Check in at the desk was very slow pus Security, although not Virgin issue at JFK was a nightmare. 50 minuet wait no time to explore airport and get last minuet gifts. total wait 1.5hours

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.

United did a good job of communicating before the flight, but a simple notice about the expected time for the completion of repairs to the broken navigation services (which closed the airport for the day) would’ve helped to clarify our expectations. With so many cancelled flights on the 21st of September, a little certainty about our own departure would’ve helped. Because of the disruption, the plane was quite empty, and at 6‘5“ I was able to steal a little extra legroom from the empty adjacent seat. However, I am still waiting for the day when I can sit in a standard economy seat and simply straighten my legs. Cabin crew were amazing. Great attitude, and moments of fun with passengers.

Good flight but there was no entertainment. I wouldn’t have complained but you asked.

Flights were delayed and due to a checked hand luggage bag by an overzealous gate agent in Berlin I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Food was cold and bland, I honestly expect better from a national carrier operating out of one of their major hubs.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.

The seats are much too narrow and the arm rests are hard and awkwardly high, resulting in shoulder cramps. I am an average sized person ( definitely not overweight). The seats are a similar size to car seats with the added discomfort of incorporating hard plastic arm rests, that force average height individuals (I'm 5 ft 7 (f)) to hold their arms uncomfortably for several hours. The seats are much too close to the ones in front and behind making it extremely difficult to allow fellow passengers to get out, especially when the seat in front is declined. The leg room also necessitates knees banging into passengers backs for the entire flight. This used to be a quality airline who now offer mediocre service for premium cost, coupled with charging exorbitant prices for basic needs, like a seat, or luggage. Blatant and unabashed gouging of clients.

I chose seating based on me being 6’3 and they changed planes I guess bc I got 2 random Seats that were middle and window and vert cramped and uncomfortable for a long flight….should have been able to get same seating just different aisle maybe especially since we picked them and weren’t random

Liked that our agent at check in changed our seats to allow us to have more space.

I was upgraded to Busines Class from premium economy which was a great surprise. But......the service was not marginally better than premium economy. After the welcome on-board drink, I only saw a flight attendant twice...... when she delivered gluten free meals. In between, during a 8 hour flight, she didn't check back with me to offer water or collect trash. I had to fetch my own! The gluten free food was not good - they gave me the same meal whether I was in premium economy or business class.

Check on was very hard. I believe my seats had been selected when I booked, but when I checked in I had to select seats. My previous pre assigned seats were no longer showing and I had to take seats I did not want. Check in took me forever. I also had to pay an additional 22/seat when I had already paid. Lastly thought I had pre paid for a checked bag., but that did not show up so I had to pay for a checked bag. 75.00????

My flight out of London was canceled on September 9. We could not get a flight to Italy until 2 days later. That means we would miss my son's wedding. So we had to take a train from Heathrow to central London (14 £ = $18.99). We then had to take the train from London to Paris (612£=$830.24). We had to take a taxi from the Paris train station to the Hotel Sixteen in Paris (€67.5=$78.67). Our hotel in Paris is (€340 = $396.26). Our flight from Paris to Italy was (€442.25=$515). Boarding was offal, crew and jet old and most things were not working, food was terrible.

My flight from London to Washington was rescheduled without notification which clashed with my Abuja to London flight. At the end of the day thy had canceled my Washington flight. This resulted in stopping at New York to board a local flight American Airline but I have. Been at New York airport for the past 12 hrs . I am not yet home because of flight disappointment

Supervisor at the check in area was very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Checking in was rowdy and stressful. Boarding was the same. Food on flight was horrible. Could not get drinking water onboard. Told by flight attendant that they had limited supply. Flight attendants were very disturbing throughout the overnight flight. They cared less about passengers trying to sleep and kept bumping into people as they walked along the aisles with their bodies and trolleys. Just very bad and disrespectful experience.

Food quality was low for business class. No snacks between meals. Very confusing “One World” participation. This airline seems to be part of the program but doesn’t recognize the benefits to customers (luggage allowance)???

Good! except for the in-flight announcement which was very poor. The flight attendant was inaudible with her english language throughout the flight. Her communication was bad, very bad. I could not fantom what she was saying in english and she was very fast you could hardly hear or understand what she was communicating. She needs to improve. Thx

When the flight landed, it was still going towards the gate, when everybody got up. Nobody cared that the flight was still in "active taxi" mode. But seems like this is common on Air Maroc flights.

Comfort and organisational prowess of the entire crew. Baggage handling can be better. No had all my luggages after 6days of the flight.

Good food. Conscientious staff. That said they need more training on setting up the bassinet.

They should have better communication and dealings with their customer when their flight is delayed or canceled.

It was a nightmare of an experience. The station manager was very unprofessional dealing with an over 5 hour delay and even boarding the flight was a nightmare with 3 plane loads of passengers on other cancelled flights trying to push and shove to get in the one i boarded.

Smooth process. No delay. Need to improve the AC during boarding.
