Hostesses were very nice I am disappointed that I paid extra 900$for premium economy which wasn't much upgraded from regular economy, I have wasted my money on this trip 😫
love this boutique luxury airline. crew was nice and attentive. Lounge is too small , i think they should have more area for relaxing and lounging not just to sit and eat .. feels like a cafeteria more than a lounge. overall i enjoy it. food on the plane LAX to Teipei should inprove a bit. no flavor and more drinks pls
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
Flight cancelled due to inclement weather yet rival airline EVA Air with the same route departed 2 hours later and landed safely while our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 36 hours later.
The crew could have been kinder and less pushy. The premium economy seats don't have enough cushion. The seats are to hard and the flight became painful and uncomfortable after an hour of flying.
Our transit in Taipei was disappointing. The ground crew could not tell us where the lounge was located, so we wasted 15 minutes trying to find it. The airline has a great review, but our experience says otherwise.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
The plane is very clean. The selection of movies is excellent!
Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.
I love my Delta crew, they were so welcoming and helpful.
Better organization of boarding procedures. Terrible leadership guiding people to gates.
I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.
Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.
For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.
The check-in crew at SF did not put on breakable glass stickers on check-in baggages which caused my antique whisky bottle to break during transportation.
It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.

Be on time? When not on time a circling for over an hour offer more than 1 bag of chips to the passengers? It was a 7 hour flight by the time we got done.
Flight delayed four separate times. I’m now one hour hours late to landing.
Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.
It was a great flight and the stewards and stewardess were all kind and accommodating!! The seats were comfortable and entertainment screen excellent!
737-800 in first class was pretty dumpy. Seat had an uncomfortable angle, storage under the seat was blocked so even my very modest backpack didn't fit, power outlet was flaky. Weird tiny seat pockets that couldn't hold a gallon ziploc bag, emesis bag missing, etc. etc. No in-flight service due to turbulence. Crew was excellent, boarding was smooth despite a full flight.
The flight was overbooked and the staff at the gate started calling for volunteers to drop out and offering incentives. That delayed the flight
There was no wifi even after my husband paid for wifi it wasn’t working. The plane looked and felt old.
Update the cabin with tv screens or at least music sources.
Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.
No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.
Lost one piece of luggage even though I checked in 2.5 hours before the flight
The boarding process on the departure from LA was rather slow even though I was in Group 1. For first class, I was not expecting to have to pay for Wi-fi but I did and then the wi-fi was spotty. The entree was surprisingly good and so that was a pleasant surprise. However, once I got to Houston, it was terrible. Unfortunately there was bad weather but the constant gate changes for my connecting flight was difficult to manage due to having to navigate back and forth between different terminals.
I was promised by United Airline (operated by ANA) that I will be seated together with my kids as I am the only adult flying with two minors. We did not get seats together in our 11 hours flight from LA to Tokyo. When asked at the gate, ANA representative said United Airline should have informed them that there is a parent flying with two minors. He said they can’t do anything in the system as the flight is full. He ask me to ask passengers next to me and the kids if they are willing to change seats. This is ridiculous! However, I went in the flight and asked other passages but no one willing to change seats. 11 hours and we were seating separately. I was very disappointed with this. It made things super inconvenient for me.
Service was professional and quick. Premium economy seat was comfortable given the class

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times! They went above and beyond to get us into an earlier flight in San Diego to make our connection in SFO possible, because our original flight did actually not make it! I did so much appreciate the UA team and how they made this possible. We also didn’t have seats together on the long flight to Singapore, but they found us seats together last moment with no additional cost! Nobody sat next to us, so that we were able to sleep! Thanks to UA for improving their service and Underpricer for booking this trip! Please be careful: 1,5 hrs for transfer in San Francisco might not be enough time in the future
Seat pitch is horrible especially on the 15 hour flight. Gate crew at SFO was Outstanding. The flight crew was also great.
