Perfect flight. Smooth flight. Arrived 20 minutes early at destination. Excellent service.
Aircraft was noisy, old and never dimmed the lights on a night flight even on business class! I flew 17 times on United and probably another 40 on other airlines United USA /Europe flights were the worst to include luggage delayed once going to europe and once coming back
Check how old the airframe is, some older ones have inoperable seat back entertainment or power.
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
Flight and crew were great. United didn't inform crew of immigration process which was disappointing!
Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.

Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.
Food was poorly timed and not good.. Hand held snacks, really. I kept asking for water and never got any. Service was rushed for a 7-hour flight.
Boarding was organized. Old plane. Seat fairly comfortable. Business Class much too large so you don’t receive as much attention as you should considering what you pay for the seat.
We found the chairs to be really uncomfortable. It’s also really unacceptable that no form of food or drink is included in a 6+ hour flight
Deplaning was a mess, I sat in business (seats are horrible) and the front door had a problem so we had to deplane from the rear exit. The stairs were not tall enough to reach so there was a large step down from the plane to the top of the stairs.
Staff are the rudest in the industry … awful customer service … will never fly Avianca again
Pros: we leave and arrive on time Cons: the most uncomfortable seats ever. You cant recline at all your seats. No entertainment No TVs flight attendants didn't provide even a glass of water. You have to go to back of the airplane and ask for one. I am Colombian and I remember seeing the flight attendants very neat, elegants which is or was a staple of Avianca.it was one with tennis shoes, no male up, the hair was messy... that was really odd.
Here we have another airline flying to Guatemala but doesn't have a plus or a less, just in the middle. Why? Well, first we don't have even free water Movie selection is poor Seats don't recline in some places Food selection is carb based Forgot to mention, customer service on the web is the worst. Good things; Very reliable on schedule Kind crew
Last seat of Bussines Class it does recline but passenger seating behind kept pushing since they did not have space once my seat was reclined
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
No free snacks nor drinks on very short 30min flight. Entertainment system is over wifi to your own phone or tablet, which is good but often a show or movie just stops and refuses to continue
I like the crew they're very friendly. I don't like. on five hour flight they not offered snacks. Any drink. Not even coffee
Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.
