Cons: I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!

Cons: The Delta staff in the Augusta airport seemed to have a hard time with getting people boarded - the instructions for what zone was being boarded and who could take what baggage or who was going to need to gate check bags was... not good.

Cons: Someone unloaded a lot of crumbs on my tray table and they all got smooshed on the back of the seat between the tray table and chair. It was pretty nasty. (The tray table was clean, the back of the seat wasn't. Please be nasty.)

Pros: The food is always good on delta, entertainment is great as well, and the seats are comfy as long as you’re not seating next to someone obnoxious.
Cons: The staff is always ao disorganized, sometimes even unprofessional, they talk about other passengers, their shoes don’t match, when they did announcements on the PA they forgot what they were saying or they made mistakes and had to correct hen making it all very confusing. I fly often so I know the drill but those things must make the flight super uncomfortable to someone inexperienced.

Cons: We purchased a direct flight from Boston to Tampa. We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip.

Cons: Planned my trip for my birthday/10 year anniversary. The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!

Skipped a few rows with drinks and then told them there was no time to bring even a glass of water. Fortunately another crew member (who we also asked as they went by) brought water to those she had skipped who wanted it. My TV monitor was not working. Aging planes - need a thorough cleaning. My wife wound up with my boarding pass on her phone and not one for herself. We did get our boarding passes at the kiosk, but then mine had my TSA-precheck but my wife's didn't and she had to go through an extra layer of security (near the gate area) because of this at the Munich airport.

Cons: Flight from Munich to Charlotte: I do not fly that frequently (just only about 1 or 2 times per year - usually with Lufthansa) so I had no idea that as an Economy class passenger I cannot use the Business class bathroom. I admit my mistake for violating this etiquette. There was no line formed so I just used it, but as I was leaving the toilet a stewardess grabbed my arm and sternly made me aware of my trespassing. She was very professional and I believe it was not her intention; however, she made me feel very stupid for not realizing that the Business class toiled is for the Business class customers only. Don't get me wrong, if I paid premium for my fare I would probably expect less crowded toilets too. In my opinion, this unwritten rule should be made more explicit to the Economy class passengers, as nobody likes to feel embarrassed by mistakenly wandering into an exclusive club they don't belong to. I know there are separating curtains, but they were open. I saw a line forming in the Economy section so my next instinct was to go a different direction, which led me to the Business section. I really needed to use the bathroom, so I did not think of the proper etiquette at the moment.

Cons: There was no entertainment at all. The flight from Frankfort to Tel Aviv did not provide a pillow or a blanket. I arrived cold with a stiff neck. The personal spotlight didn't shine in the right seat.

Cons: The flight was canceled because of terrible engine maintenance problem. After leaving the aeroplane no information or structured assistance was given. If I did not have roaming and would have called to re route I would have been possibly stranded in Berlin TEGEL for more than a day.

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment.

Cons: Boarding unorganized, but that may have been more of a passenger issue then KLM

Cons: Limited movie selection. Crew seemed stressed. Gave me wrong meal and then swaped for the right one. I asked for Diet Coke and was given white wine. Food quality was not good.

Pros: Friendliest economy class service I've ever encountered.

Pros: Unexpected surprise--even on a 1 hour flight at noon, they gave us a sandwich!

Pros: Good food, good entertainment system, comfortable seating.
Cons: Only one toilet working in business class. A crew member told me that it was a decision to fly with only one toilet to ensure no delay. There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side.

Cons: Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever.

Cons: Wifi

Pros: Crew was great. Love that the soft drinks are still free, unlike some other carriers. More leg room in the plane as well
Cons: Delay of 1.5 hours for “fuel” reasons that were sketchy at best. Luckily we were not one of the many that missed connections

Cons: Waiting to board took almost 2 hours ! We were delayed so many times and sat on the plane for an hour after boarding. I was supposed to land at 6:55 and didn’t land til 9:30 and I was late for work due to poor planning. The pilot even admitted in the announcement that there was a crew problem and maintence problem. I was not happy

Cons: I think boarding from rear would facilitate faster boarding And eliminate people blocking Aisle ( standing in aisle and digging In their carryons preventing people From finding their seats further down the aisle. Also people with a connecting flight Pressed for time on their next flight Departure...Should be allowed to deplane first..so they don't miss their next flight.

Pros: Nothing I was traveling with my to kids and I ask if they can please provide me the setting for us together and they told us they can’t do it. I end up doing it by my self this is not good and didn’t get the help I need

Cons: This plane needs to be retired! It was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had! Also the plane was extremely warm. Like a sweat box or a sauna. Miserable flight. Glad it wasn’t long!

Pros: Service was wonderful and flight pretty much smooth for the 6;5 hour ride back to Seattle. I do enjoy taking American Airlines.
Cons: Had a 350 pound gentleman in the seat in front of me and had he had no idea of how stressed I was when he would try to adjust his to go back further.

Pros: The inflight entertainment. They had a touch screen with a great selection of movies, music, and TV shows to kill the time with.

Pros: The availability of entertainment on board. The hot meal was good.
Cons: The seats were cramped for such a long flight.

Pros: This leg of our trip was much better than our flight out to Venice on British airways. Comfy seats, good entertainment and clean plane.

Pros: Friendly curbside skycap at check in
Cons: I didn't realize that I was sold a "basic" ticket. No early seat assignment, last boarding group, no access to overhead stowage (didn't need it) so all bags have to be checked for extra fees, bought preferred seating just to be sure my wife and I could sit together but did not get a receipt and had trouble explaining this at curbside check in. Overall unsatisfactory. Same seats but no amenities.

Cons: They boarded the plane for the ‘on-time departure’ scam, then proceeded to do maintenance for 30 minutes, then when you think your on your way we wait another 15 minutes for takeoff. We spent more time sitting still than we did in motion. Horrible.

Cons: Not BA's fault, but I didn't like the long flight. I liked the pillow and blanket provided.

Pros: Very nice and genuinely friendly flight attendants and ground personnel. Flight arrived early, perfect landing and take off.
Cons: Kayak/webjet sent me the wrong check in code for the wrong airline operating my flight. I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all.

Cons: Being held inside the plane for a total of 5:30 hours before taking off. Even if there were several concurring factors, it it necessary to find a better procedure in order to avoid keeping passangers inside a plane with the prospect of taking off in the next half hour repeated every half hour! For the ones of us traveling with children it is even worse, and becomes a real nightmare.

Cons: When I purchased my tickets, American decided it would be reasonable to separate my husband, our 1 year old daughter, and myself which I was notified of only when I asked the customer service agent over the phone prior to our flight. She explained that she was unable to do anything about it. I then called American during my trip and spoke with another agent who said it was out of her hands as well and to take it up with an agent at the desk at the airport. When I checked in online, I was able to change our seats myself which was nothing that either agent even suggested. The lack of ability of these agents on the phone to help two parents traveling internationally with a toddler was unbelievable. American has terrible customer service.

Cons: There were no available snacks and drinks between meals in a long international flight. In other airlines, they have continous supplies of snacks and drinks at the food area for passengers to enjoy at their leisure.

Cons: departed late, we have to wait 20 minutes on board, flight arrived late to destination and in Lima airport were not gates, no buses available so we have to wait another 25 minutes in the plane, once in the terminal another 15-20 minutes waiting luggage

Cons: I didn't get home til 1am bc of this flight delay. A lot of the passengers were on the final leg of overseas travel, so we had a really hard time with the delays. Boarding was inefficient. Cree counted us like 6 times. Why is that necessary? Plane was old and uncomfortable.

Pros: Fairly regular updates from Captain, approx every 15-30 minutes. Flight attendants were ok, performed duties as expected. Announcements were difficult to hear over sound system. I don't know if Captain and the flight attendants were soft-spoken, or if the volume was not turned high enough, but I could hear less than have of what was said over the audio system.
Cons: On the plane for approx six hours. Sat for two hours at the gate, then another hour on the tarmac. Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. AA's seats are the most uncomfortable (in regard to space and lumbar support) of the three major airlines.

Cons: Plane was not board on time. Delayed taking off.

Pros: It got me home I was able to watch a movie They gave me the whole can of Coke Zero I got both the pretzels AND the cookies A321 aircraft, so power at every seat and good entertainment options
Cons: Ended up being in a row of three broad-shouldered men, so the "Preferred" seat I paid extra for was not very preferable I despise the practice of making some seats require additional $$$ - just so they can advertise lower fares. Flight was delayed, which is more common than I'd like They're stuffing planes fuller and fuller while offering fewer and fewer amenities at an ever-increasing price with multiple additional costs

Cons: Flight attendant with an attitude. He announced the dinner choices but turned around the moment he began speaking. When I asked what he had said, he rolled his eyes. That's pretty disgusting and takes a lot away from the overall experience. Sorry, that I'm a burden when I paid a ton of money for this flight. And I had no extra or special requests. I'm an easy passenger. I didn't ring for service outside the scheduled ones once... E.V.E.R. Food was the same sweet sour chicken that I had on every one of my flights with American Airlines in the last few years. Come on. Mix it up a little. The flight is expensive enough. A tiny bit more pampering would just make the difference. And flight attendants with a pleasant and patient attitude would make things a lot easier.
