Tried using the check in email that Kayak sent out and it wouldn’t allow me to check in. It took me about 40 minutes on a chat with Alaska Airlines to get the proper link to get my boarding pass.

Tried using the check in email that Kayak sent out and it wouldn’t allow me to check in. It took me about 40 minutes on a chat with Alaska Airlines to get the proper link to get my boarding pass.

Both flights were late 2+ hours with ZERO communication from the airlines or their staff. No offers for compensation. WiFi didn’t work for streaming and they said to only use browsing but that didn’t work either. Waste of $$. No drinks only boxed water or apple juice. No snack. One of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had.

On time. Alaska upgraded seat comfort with memory foam seat covers with head rests

The departure gate was changed from C1 to B18 but it was never announced at the C1 gate nor did I receive any email or text message or phone call about the gate change. I was in a window seat. In the other two seats next to me were Mr. Rotund and Ms. Rotunda, a youngish couple. Just the two of them should have booked three seats. I was smashed up against the wall and window for five hours. Overall, I'd say my flight sucked. Wouldn't you?

We moved from the international terminal to a new location. I think there are still some bugs to work out . We didn’t receive check in notification and had to scramble to find it but i think it will work out

Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end

No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.

There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.

This is my first time flying Hawaiian. It was so disorganized and poorly coordinated, resulting in the most unacceptable delay
