Seats too close together. Seats should not recline without additional space between seats.. Meal service and seat reclining is a huge problem.
I hope you can influence the airport at Papeete. It is in need of upgrading. Only 1 plug to charge in the open area, only 2 once you have passed security. Security was extremely outdated. They had me turn on my computer, and my camera. 9/11 was a long time ago. There were only a few ceiling fans so the comfort level was really low while waiting for my flight.
The staff on the flight were very friendly and willing to assist in anything possible. The food was plentiful, and the trip went very smoothly with the flight, arriving an hour early. Very impressed with the flight attendance with Air Tahiti Nui!

There is no legroom for someone who is even a little taller than average. The woman in front of me leaned her seat back all the way, so that my knees were wedged up against her seat. When I asked her to adjust it, she flatly refused, and the flight attendant basically told me that I would have to put up with it - for an 11-hour flight! I will not use this airline again.
Booked family of 4. None of us were seated together. Desk agent would not make any seat adjustments. Gate agent would not make any seat adjustments. Had to negotiate once on board with other passengers to trade seats. Don’t understand why you would separate seating of family all booked on same reservation. Was not able to select seats on Kayak nor Air Tahiti prior to airport.
Seats were roomy. Staff was great offering free drinks and refills constantly. Everything was very clean.
my luggage was damage. even if i put fragile in my bags. i was disappointed.
Flying with Air Tahiti Nui is always the best flight experience.
Great alternative to AF or Delta for nonstop flights from LA to Paris.
On-time flights that made it comfortable to make our connecting flights
The flight itself was very good. A new aircraft, smooth flight, and the crew was very accomodating, presenting all information in three languages (French, Tahitian, and English). The only tricky bit was boarding. For some reason, there were two flights from Bora Bora to Papeete boarding 5 minutes apart from one another. Many passengers (French and American) got confused about which flight was boarding. The gate agent made an announcement that clarified matters and everyone got on the correct aircraft (not that it really would have mattered, both flights arrived simultaneously).
Very easy check-in process, boarding, and a smooth flight.
Missed the flight (and our trip) because my son (11 years old) tested positive for COVID - notified KAYAK and the airlines 72 hours prior to the flight and over 10 days later have yet to receive a response on whether they will refund my almost $8K in tickets. Even if I do not receive a refund a response would be nice! On the bright side everyone is healthy and we still had a Christmas with the immediate family.

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.
Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.
It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.
Boarding was again a "free for all". We were boarding group 4, and almost the entire plane was able to board before us. It's a shame that someone who follows the rules, gets the short end of the stick. Not fair.
Same thing as flight from Pheonix to Newark. Uograded and Promised extra leg room and when I got to the seat it had none.

Terrible. They canceled our flight home after a two hr delay because after cleaning the plane the crew timed out. Offered no help with hotels, saying all hotels were booked. Only way to get help was via an online chat. Land crew were rude, uninformed, and could care less when we explained this was creating a medical emergency, referencing us to the airport doctor if we wanted help. We got booked on non direct flights for 48hrs later. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Quit making seats narrower and narrower. The guy beside me spilled over in to my seat.
By in large it was a good experience. The flight crew was great and that's the most important to me. Boarding was fine.
Boarding was quick and efficient which was nice and it was a nice treat to have a screen to watch a show for the quick flight!
