The support staff when I called again put back the seats for my return flight. I tried to check in online. Not working. Tried at least 50 times. Not working. Called the support staff. They told me to call the check in support center. I called the check in support center at least 50 times where mi was told the staff are busy and could not answer the call. I called at 6:00am next day where I was told by the check in support staff that my ticket had an issue which they did not know exactly what was the issue but prevented me to do a check in. I drove more than 2 hours to the airport where finally I could check in but I was told that my return flight seats had disappeared again. They managed to put them back again. I hope this time it’s finally ok. The support staff on the phone told me I could get reimbursed for the seat reservation I had paid for for the on going flight. The Swiss staff at the airport told me there would be no refund. Swiss is terrible"

I never got a response and upon check in, they had my son and me in our purchased seats and my daughter at the back of the plane. I asked them if they could do anything about it (I was even willing to give up my seats to move to the back...) yet no one seemed concerned or interested in helping to make this work. They also had no knowledge of my complaint or appeared concerned about my prior experience. I'm so over Swiss Air. My experience with the employees on the phone prior to my first departure, the lack of response to my email, and a disinterested and inattentive staff on my return, have all convinced me to choose a different airline next time."

Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."

The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Cons: "Yo venía con ellos de Nizhny a Moscú para luego agarrar el avión hacia Vienna. Llegamos con 2 horas y 45 minutos de tiempo antes de que saliera el siguiente vuelo. Bajando del avión nos atrasaron 40 minutos. En el counter mas de una hora y en migración otro poco de tiempo. Nos saltamos la línea al ver que no nos iba a dar tiempo y así fue. Llegamos 18 minutos antes y no nos dejaron entrar. Lo peor es que Aeroflot no nos ayudó y nos dijo que nosotros fuimos los que llegamos tarde. Lo mismo le sucedió como a 10 personas del mismo vuelo y cuando estabamos poniendo las quejas vimos por lo menos otros 10 de otros vuelos con la misma situación."
Pros: "The most important part of a flight is arriving and returning safely, so in this regard, Aeroflot made the grade. The airplanes appeared new and on one of four flights, there seemed to be a decent amount of legroom in coach."
Cons: "The crew...upon boarding, they literally say things like "come on, come on, hurry up" when you are moving as fast they allow you to move. It was just rude. In Moscow, the boarding staff were even more pushy and rude. The flight attendants are relatively polite, but definitely not friendly. The bathrooms smelled of urine upon boarding the flight. The movie system (while it was better than nothing) worked very poorly, froze up, would not take the button presses and aside from a couple of the movies, the majority were from the 1980's, 90's and early 2000's. Lastly, and the worst, the food was over cooked and tasteless. We were served a total of 6 meals on all of our flights. I had requested gluten free meals. I was served the EXACT SAME FOOD at every single meal! Worse yet, that meal consisted a 2"x 2" piece of chicken (which was palatable), tasteless yellow rice and a teaspoon glob of deathly overcooked spinach. A salad with just olive oil for the dressing. No vinegar, nothing. And a dry rice cake. Seriously, it was the worst airplane food I have ever endured. I would avoid Aeroflot if at all possible."

Sheremetievo changed it to the gate #2 and call my last name with completely wrong pronunciation. When I realized that my plane is leaving I had to run more than 1 mile to the gate #2 for the 3 min. You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."

Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 15 minutes. Then we boarded the aircraft and spent two hours inside, just sweating. Someone came and said it would take another 15 minutes to check the aircraft again. We were sent back to the airport with no information and nobody knew what was happening. We finally boarded the flight 5 hours late, and we lost our connection to Hong Kong. Nobody cares to explain or give you a solution. When we arrived to Moscow they said that we had to spent the night at the airport because their hotel was full. We verified at the hotel and they offered us rooms if we wanted to pay for them. The airline employees offered no help and we spent at least 5 hours looking for a solution. We decided to enter Russia and found out that the airline had another hotel in which we spent the night after finding the answer ourselves, because nobody explained anything to us. We wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. They had passengers sleeping in the floor of the airport with little kids because they didnt offer them a room. They simply dont care about their customers."
