Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

I felt so disrespected and like my business and money meant nothing to United. Then began my saga to get to Portland. Unbelievable."

Cons: "I arrived at my final destination and walked to baggage claim. I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."

AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Cons: "We found out when we arrived at the airport, that the flight departure was delayed from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Ouch. At 8:30 pm we departed. 2 hours into a 3-hour flight I happened to look out the window and noticed that I could see city lights, shopping centers, streets w/ lights and cars on the streets on both sides of the airplane.. we were not at 35,000ft but maybe 5,000ft. I was also aware that they were flying slower than the usual 400 +/-. My guess was we were only flying at 250 +/-. This flight mode continued the rest of the way into our destination airport. As we were taxiing into our assigned gate the flight crew came on over the intercom and announced that they were a little late and that there were 8 passengers who only had 10 minutes to make their connecting flight and asked that everyone on the plane please let these people go first on deplaning. OK, no problem. We stopped at the gate, turned off the engines, the 8 people got up and moved to the front of the plane, then they didn't open the door for almost 8 minutes. My wife and I will not be flying Frontier much in the future."

No chance I use these guys again"

Mulitiple announcements were made for 5 or so minutes advertising the declining seats and extra leg room. There was one volunteer. Then the captain and stewardess announced that 12 people were needed to move to the front of the plane to correct weight distribution issues. Those people moved free of charge. This was deceitful. Wow. Frontier is pathetic."

I can't afford that. God only knows when or if I'll ever reach Brazil. So much for my Dream Vacation. Never, ever do I plan on flying them again."

Another issue was the check baggage is very confusing and I am still not sure we were not charged double for our bags. We only had one bag each and it seemed like I had to check and pay for it multiple times on the web site. There is no way for us to go back and see exactly what we were charged for."
