This was like flying in the 90's. The seats were super small and uncomfortable my TV didn't work and they wouldn't let me use my phone (even on fly mode) and the Beijing international airport didn't have WiFi.
Air china needs to improved plane and food
No entertainment, console broken. Ran out of menu item of choice, but alternative was easily digestible.
Everything, meals were good.
Better customer service
Air China staff need to better understand and learn how to talk to people.

I loved flying Ana. I cannot stress enough how exemplary the service was and the overall comfort/experience was one of the best I've had. I am looking forward to flying with them again next year when I return to Japan.
