As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Cons: "I paid for wifi and I could not use it. There was a problem with the connexion. So, I paid for nothing"

Cons: "Even though I bought my ticket through British airways, they made me check in through Iberia. No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have"

Cons: "Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice."

Cons: "Your bag people are thieves."

Pros: "The entertainment was probably the best part of the flight."
Cons: "The staff were less than friendly, the food was terrible . Not to mention it was like pulling teeth to get a beverage from time to time. Wouldn’t do it again...... there too many service oriented airlines available to make this mistake again."

Pros: "No complaints everything was good No delays on time flights going and returning back"

Cons: "No body let me know that my connecting flight had been canceled, even though they knew before my previous flight landed. Not many options for getting to my destination. Had to change airports and didn’t offered much help with that."

Cons: "The gate changes, the late start, bad or no info or help from front desk or onboard personnel regarding your connections"

Cons: "Due to delay of previous flight I missed my connection for which I had a 3 hour layover prior to delays. I was put on another flight out of LGA upon arrival but was not given a travel voucher even though I was told tmi had one in my envelope. Trying to get someone to issue a voucher almost made me miss my new connection."

Pros: "Landing was perfect"
Cons: "Everything was fine"

Pros: "Reclination system, closer and closer to the AVE, is an advantage. Although still to improve how not to disturb the passenger behind you."
Cons: "Boarding was messy. We barely fitted in the waiting area. Food quite crappy, especially breakfast."

Pros: "Smooth, more food than I've had in the past on united, everyone was friendly, everything seemed clean, smooth take off and landing!"

Cons: "The airline put me on standby for my connecting flight without telling me at anypoint until I was at the gate. I lost a day of vacation and instead had to wait in Madrid for 4hrs, fly to a neighboring city, and then take 2hr bus to my final destination."

Pros: "On time to madrid... late to Alicante"
Cons: "Personal video screen froze and didnt work...chicken meal was too salty. Britisk airways cancelled our return transatlantic flight LGW to JFK and the Iberia (one world) representative Alicante airport could not help us getting on another flight we now are landing in LGW and have to transfer to LHR at iour own expense and are getting to J FK almost 4 hour later than scheduled...spenrt over 40 minutes on phone with British airways at international cell phone rates which also cost us a fortune"

Cons: "The only bad thing is that the checking at JFK was very long!!!!"

Cons: "Delays delays delays!!! Terrible!! We were waiting 7 hours!! No compensation was offered!"

Pros: "Good movie selection"
Cons: "check-in very poor. Priority check-in was slower than the others. The attendant was unhelpful and had inaccurate information"

Cons: "We were in JFK for over 24 hours being lied to and being promised that our flight to Madrid although late would leave that day. We were changed from boarding door to boarding door, we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in New York that they could place us in and told that they were testing a plane and as soon as it was confirmed it could fly we would be on it. At approx. 1am or a little after we (the passengers) from the flight were located at boarding door 7 and they brought an Iberia plane right by the windows in hopes that we would be put at ease at the sight of a possible flight only to find out that there are no flights out of JFK after 1am. The lies they told and or lack of truths was very frustrating"

Cons: "Missed my connection because they weren't super clear about the gate and then just kept me on standby. Would have liked to have had some options, like actually booking my flight so maybe I could have explored Madrid on my 9 hour layover after missing my flight by 4 minutes. And then they kept me shuttling back and forth while doing this. I went through security 4 times."

Pros: "I was in seat 38L and was very pleased to see that it reclined fully. I hope that is always the case as I will endeavor to book that seat regularly."

Pros: "Seats were comfortable, excellent movie selection, ample leg room, clean and new plane, staff was attentive."
Cons: "Food was average, foot rests were hard to operate, alcohol selection was scant, only beer and wine are complimentary, you must pay for spirits in premium economy"

Cons: "Gate agents never seem to recognize how difficult it is to hear announcements when there are anout 100 people milling around the gate and chatting. Boarding announcements need to be loud, clear, and spoken slowly. Repetirion wouldn't hurt."

Pros: "So refreshing an experience after AA: Iberia's Airbus was clean, their staff efficient, and professional, and electronic updates were provided at every connection! WOW!"

Pros: "The flight attendants were so kind, the food was delicious, and the entertainment options were great!"

Cons: "It was cancelled"

Cons: "The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "They kept delaying the flight and then cancelled. I had to take uber to Penn Station and then AmTrack to Union Station. Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia."

Cons: "We took the red eye and there were children that would not stop screaming and crying. This was not your usual crying infant. These children were able to speak. The crew did nothing about it and let these children yell and scream as they played games on the provided tv. Most of the people on the flight were displeased by this family that made so much noise."

Pros: "Friendly staff."

Cons: "Boarding was laugh out loud stupid. Worse than cattle. No announcements. Looked like the entire process was run by high schoolers. They wouldn't let us board till the last because we hadn't booked a return on BA. Among the worst flights ever"
