Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Pros: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Cons: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."

Cons: "Seat configuration as a first class ticket was awful. Same configuration as economy class but by leaving the middle seat empty constituted first class. I'm 6'-1" and missed the legroom...."

Pros: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."
Cons: "It was very hot in there probably hotter than it should be. Not much air flow I was sweating the whole flight. Because of this I couldn't sleep it was kinda miserable not gonna lie."

Normally, that would be okay except one of the two standard meal choices was also vegetarian and seemed much better. Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"

The time taken to clear custom was too long, we didn't have enough time to claim VAT and had to rush to board the plane despite being at the airport 3 hours before flight."

Cons: "The crew is not particularly caring. They are nice but we travelled with a toddler and the seat rests in between seats don’t lift. Try to let a toddler sleep on a single seat... They offered no help. The plane was too hot when we were boarding. Their commercials for Iceland are relentless."

Cons: "We boarded the plane and sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours before having to disembark due to a mechanical failure. We were told by the Iceland Air supervisor inside the terminal that no one would miss their connecting flights. Not true. We were also told that if anyone did miss a connecting flight, everything would be taken care of and ready to go once we reached Iceland Not true. The crew didn't hand blankets out to everyone who needed one. A single beverage was offered for an almost 8 hour flight. No snacks or meals. The attendants were the least friendly and helpful of any I've experienced. They didn't make sure bags were stowed. They didn't check to make sure seat belts were on. I don't even know why the airline bothered with attendants. They did nothing."

Cons: "I wasn't on their passenger list. Wi-Fi is expensive for how unreliable it is. Sometimes it works flawlessly, sometimes it doesn't work at all. They also lost my luggage. Overall, a very poor showing."

Pros: "A passenger that I was going to sit with had an obvious head cold or flu. Due to my own medical recommendations, I calmly asked a flight crew member if I could change my seat. I was helped nicely, no big deal. Thank you So much!!"

Pros: "Connecting flight on Finnair albeit from Oslo, Norway, delivered as promised. On time departure and arrival. What a relief. Too bad Icelandair ground ops did not get our luggage on board. No surprise there. Lost valuable vacation time and money tracing and recovering our possessions."
Cons: "From delayed departure from Dulles to hot airplane, cramped seating, minimum service, late arrival in Reykjavik and 19 hours of constant gate changes, nothing went right for the airline and the hundreds of frustrated passengers. Waited from 0730 Saturday to 0300 Sunday to continue to Helsinki. 5 unexplained flight delays and last minute gate changes before flight being cancelled and rescheduled. What has happened to Icelandair?"

Cons: "My final flight and I was going to finally get some food. Only to find that without a major debit or credit card that wasn't happening. I needed to pay for my breakfast and cash was not acceptable. In addition to a massive overflow of parents going through passport control and neatly missing my flight I was quite unhappy"

Pros: "I took an Icelandair flight a few years ago and this time around I noticed that the entertainment system had been significantly upgraded. The food options were a bit better too. All for purchase online, but, actually, pretty reasonably priced compared to what buying a sandwich, for example, costs at a grocery store in downtown Reykjavík. Also, all the staff were friendly and helpful."
