Cons: "For starters, they sat my 12 year old daughter 6 rows away and both of us in center seats so no one would switch with us. Mid flight, my daughter asked to switch with me since the guy next to her kept asking personal questions and was making her uncomfortable. Second, the in flight entertainment did not work. Third, I had pre-ordered a diabetic meal, they “think they may have given it to someone else.” Fourth, one hour delay making for a tight connection. And finally... they lost my suitcase. Should arrive in a few days."
Pros: "The efficiency and kindness of the flight attendants made the trip enjoyable. The water service really helped with dehydration. Also, the food was EXCELLENT, which you don't often hear on a flight. My seat was comfortable and the movie and television selections was great. Will ABSOLUTELY fly with them again!"

The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

During the flight the pilot made up about 15minutes but then a Heathrow circled for 20 minutes this caused us to miss our connecting fight what are it worse is that BAnever todos we had issued our flight even though they knew but the time we landed that we could no take it through security in time . It wa very confusing trying to figure out that we had to reschedule and where and how to do it."

Both American Airlines and British Airways reassured me that it would be at Gatwick Airport when I arrived. Unfortunately, it did not. It took approximately four days to get my luggage. This was definitely a lessons learned."

I haven't seen anything like that since the 1990s! There was no USP or outlet to charge phones or ipads so i couldn't even use my entertainment. It was a red eye and we were not given eye masks, toothbrushes or ear buds. Horrble experience ill never fly BA again"

Cons: "I was not able to select my seat until 24 hours before the flight without paying, which I think is ridiculous. Once I checked in 24 hours before, I was still not able to select my seat. The problem was related to me booking through a partner airline. The partner (American Airlines) couldn't help me because they couldn't access the BA seats. And BA couldn't help me on the phone to select my seat for some other reason (I can't remember). I had to wait until I got to JFK a few hours before the flight, by which time all the seats were filled and I was stuck in a middle seat. Basically, I think there needs to be better communication or coordination between BA and their partner airlines to help customers before the flight, and also it is absurd to charge $35 to choose their seat."

Cons: "The flight was being run by Iberia, not British Airways. Iberia has a policy which did not allow me to check in without proof of a return flight. Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."

Cons: "There was one air steward who kind of seemed to be constantly coming on straight after the pilot with very long, rambly comments in a very loud voice - I'd say he spoke for over 20 minutes total and of course he kept interrupting the entertainment! It wasn't safety stuff, it was general announcements. I wonder is it possible to just post a message on the screens that there's currently an announcement about e.g. shopping and then passengers could choose to stop and listen if they wanted? It felt very intrusive and stressful when it happened three or four times in a row, as it did several times."
