Cons: "Not happy that DELTA changed my flight again and now I arrive (6) hours later in Philly. Longer layover in Detroit is not comforting! Hoping/praying that DELTA doesn't change more on this flight going home!"

Cons: "They did not have a “gate available” for our arrival so we have been waiting in the plain on the tarmac for over fourty minutes and still waiting. This is ridiculous. We purchase tickets at delta for a plain that had a departure and arrival gate. This should not be happening"

Pros: "The flight attendants was very rude & keep harassing me about my emotional support dog, I was a real animal hater, the complaint is to long to list here, never experienced such a rude flight attendant in all my years of flying , I filed a official complaint with delta."

Cons: "Reclining seats need to either go away, or be built so that reclining takes leg room away from the person reclining. Why should I be punished for a rude passenger in front of me who decides to punish me by reclining their seat?"

Then on top of that the passenger next to me removed his shoes and you could smell his feet from a mile away but the flight attendants never requested for him to replace his shoes."

Blamed it on weather even though a full maintenance crew was beneath the plane in the entire time and, for the coup de gras moved a new flight an hour later 30 gate down. Classic Delta hopefully they'll be out of business in a year"

Pros: "I am used to flying Frontier because of cost but recently traveled Delta and boy did I feel completely spoiled! Not only did my other half get our bags for free due to his status with Delta but the amenities they offer and the comfort of the economy seats compared to other airlines is a major difference. As a chronic pain patient, if I can find a Delta flight for a little more, I will be booking with them for sure! Highly recommend them!"

Cons: "All four checked baggages received up to Mumbai. I handed over to domestic jet airways all four bags as per the system at Mumbai. But at the end I received only three baggages at Ahmedabad. I informed jet airways about one missing bag. They have acknowledged it and the missing bag was to arrive at Ahmedabad in the next flight. I am still waiting for the missing bag."

Cons: "Boarding process was horribly handled. Food was inadequate. Stewardess was saccharine. Bathroom door didn’t shut completely. I was told this wasn’t an international flight and therefore no free alcohol. Aero Mexico flight to Mexico City had much better food, free alcohol and more attentive service personnel. Also delays because of equipment problems."

Pros: "I am liking the new Delta terminal at LAX. The flight crew was nice pleasant and helpful. The pilots kept us informed."
Cons: "The Delta Sky club was small and over crowed. If you go take the first seat spot you can find. It doesn’t get bigger. I have high hopes for the new combined lounge between the terminals. The flight itself felt like an older 737-800 while it had power there were only two and the two others in my row snagged them. I was in Delta Comfort and have to say the extra leg room isn’t a lot."

Cons: "West Jet gave me a "fake" ticket delta would not let me board missed the flight I had to wake up at 3am to catch. This is after I finally made it to my hotel last night at 11:30 pm. This is completely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER FLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!"

Cons: "OMG! The seats are obnoxiously close together. I could only sit perfectly upright and even then my knees were pressed tightly against the seat in front of me. I am only 5'7". Impossible to rest due to lack of space. I tried to put my head down on my tray table but couldn't since it hit the seat in front of me. Mid flight my 13 year old daughter got back spasms. Upon arrival we could barely walk and looked like two old women limping down the jetway. No idea how a tall or larger person could have even sat down."

Pros: "Nice crew, normal seats, TV etc. They were very apologetic about the delays. They gave multiple updates and came around with water/snacks"
Cons: "The plane was delayed to wait for passengers from another flight. We waited for almost two hours. After that there was multiple technical difficulties- loading the bags, closing the door, refueling...the list goes on. We ended up taking off almost four hours late."

Cons: "Connection flight from LAX to Seattle was dropped off of booking completely. When Delta was able to fix the changes in Sydney Australia they put my husbands ticket as a standby instead of putting him in an assigned seat and reported that they couldn't fix it that we would have to wait and get to LAX before the changes could be made again. There was a one and a half hour flight delay from LAX to Seattle. From Sydney Australia to LAX entertainment system didn't work the whole entire flight, they were screaming children the entire flight, and Delta had double booked seats on several different people. There were no apologies and no compensation for any of the incidences."

Cons: "Did not know they made planes with so little room inside. It was made for people under 5 foot tall with no carry on luggage. Crew took up over head luggage storage."
