Would have been nice if my flight was on time and I didn't miss my connection and had to spend the night in Seattle, losing one night at the VRBO I paid for in Sitka. And, my connecting flight was still at the gate when my flight was taxiing to it's gate. But, it took off. Too bad for me. I really can't believe you even want me to review or comment on my experience.
Upon arrival I was disappointed that the assist I requested to get to the baggage claim wasn't provided. The entire baggage area was not clearly marked and I wanted to store my baggage overnight, that wasn't available. I had to take it on the shuttle to the hotel!
The staff was extremely pleasant, and the ride was uneventful… If I were going to a place they serviced, I would take Alaska again
Everything was great. Paid for upgraded economy seat and it was worth it: early boarding, roomy seat, great entertainment choices, free drink!
Horrible. Boarded late, sat on the tarmac for over an hour, missed my connecting flight and had to spend a day in the Seattle airport. I won’t be flying Hawaiian again.
I have mobility problems and requested wheelchair assistance in Seattle and Anchorage and none was provided at all. Very disappointed. Only one gate agent in Seattle asked if I needed assistance boarding my flight in Seattle.... and only after three gate changes.... requiring even more extremely painful walking without assistance.
All airlines seem to be a scam with having to pay force assignment, baggage fees, and completely garbage food. Our flight attendants now seem to have a power trip complex. It’s clear they know we have no other choice if we want to travel so they don’t care and let you know it.
Overall it was good. There was a delay in departure, which is why I did not rate it as excellent.
Seats hurt and can't recline far enough no screens in the back of the seats food or snacks not good
Both flights delayed while the crew blamed it on local festivities instead of the truth of not having enough staff.
The flight was very smooth and the landing was AMAZING! I have flight anxiety and it didnt peak once! :) Thank you to the pilots and crew!!
Pillows and blankets were nice since it was an overnight flight, but the seats should be larger and there should be more space between rows so we have more leg room.
My flight was unexpectedly rescheduled to three days after the intended departure date about seven hours before the flight, ruining my plans and vacation. Moreover, I was forced to cancel my return flight as well, losing about $400 dollars in the process.
Logging into next flight was an issue as I never received a confirmation code
I loved flying Hawaiian Air! We didn’t pay to sit together, but we were able to anyway. They had usb charging ports and even outlets in some seats. They served a hot sandwich that was not very good, but we were still pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The seats really made my booty hurt but maybe I’m just not used to sitting so long. Also, the AC was really cold even though I was wearing pants, a hoodie, and a light blanket.
A second drink service on a 6 hour flight would have been helpful.
Everything was good for the price I paid. Crew was very nice.
My confirmation number did not work to check in the day before, so I had to go to the very busy line (no kiosks at the airport) and almost missed my flight. Also, no one told me that I had to actually check in with Alaska
You did not have any vegetarians options for the free meal! I do not eat any meat of any kind! I asked the flight attendant and was met with kind of a rude statement like vegetarian? No we don’t have that kind of thing! Did not make me happy but made me feel like why would I want a vegetarian meal! Otherwise a good experience!
I was put in seat 6B with no warning. Had no seat in front of me just sticks out in the aisle so I had to hold what I could and put the rest in a bin way further down.
