Nigeria has reopened its borders to commercial flights to Lagos (LOS) and Abuja (ABV).
Travelers must complete the online pre-boarding “Health Declaration Form" at the Nigeria International Travel Portal. Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test issued within 96 hours of their departure to Nigeria, and have uploaded their PCR test certificate to the online Travel Portal.
Travelers must also carry proof of the test and result when they travel. Only a COVID-19 PCR test is acceptable to the Nigerian authorities.
Before travel, passengers must book and pay for another PCR test for day 7 of their arrival in Nigeria at the Nigeria International Travel Portal–evidence of the booking will be required on arrival. On arrival all passengers will be screened by Port Health Officials and be required to provide full contact details, including their address in Nigeria.
All new arrivals are expected to self-isolate at one location in the city of their arrival until the result of their second PCR test (which should be taken on day 7 of arrival) is known. If the second test is negative, individuals can exit self-isolation from day 8 onwards. Anyone that has developed symptoms of coronavirus during their travel, or if the later tests is positive will be managed according to national guidelines for COVID-19 treatment. This may require quarantine at a government-monitored treatment center.

Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."

Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Never British Airways/ Aer Lingus again!"

No thought to wipe bottom before handing it to me. Everything about them was a lack of attention and asking for assistance was a bother. Food so so. Not impressed. They sold me a legal connection but my bag missed it. Landing disorganized. Busses to terminal took to long given we were 10 minutes late."
