Cons: I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!
Cons: The Delta staff in the Augusta airport seemed to have a hard time with getting people boarded - the instructions for what zone was being boarded and who could take what baggage or who was going to need to gate check bags was... not good.

Pros: The food is always good on delta, entertainment is great as well, and the seats are comfy as long as you’re not seating next to someone obnoxious.
Cons: The staff is always ao disorganized, sometimes even unprofessional, they talk about other passengers, their shoes don’t match, when they did announcements on the PA they forgot what they were saying or they made mistakes and had to correct hen making it all very confusing. I fly often so I know the drill but those things must make the flight super uncomfortable to someone inexperienced.

Cons: We purchased a direct flight from Boston to Tampa. We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip.

Cons: Planned my trip for my birthday/10 year anniversary. The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!

Had to run to our connection since our layover time was taken up in Boise. If we had missed the flight, we would have been re-routed to another airport over 1 1/2 hrs away since ours closes. Cons: I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint.

Cons: I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home.

When we made it to the airport again after limited sleep, that flight also got cancelled. We bought a ticket with LATAM which was a breeze. Throughout the following week, we tried calling them numerous times to have them tell us we had to loose yet more time by having to go to their Cusco office... but they couldn't resolve the issue either. We had to escalate this over the phone from their office so they would issue us a flight back to Lima at no charge to us. Now, I can only hope that they will honor this ticket but I'm not expecting much.

My friend was unable to get his medicine, I missed vital time from a work contract, and we had to spend the night at the airport waiting until 1pm today to receive our luggage. This is the worst experience I've had with an airline. No one spoken with on LATAM seemed to care. We were stranded without sleep and got no clear answer from the LATAM hotline. There was no mention of compensation for our troubles. I will not be recommending this airline to other travelers aa this has ruines my work schedule and my friend is unable to get his medicine.
