I was transferred to United after an hour and a half wait but was sent back to Aer Lingus (who was operating the flight for BA) by United because the Aer Lingus ticket personnel made the reservation on United but failed to provide the information necessary to generate the ticket. Never British Airways/ Aer Lingus again!

Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport.

They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me.

It then took another forty minutes for the baggage claim office person to go through security, to the arrival gate and back to baggage claim.

Cons: They charged us for two aisle seats, and then reassigned one of us to a middle seat with no notice. With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker.

Pros: We arrived on time and safely.
Cons: Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well.
Cons: I didn't have any video for over two hours. I had to speak to 4 different crew members to get them to reset my monitor. They were not very friendly.
Cons: My flight was cancelled due to weather. BA could not rebook me to get me to Seville in time for my meetings.

Cons: Group system to queue on line was okay but people still seemed confused. Crew forgot some people's request. Bathrooms were smelly and dirty only after two hours on plane.

Cons: My seat was behind a couple with two children that cried and cried and screamed during the flight, couldnt sleep not even with the headphones helped listening to those children crying. Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia

I pre purchased luggage Check in but when I arrived in airport the automated system doesn't like to that piece of data. Didn't know that so was in a long line to use automated check in when I was supposed to be in an even longer line to have service personnel check me in. So finally after standing in both lines I did get checked in.......

Pros: The flight attendants are rude, the food is disgusting, and their customer service is non existent. My husband left his iPad on the plane, and realized as soon as we stepped off, but they refused to let us retrieve it. Instead, they went us through this ridiculous online process, where they determined they found the iPad, but "rejected our request to have it returned"!!!!!! The absolute worst!!
Cons: According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy.
Pros: The flight delayed for 2hours. I required the blanket but it was used with lots of hairs not really hygienic. The crew was not friendly and kind of rude.
Pros: It was very slow beginning with taxing to the airport and then disembarking. We stood for a very long time before the door opened. Probably the delay getting to a stop when in the taxi mode was due to the airport crowdedness and not the airlines fault.
Cons: They claimed my reservation had been cancelled, I had to call the airline, they showed I was still confirmed. this wasted a lot of time and i almost missed my flight.
