I couldn't hear anything the pilot was saying over the loudspeaker. Hopefully they can upgrade their fleet. BTW if you have a choice of doing a really long layover at the Panama airport, don't. Cons: "My husband and I went to Panama specifically to go on a surf trip. Our surfboard bag containing three surfboards did not arrive at the Panama City airport until 3 days after we arrived. It entailed multiple phone calls and many trips to and from the airport before we got our surf boards. The COPA baggage people kept telling us they would call with updates as to when the board bag was going to arrive but they never did. We had to stay in an expensive hotel for three days in Panama City, which we didn't plan to stay in the city at all."

She needs to be Trained on Customer Service Efficiency."

When I landed in Panama there were no United representatives to issue me my boarding pass. For the next 14 hours I went up and down the airport to find help. When I finally went to the designated gate the Hnited representative told me this miscommunication happens all the time between Copa and United and there is nothing she can do. This is bad business and the customers have to suffer the consequences. I won't use this flight route again."

I understand things happen but they were very unfriendly about this situation..what's the point of spending all the $ on insurance for this situation to occur and there's no compinsation for it."

Cons: "Due to the planes running late we had to board the plane without the plane being cleaned beforehand. I had to ask a stewardess to wipe down the crumbs and spilt coffee on my seat before I could sit down. It was REALLY disgusting!!! There was crumbs all over the seats, Seatbelts and floor."

Cons: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

We had not been contacted and we missed our daughter’s professional basketball game in France. This was the reason we bought the tickets from Kayak to begin with. The cancellations were happening with British Airlines and they were not working with American Airlines to help us out to get to the game on time."

Cons: "It was HORRIBLE. They had to book us on another flight to Houston and then to Dallas because there were no more direct flights. We arrived at the check in counter at 10 AM. Flight left at 10:40. We were only 5 minutes late for the cutoff after a 15 hour flight with delays that were NOT our fault but were the fault of the airline itself. Our seats were terrible going back and they did not even offer us any kind of voucher to help with the added time and stress of having to wait for another flight and take an extra one."

Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

We missed our connecting flight they put us up in a hotel and booked alternate flights. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff said more than once they were not prepared for all of us and getting us from airport to hotel and in rooms was almost another 2 hours. That gave us 3.5 hours to sleep before we started in the next journey. Of 4 hours from take off to landing in our home city. I had to pay for my baggage to go onto another airline."
