The pretzels have no taste. How about a choice of snacks? The flight itself was fine.
This was my first time using Alaska. The best thing about Alaska is the people. Everyone that I had any contact with couldn’t have been better. So far on this trip no complaints. I will use Alaska again
Full, attentive service from the fist class cabin flight attendant was superb. Really exceeded expectations.
The stewards were too loud and chatty with each other

We sat on the tarmac for 25 minutes after landing and it caused me to miss a connecting flight. It turned a 7 hour travel day into a 14 hour travel day. That really sucked.
Alaska is usually amazing. This time was the exception. Something in the plane broke and had to be fixed. It happens, I get it. So instead of arriving home at 1030pm...I arrived at 3am. Needless to say it was a looooong night. Especially when I got to the airport at 430p for a 645 flight.
Both of my planes were delayed which is less than ideal but it's alright, unsurprising with very small flights.
If the flight from Seattle to Eugene hadn’t been delayed for mechanical reasons we never would have made it. 45 minutes is not enough time to deplane and get clear across a big airport like SeaTac.
I still in San Francisco😡the flight has delay and lm not sure l can back to Seattle or not😡lm here from 7.30pm and still waiting😡 l never will use of Kayak.
The crew was EXTREMELY helpful And sweet and the flight was smooth!
Everything was great and smooth. Given the short flight there was no entertainment but the rating does not give this option. My first flight with Hawaiian was a success all around.
The entire crew had everything handled and truly worked together. More than once, I saw them hustle down the aisle and back just to serve customers.
Flying with Hawaiian Airlines is a treat! They have the best crew, food and drinks! I’ve always enjoyed flying with Hawaiian Airlines and will continue to use them!
Amazing all female crew, including the pilot. Great flight attendants and smooth trip. Food was good. Boarding the plane from back to front would have made things significantly smoother. Took forever to wait for people to clear the alley. A little extra leg room would be nice also. Please thank your flight crew!
The flight was great. But the problem is we actually booked a flight with Hawaiian Airlines. We even received a Hawaiian Airlines confirmation number. So this made it really difficult to check in the online. So I had to call Hawaiian Airlines to get our Alaskan Airlines confirmation code to check in. Also weren’t told we were flying on Alaskan, but once we got on the plane, everything went well!
We decided to take our mom on vacation but we were worried how well she will do on the flight, she's a senior and required special accommodations such as transport chair since she can't stand for long periods. To our surprise my whole family was given priority boarding, my mom was given chair, we were not standing in line and were given seats in good area next to our mom. A+ experience!
Would have been better if the flight went out as scheduled and we’d have been kept informed. Rescheduling the connecting flight out of Portland was especially difficult.
Very accommodating on flight changes when something came up. Definitely felt a notch above other airlines.
