it just feels like a subpar soviet airline. Despite the fact that no one seemed to be aware of what was going on and making everyone with electronic passes wait an extra 30 minutes, my checked bag (which cost more than the flight) arrived with minimal damage and I’m still in one piece."

Cons: "They had to fly in 2 plains to try and get us out. They didn’t offer meal vouchers until 51/3 hours into the delay."

Cons: "Three days before christmas on 12-22-16, Frontier cancelled our flight last minute from Phoenix to Cincinnati. I was traveling with two small children. The only option we had to get home was to pay $2200 for 3 one-way Delta tickets. Now I'm in the process of trying to get $1800 dollars back. Frontier initially told me those who bought tickets from another airline could get $600 for every ticket purchased. I have submitted everything requested and now am receiving emails that there is no guarantee I will be reimbursed. Frontier better do what is right and reputable. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way."

Cons: "A three hour flight that resulted in four hours on the plane, sitting on the tarmac."

Pros: "I was on the plane and seated in a timely manner and the flight was on time."
Cons: "You have to pay for a carry on bag which was $45 each. You have to pay for refreshments that are free on all other companies I've flown with. The plane was old and small. The tray table is barely big enough to hold a cup, it's less than half the size of the normal trays."

Cons: "Noone told me my ticket was non refundable. Dishonest and wrong."

Pros: "There is no longer anything to like about Frontier"
Cons: "Charged bag fees at kiosk. Then told they couldn't take bags because of their cutoff time. Then told I could call customer service to get a refund. Then told by customer service they could not refund fees even though they would not provide the service. Oh...and they wanted $99 to book on the next flight. Even though the flight they wanted to book me on left the next night!"

Cons: "My suitcase was 1 month old and in perfect condition when I arrived for my flight. When I picked it up two hours later, the main zipper had been mangled past the point of repair in such a way that once it was opened, it was impossible to zip it again. When I brought it to the attention of Frontier staff, they said that they don't offer any compensation for "just zippers." As if a suitcase is usable without a functioning zipper. They handed me a xeroxed slip with a phone number if I had a complaint - turns out it was the wrong number, and after waiting over a half hour without a person answering the phone it was crystal clear that Frontier doesn't care about repeat business."

Pros: "their seat booking and carry on policy is atrocious. They do warn you that they only allow one personal item free, but do not list the prices for a carry on. The worst is that they force you to pay for a seat at the time of the check-in. There is no mention of this when you are buying the ticket initially. There is no option to reserve a seat up front. How is it even possible to buy a ticket without a seat? Can't imagine standing during the flight ..."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "My flights were delayed several times, missed half my vacation as a result. Compensation was mediocre, I received a hotel room for 5 hours and was thrown to the streets unless I paid for another day, since my flight was at 12:00am the next day. I will NEVER fly with Frontier, and neither should you. P.S. there is a $40 carry on charge, even when they mess up your entire schedule."

Pros: "Personnel at terminal and on flight were nice and friendly"
Cons: "Over an hour and a half delay. Bad turbulence. Got lost. No employees helped me find were I should have went. Signs were against the wall and not visible unless you knew where to look at the Denver airport. Struggle for first time flyer."

Pros: "I had enough room to stretch out my bad left knee from my aisle seat. Staff was very nice and helpful"
Cons: "One customer was very loud and talked the entire 4 hours"

Pros: "My son has autism, we were allowed to board first with plenty of time to get settled into our seats. This was EXTREMELY helpful. We both enjoyed the humor and joy spread by the crew, even the pilots injected some fun into the trip."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour early . The flight went well. I just enjoyed having staff that were friendly it makes taking Frontier worth it."
