It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

Service and friendliness

Even after several re-set attempts entertainment system (sound) never worked. Crew provided several perks to compensate and overall did all they could. Announcing gate only one hour before scheduled departure time is inadequate and worrisome in an airport the size of Heathrow. Food was very poor compared to half dozen other international flights I’ve taken this year.

All went well but puzzled as to why our booked and paid for trip cost us 600 pounds more due to a change of planes by Virgin Atlantic which was done at last minute.

The flight was delayed twice causing us to arrive in Amsterdam about 5 hours late.

Excellent aircraft quality and flight attendants were great. An interesting selection of in flight movies. The food and drink service was ok

Your check in area was confusing. First no one was there and then we were directed to Delta ro check in. How was I supposed to know this?we were there for an hour before discovering where to go. I looked on line for checking at Virgin Atlantic but it should have been Delta. I wasn't contacted by email for check in durections.

I attempted to cancel my flight due to positive covid case 10 days before I flew with chatdeal and kayak and after repeated calls from me and promises I would be called back and the chance of a credit note I heard nothing. No help, no support, no understanding. I lost £1500. Would never use again or recommend.

Had a brillant flight from LAX and the lady that check us in at LAX on the vs6848 flight to Manchester was outstanding ! And deserves recognition! She was patient with when we were paniced about us been late and havibg five chikdren under five...she kept us clam... reassured us and booked our bags..ensure my elderly mother had assistance and also waited for my husband who had gone to the toilet and jad got himself lost in the airport. Liked traveling with Virgin on the past. This time checking was an issue, meals sucked, we were missed when meals were served. Not a great experience. Will travel in two weeks to the UK but will fly with another carrier

I want more control over my personal mobility &, lighting. Horrible headsets (bring my own). This flight departed 2.5 HRs LATE from JHB & the crew & cavin service was SLOW. NO requested second cup of tea brought - I waited 20 mins & climbed over trolleys to get another one, even though it was requested of cabin crew. Do they just ignore us? Or forget?"

We had to go down 4 flights of stairs holding our bags to get to the bottom, to wait for 10 mins for a bus...that took us all across the airport to board our plane. We were about 40 mins delayed on top of that.

Great leg room in economy and the entertainment system has lots of options, I watched a few docs with David Attenborough. the flight crew were wonderful and helpful. I was really impressed with the food, both the main meal and the snack prior to landing. Some of the best food I have had on a flight! Great job Air Canada!

It wasn't until I was off of the train that I went to grab my passport and credit card and realized my tiny little purse was gone. I had to rush to the US Embassy, get a new passport, and then rush back to the airport. I didn't arrive until 40 minutes after my flight had left and I was a nervous wreck. Unfortunately Lufthansa staff could not care less. The guy at the ticket counter even looked at my new urgent passport that had the issue date listed as today, so clearly this all had just happened as it was only 10:50am still. What did Lufthansa do? Well they told me if I wanted to fly out the same day, I would have to pay 2700 Euro additional! My jaw dropped and then he said I could fly out tomorrow for an additional 675 Euro instead. I was still in shock as I felt like I had just been taken advantage of with my stolen passport and credit card and now it's happening again. I asked if there was any way he could find something cheaper and he said that I paid so cheap for this flight that I would need to speak with the agency I booked with to help me out more and then he dismissed me. Let me have you know that I booked this fare during an amazing sale that Lufthansa was having and I booked it directly through their website and now it was being held against me. There was no offer to pay something like a $200 change your flight fee. Instead he let that plane leave with an empty seat because I didn't have the 2700 Euro to pay him. Here I was, alone, nervous, in a foreign country, and I had to get my thoughts together the best I could and I immediately started looking up my own flights. I ended up having to book a flight with a different company and just forfeiting any kind of credit that Lufthansa would have applied to their overly exorbitant priced flights. Good job Lufthansa for being the worst customer care service I have ever experienced... and I have flown over 20 airlines and over 100 flights."

Cons: "I lost my luggage at Frankfurt Airport due to poor information policy of Lufthansa - so at first hand they didn´t inform Copa Airlines that there is no luggage check out at Stuttgart Railway Station any more for years now. In Stuttgart the lost-and-found office have changed since 2 weeks to an other company and they didn`t inform the headquarter in Ffm. about that, so that they rep gave me the wrong phone- and email-numbers. Finally I had to drive the next day to Stuttgart Airport to claim my lost luggage at Ffm Airport."

Cons: "I wanted to check 2 bags, even though you only get one free checked bag for economy international. The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Amsterdam as a hub is a mess, do not use Amsterdam and KLM as a hub to European cities unless you want to miss your flight.

Very poor snack and drink option

Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.

Pros: "Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Pros: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

If KLM are going to charge extra for a window seat, then they should make sure there is a window there! If the seat had actually had a window it would have been an excellent flight."

A330 were a bit older and started to look a little run down but with the correct seat selection in business (even A seats) a very comfortable ride. Crew was fantastic

Finnair was great - superior to our experience with BA in every way.

Wheelchair assistant was late in getting us to gate as was pre arranged….we had been told that they would pick us up at the priority lounge however they only came after a few ph calls … the airport assistance was excellent in the beginning …the failure came only with the tardy lounge connection. Otherwise all was excellent with Finnair and the initial wheelchair service went very well. Thankyou!

Everything about the flight was pleasant - crew to taxing and landing.

Finnair crew is always polite and professional. Food was fine beautifully presented. Champagne is plentiful and the blueberry juice is delicious
