Jammed up security line. Security personnel excellent but facility is really cramped and lines long. Alaska Airlines was excellent.

I liked the crew. There was no food flight to short

Short flight was fine, but no entertainment and bathrooms broken.

We were flying 1st class for a special occasion. This was a Hawaiian airlines flight. It was exceptional. Very comfortable seats and space. Extremely attentive crew. Food was great for airline food. They provided tablets to watch and full headphones to listen. This was the best airline experience I have had in decades.

2 FLIGHT DELAYS? what an inconvenience to stay @the airport HALF THE DAY😳from 1pm till boarding @ 4pm pass 😠exhausting !

you could have gotten me there on the day I was supposed to be there, not a day later. Paid for 3 nights at a VRBO and got to spend only 2 nights there.

boarding was late worst was going back LAX to SFO delayed not once ? but TWICE😡I was at the airport practically almost 5 hours of previous time , very inconvenient! i would have spend longer time with family , I was wanting to avoid TSA line? but it just got me to spend unwanted time @ d airport

You no longer give receipts for baggage at the counter. And it is next to impossible to get it on your webpage. Spent 20 min trying and gave up... I need receipt to submit for reimbursement and don't have time to waste on your poor webpage Disappointing .....

The flight was jumping between being delayed and closer to schedule about 5 times. Alaska air website showed incorrect times while google had latest info. This panic was horrible to deal with.
