Cons: "We got bumped the day before left due to an airline strike. We only found out it was due to a strike because our excellent customer service by webjet.com. Then as we waited for our next flight, we received another email saying we have been bumped another day on our vacation to Argentina. No indication as to why we were bumped. So we tried everything to get in touch with the airline. They only have one customer service number in North America. We called for 4 hours. They never picked up and the automatic service phone number, which is they same for all kiosks at JFK and the main number and the Canadian office number, kept hanging up on us. Fortunately our booking website, webjet.com had great customer service and got in touch with the airline. They cancelled the flight reservation at no charge due to the strike. Without them our flight would have been pushed by two days. Instead of what we did do which was cancel our reservation and moved to another airline, AAirlines, to a redeye flight. But due to the bumps and last minute purchases my wife and I sat separately on the 11 hr flight, in middle seats, overnight with no room to sleep. Also my refund will take 3 weeks according to Aerolineas Argentinas policy! Do not book with Aerolineas Argentina's!"

I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

I had some hopes for the food but it disappointed too. Breakfast, for example, was essentially a warm sandwich with a paper thin layer of ham and cheese. They stuff you with bread. Had a much better experience flying sister company TAM."

Cons: "The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good."

Cons: "was not allowed upgrade! I only tasted the food it was not eatable. I am 70 years old and id rater starve to death than eat that food and no food to buy!"
Cons: "we order kosher food for the flights, on the first flight we recive only for 1 pessanger so on the way back we call few days before to the airlines company to confirm that is kosher food for both passengers and they confirm and again we didnt recive only 1 passanger recive for flight over 20 hours way to be with out food"

Cons: "It airfare.......I've never in my life had to deal with such an unprofessional company in my entire life! I'm honestly shocked that you use them considering your a creditable company. I was screamed and cursed at hung up on and also cancelled off my flight the morning of and then had to pay an additional $100 to get back onto the flight! When I checked online they have nothing but bad reviews. Unfortunately I will not be booking through kayak again in fear of having to deal with airfare."

Cons: "BA and AA don't have their computers coordinated so if you book on BA, but the flight is on AA, your booking reference number for check in, etc., does not work. You have to call customer care for AA to get their booking reference number."

Cons: "Old plane! No wifi, no ind TVs. Drinks are $8! Plus it was a code share with American so poorer service and no blueberry juice. I would not chose this flight again."
