Cons: "Upon looking at the flights out of Peru we found that there were a lot more choices for returning to Tampa. We were looking at 37 hours of lay over between Lima and Miami. Upon finding the flights with less lay over time we changed our flights and were hammered with $400 change fees. Seemed a bit deceptive that all the flights were not listed when we originally booked. Will use a travel agent next time to make sure we do not run into this situation again."

Cons: "HORRIBLE pre flight, and in airport staff. Incompetent, zero clue as to handle a delayed flight forced every passenger to hand over passports into communal plastic bags and took them for 2 hours somewhere in the airport unknown to us. I should never have to give up my passport into plastic bags/strangers EVER. They lost my customs paper, and then proceeded to accuse me of "selling it"--They took it after I passed through customs initially and if they put it back in passport after they threw them all in plastic bags- god knows where it is, or who's hands it was in who may have took it. They would not give us food vouchers, or water. They couldn't figure out how to get buses and hotel rooms for people- basic simple business skills-- add number of passengers going to hotel, calculate number of seats per bus and that will get you the number of buses needed--- they couldn't figure that out. I will call and give more detail, I promise."

Cons: "The attendant was rude to my daughter. She was discriminated against. During the meal pass he gave everyone else a meal and gave my daughter water and said ' You will be fine with that.' At the Lima airport the restaurant refused to serve us. If you are traveling to the Olympics and you are an American I suggest you avoid Lima. The Peruvian airport personnel don't like us and they let you know it."

Cons: "I paid for the baby basket service but the airline only gave me the adult seat on the basket row, regardless that I was travelling with my wife. Due to that I had to ask the crew to help me to find a passenger willing to change seat with my wife so that she could travel next to my baby boy"

Cons: "Baggage fee of $150 for one extra bag, under 50 LB limit. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I felt gouged."
