I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai."

It is super confusing where you need to go, drop bags, etc. the weird part is Check in was in terminal 3 and gate at terminal 2. That is a long walk back and forth. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this. Besides that, they need to do a better job communicating that seats are changing and not Reggy before boarding. Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. All went much better when flights left directly from David. David is manageable. Tocumen IS NOT. The flight crew to Belize City was ok. Trip to Panama. I messed my connecting flight because, once again, THE WHEELCHAIR was missing. A stewardess led me to the location, but by the time we got there, the flight had left."

Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages."

The guy at boarding (unlike the boarding in SFO) called way too many groupss individually, First Class, Diamond, Premium, Gold, Priority. This led to many people being refused boarding and told to wait. In SF they simply call first class and then all the rest or the Aadvantage members together before the land boarding. Much faster and more efficeint. Even though the flight was full there less than 12 people in the Diamond, Premium, whatever classes. And the guy taking the boarding passes was a jerk. He actuallly seemed to take pleasure in telling people they couldn't board. Might not ever fly AA again. At least never from Philadelfphia."

Pros: "The flight was delayed for who knows what reason and after many it's gonna be right here! It took an hour and therefore delayed my arrival to my final destination 6 hours!!!"

Pros: "Our Stewart on way was nice. Pilet was informative. Let us know what the weather was like and when to expect turbulence. Pointed out land marks as we flew over them."
Cons: "Seating was uncomfortable. Very little leg room and I am short. Can't imagine what it would b like if I were 6 foot instead of 5 foot"

Cons: "My flight was delayed twice on both the trip out and the return. It's not such a bit deal for a longer flight, but when the flight is barely more than an hour and it's delayed for an hour each time it really starts to negate the point of flying instead of driving when you factor in the airport time."

Cons: "Having to pay a baggage fee for the one bag I checked; lack of seat/leg room."

Pros: "Very nice that my husband and I were upgraded to first class on this short flight. It was a short flight but we were very comfortable for that time."
Cons: "I'm very upset I left an item in the overhead bin and had customer service call over as soon as we realized, but they said it wasn't there. There's no way, it had to be there and they didn't look very hard. I submitted a claim and they still haven't found it."

Cons: "I sat in a window seat, yet had no window. I travelled with two other people, and none of us were able to sit together. The seats were more cramped than any other plane I had been on. The light above me was not even strong enough to illuminate the words of the book I was reading, so thankfully there was still some sunshine. There was also no in air entertainment, which I feel like is usually a standard on most planes nowadays."

Cons: "Old prop plane was grounded 5 min. after our boarding time. Went to several gates to try to hop on another flight but nothing got me to my destination in time -- so a total loss. Tried to cancel by phone (line to gate service was 50+ people deep), and was told I couldn't cancel. Then was told I could. Then was told I had to call back! TOTAL LOSS. Refund is needed."

Cons: "Flight was delayed >8 hours. Had to change flights with a late departure and more layovers. Took over 24 hours to get there. Ridiculous."
