The Customer Service is completely not senior comfortable to use.
When my group was called on the speaker I was the first to board. It made a difference on overhead luggage space being available. Otherwise the flight was nice and the crew was friendly..
Crew was great, food quality was poor. I ordered the lasagna and it was not to my liking.
Narrow middle seat in Boeing 777 (10 abreast) instead of 9. Boarding one an a half hour late.
Unloading and waiting for your baggage in the walkway is not a very conducive method
AA canceled my trip and it was a total nightmare. I was able to go after a lot of back and forth that ruined my first day.
Absolutely everything went wrong. Many delays causing me to have to rebook with another airline. Worst travel experience ever.
The staff was very friendly, they were enforcing good safety practices. It's pretty good value for the money, too.
As ALWAYS, the seating is cramped. Due. To the fact, that it was a short flight, it was tolerable.

Cons: "The crew went 8 hours without food or beverage service. When asked for water, they directed us to a shared (COVID!) bottle of water near the bathroom. Terrible service and in fact, dangerous."

Cons: "Way too crowded during Covid, every single seat was taken. Then, to make things worse, they let people in with food so they'd have the excuse to unmask in-flight. On top of which, they passed around snacks (in a 2-hr flight?? during Covid??) so 80% of the plane took their masks off to eat their pretzels and drink their water. Unacceptable."

Cons: "The airport at Phoenix had little seating. I was funny in the floor in case someone needed a seat. Otherwise, everything was good."

Cons: "They moved our flight around multiple times. We first had a layover in Chicago then through multiple emails and one phone call they just flew us straight to London with no layover. It all worked out it was just stressful not knowing exactly when we were flying out and if we were going to make our connecting flights. It did work out and we did make it."

Pros: "The flight was quite emty and instead of packing everyone in the same area, we all had a row for ourselves which was very enjoyable. Flight crew was very nice"
Cons: "The interview by a British Airway agent before the flight. I have been to the USA many times and I totally understand this type of interview, but the agent was aggressive, asking questions that were totally irrelevant. She did not even care about why I was going to the USA or where I was staying. Se was rude and I was really unpleased by her attitude saying it was British Airways way off doing interviews. Again I have had many interviews before flying to the USA, never been a bad exerience before"

Pros: "Airline crew was good. Attendant was appreciative for my daughter translating for her. There were two passengers who did not speak English. One spoke french and the other Spanish. The food provided was tasty."
Cons: "Seats very uncomfortable, not enough leg room, too small ( I am a smaller person.). Did not like that could not reserve seats in advance without paying $50. Spent almost an hour with agent to get two bags checked for free. Iberia flight operated by American allowed two free bags. Agent took awhile to discover this was correct then she got locked out system. There was no regard that we had a flight to catch. No individual TV's."
Cons: "We paid extra for 'exit row' seats and were sat in sets that had maybe even less room than a standard row! I was extremely disappointed, and even the flight attendant said he had flagged this with his management and they continue to sell those seats as exit row and charge a premium. Very poor business practice on BA's end and will absolutely avoid flying with them in the future."

Cons: "Flight was not catered, therefore we ended up with only a small cup of water. It wasn't worth the upgrade to first class. Also, the upgrade indicated our luggage would be a priority at baggage claim. We had connection to make for an international flight, but here I sight at baggage claim 1...waiting and waiting."
Cons: "3 hours delay, because the airplane had not been tested as required in a previous International flight. We had to change plane which caused a lot of caos regarding the transfer of luggages and food. We sat on the plane forever with a lot of confusion."

Cons: "I booked on BA I ended up on AA. US carriers to Europe gives inferior service vis a vis the competition if i wanted a US carrier I would have booked one. It was bait & switch. Compared to whats available in entertainment & comfort on flights, this was like a hires & buggy"
Cons: "I took a flight in 2016 from Newark New Jersey four times and I only went to Florence South Carolina one time. I ended up in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, another time in Columbia South Carolina and the last time in Charlotte North Carolina. Each time I departed I had to pay to come back to Florence South Carolina."
As a long night flight I would expect the flight attendants to ask the people surrounding to behave, to not open the windows to not turn on the lights every second , and to ask the kids to be quiet (well grown up kids), the food was very poor .
Everything was fine but the food was not good
Fairly quick boarding. Very easy check in. My ticket was cheap and I didn’t mind paying the $30/bag fee. Very helpful people in the curbside check in.

Cons: "United organized boarding by zones (1, 2, 3, 4) where 1 is in the front of the aircraft (business) and 4 is at the back. While I appreciate that business travelers should have priority boarding, the order of coach is from front to back. It would be beneficial to begin coach boarding from the back to the front to reduce the traffic on the aisles."
