The boarding process was going smoothly until the manager Bharti Singh insisted I check my duffle bag that fits under my seat. I travel with the duffle for this very reason. I know for a fact it fits under the seat. She was rude and aggressive, I was charged a check bag fee. She reminded me that I purchased a “basic”ticket. I fly Air Canada more then ten times a year and have spent thousands of dollars on tickets with Air Canada. Once the boarding closed there were many empty overhead bins. The airplane was an old, with no entertainment. The flight attendants were not pleasant, no smiles, not even friendly with each other. Over-all, seemed miserable. I fly all the time and have never experienced a flight crew so unpleasant. This was the worst flight I’ve ever had. If I didn’t have to fly Air Canada I would not use them again.

flight was full and no chance of getting a better sit. other than that. it was ok.

It was a good flight and we arrived on time, plane was clean.

Traveling from Montreal to SFO, after landing in SFO, there was no announcement about where to claim our luggages. Our gate was in Terminal 1, and went to the luggage claim area in T1, but couldn't find any information on the screen. Eventually, an airport agent told us that our luggages would arrive in Terminal 2 luggage claim area.

All went really well. Except that I was randomly chosen to be thoroughly checked!!

We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.

The help at check-in area was excellent! The crew on board was great and the legroom and entertainment is excellent!

it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.
