After two hours we were allowed to get off the plane, 20 minutes later back onto the plane, backed away from the gate and then pulled into a different gate and were told to get back off the plane. At this point we were given no info or direction but to go talk to special services if we want to re-book a different flight (sold out until at the earliest 8:15pm). After about an hour they announce they are re-boarding the original plane, takes another 45 minutes to board the plane, then we are told two separate issues caused this lengthy delay one was a filter in the bathroom and the other was a thermostat... seems like very basic standard maintenance issues that could have been avoided with routine checks. We were offered zero compensation, the trip took over 6 hours in all to fly from Philadelphia PA to Boston MA; a trip I could have driven in less time. I continue to have issues with American Airlines and "mechanical" delays, the last flight i was on From Charlotte to Baltimore was delayed an hour due to a strap in the cargo area. I don't understand the logic behind the decisions made to hold the full plane over 5 hours instead of taking a 45 minute flight, but I will say the crew was very apologetic and handled the situation well."

Pros: "I didnt know I could only bring one item on board that had to be checked UNDERNEATH the seat in front of me. I didnt have the "right" ticket for over head storage. I had to buy a box for $15 to put my purse in and THEN pay $35 to check my PURSE in! I couldnt check in early. I had to go to the gate to get a seat assignment and then even though my assigned seat was in the 10th row, I then had to line up in groups like Southwest and I guess my punishment for sitting in economy was to wait to board last. I felt like third class boarder on the Titanic. United has become less than a Greyhound bus. They will NEVER be my first choice again! It was HORRIFIC I will go to ANY other airlines before them. P.S. the service at the Houston counter were rude and awful except for Ms. Edwards"

There was also NO room. I'm not a big person, but I didn't even have space to put my bad under the seat in front of me & sit comfortably. I flew back on JetBlue with the same amount of stuff and had ample room. It was interesting to see the difference."

He remained calm throughout, knew exactly how to assess and handle the situation, even helping the spouse who was emotional given her husband's condition. He tended to the family the entire flight. He went above and beyond and I hope he is recognized for his outstanding and exemplary efforts ."

Everything could have been better nothing was great. My biggest issue is that there were multiple charges throughout the process that are traditionally free. I ended up sending more than I would have with a better airline.

Don’t recommend frontier

I think that everything could have been better. The woman who checked me in at the airport was awful. She did everything to make us miss the flight. She answered with unwillingness, already mentioning that l couldn’t board because of 2 minutes, and we were in the check-in line for more than 5 minutes. She only solved the problem after we started asking several questions about about her reason for not releasing the boarding pass to us. We had a very stressful boarding.

Great services

The trip late more than 1 hour and gate change. The trip with reasonable price but everything is so poor. And they try to make extra money for anything

I liked that the flight was non stop, but there was a lack of amenities to enjoy during the 3 hours of flight. The food and beverages were not complimentary which is fine, but some of the snack revenue/ profit could go towards expanding the seats by 2-3 inches or an option for in flight movies.

The flight attendant was late and we boarded an hour later than we were scheduled.

I did not like anything. It was cramped loud, and the fact that we had to sit on the tarmac for an hourd half and then the airline lost our luggage made for a bad start to my busniess trip . Needless to say, I will never be flying frontier again .

Pros: "Captain was informative but not too talkative. Left on time and arrived 20 min early"
Cons: "It was a 6 pm take off and the only food available for purchase was a “snack pack”. A tiny piece of beef jerky with crackers, cheese, and 10 Chocolate covered blueberries for $6.00. Made the mistake of not eating before and was silly to be expecting more from a discount airline I guess."

Cons: "Frontier has to get better about being on time. We were 90 minutes behind schedule. The plane gets there and took 45 minutes to do the turn around. Then get to Denver and there is a plane in our gate even through we were 30 minutes behind schedule. another 30 minutes to get to the gate"
Cons: "All went well, I think thAt on flight 3 hours or more beverages and a snack should be free."
Cons: "Getting off the plane my stroller wasn’t there. Then I was directed to 3 different places before I could find it near the baggage area. The reason I had the stroller... to help me Navigate an airport with little children. Totally defeated the purpose. Never again frontier. You all suck"
Cons: "Stuck on tarmac for 40 min after landing Then waited another hour for luggage to be delivered. If you’re going to force us to check bags the. Please ensure the system is working at the airport!!"
Pros: "Crew was friendly, the plane looked to be newer nice and clean amd flight waa on time"
Cons: "The one "personal" bag policy is insane! I was caught off guard and had to pay for a small carry $50 @ the counter before boarding. If I were aware I could've paid in advance for a lower price and brought a large suit case. Thank God it was a short, 2 hour, flighr because it was not a comfortable seating, it was VERY crammed! AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Pros: "The whole plane was sick of how uncomfortable the seats where they did not lay back they where hard the tables could not even hold r drinks I will never fly again after my return trip him and I’ll make sure no one else uses them this was the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever had and my longest flight 5 hours the whole plane was not happy then they want to charge a arm in leg for every single thing this is sad"

I called immediately and they said sorry there is nothing they could do. Zero customer service. I hope they enjoy the money for the flight that wasn't able to be used."

Pros: "This was the worst. A 4 hour delay with no timely notification. Then a missed flight and 2 hours trying to locate our bags. It was chaos at Denver international. Never fly again Will fly United tomorrow to get to my Bozeman destination."
Pros: "Excellent flight crew! All very helpful and attentive. Head steward had a wonderful sense of humor that eased long flight takeoff delay and kept us all chuckling and smiling at various points of flight."
Cons: "Extremely uncomfortable seats. After about an hour my legs and back were aching and I couldn't get in a comfortable position. Too hard and not enough padding. A non-alcoholic beverage should be a "gratis" show of hospitality on any multi-hour flight. How tight can you get?"
Pros: "The staff is very nice and both my flights were on time and everything was smooth. No lost baggage, arrived at a gate next to my connecting flight, etc. But, the seats are so flimsy now, because they wanted to squeeze in another row of seats. They say the leg room is better, but it felt like less leg room. Overall I can't complain because the flight was very affordable, and at the time that mattered more than my comfort."
Cons: "There is no food offered on these flights, not even a snack. And no entertainment. A lot of airlines now have movies, but this was not the case."
Pros: "We arrived 40 minutes early. Flight attendants were friendly."
Cons: "After boarding, all passengers were forced to get back off the plane with their bags because they crew failed to check the tire presure before allowing passengers on. This took about 2 hours to fix before we were allowed back on. Most restaurants had closed by that time, and we received nothing on the plane or anything to make up for it. This was my worst flight experience of all time."
Cons: "It seems like a good price to start - then you pay for a carry on bag and for your seat. You also have to pay $2.99 for a soft drink. Small seats with little room. My flight was only 2 hours but was an uncomfortable two hours. I would be willing to pay a little bit more to be able to bring my carry on with me, little more space and comfort as well. Had to sit on the tarmac for 30 min when we landed at our destination."
