Pros: Very friendly crew, very clean cabin, very comfortable seats

Read more about Lufthansa

Pros: Very friendly crew, very clean cabin, very comfortable seats

Pros: The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic.
Cons: Any semblance of social responsibility or ethical behavior.

Pros: The crew, leg room with seats! The flight crew was extremely nice!!!!
Cons: Everything was pleasant....I wouldn’t change anything.

Pros: Comfort of A380 Legs space
Cons: Terrible Connecto in Frankfurt We had to run for 15mn to get our Singapore flight with no help from Lufthansa: poor service

Pros: Not much went well, sorry
Cons: Because of bad logistics, the flight from CDG to FRA was delayed and therefore i missed my connection to AUS. Lufthansa personnel could have helped me make the second flight but didn't bother. I was rebooked on another flight through IAH which defeats the purpose of choosing a direct flight.

Pros: Crew was very friendly and attentive. Seats were very tight and uncomfortable, specially for a 6’3 tall person!
Cons: Boarding could be a little bit more organized

Cons: Better Communication from Lufthansa

Pros: Good
Cons: Confortable seats

Pros: Comfortable plan. crew, at least in our section of the plan was minimally attentive.
Cons: crew could have been more attentive. other then the basic services no one made any effort to see if we wanted anything else.

Pros: Crew was great.
Cons: Check in time took a very long time with a boarding pass.

Cons: A delay to unload then reload bags, followed by no in-flight communication of connecting flights, led to a missed connection and an overnight hotel stay.

Pros: I was seated in Row 18 (comfort economy?) and my seat was relatively comfortable. The cabin was clean and pleasant. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.
Cons: My family was seated in the economy section and their seats were extremely uncomfortable. I had the pasta dish for dinner and it was mushy to the point of being inedible.

Pros: Spacious seating, easy access to charging plug and good movies.
Cons: Boarding is never fun, why not do back first?

Cons: Yo no pude viajar y no tube ni siquiera una remuneración un empleado de luftansa me dijo que no podía viajar Ali mejor por que no le simpatize y le quedó sin viajar y perdiendo dinero tiempo

Pros: for the first time ever, my kid ate the airplane food, and it was because it was good. the service was really good and the staff outstanding.
Cons: Te cabin pressure gave us headache. always happens with the A380 though.

Pros: Crew, boarding, seat
Cons: Paris airport is extremely passenger unfriendly. Better to connect somewhere else

Pros: Crew and flight and service were fine
Cons: Economy seats are cramped

Pros: on time no hassle
Cons: nothing in particular

Pros: Everything was great. Not a single downside. Easy to follow announcements on connection, punctual and nice aircraft.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: The fact that I was re routed that my flight from Paris was late and made me miss my connection.

Pros: Attentive and friendly crew, good selection of in-flight entertainment
Cons: Crew did not come around very frequently with water throughout flight, mostly only during regular beverage service.

Pros: Arriving on time.
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Pros: The staff was communicative and genuine. The food was decent. Even though the flight arrived late I felt ok about it due to the direct communication of details about the situation. I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate.
Cons: While the staff compensated for the more than standardly cramped seating arrangement, I think the row of seats just in front of the lavatories should be either better designed or designated not usable. I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers.

Pros: great airport and ease of check in and quickness on boarding flight.
Cons: boarding everyone all at once creates long unnecessary lines when staggered boarding would help

Pros: Getting a text alert so I didn't waste my time going to the airport
Cons: The fact that Sunday morning my flight was cancelled Saturday night with no apparent reason or explanation given.

Pros: Great service, comfy plane, smooth ride.

Pros: I love Lufthansa! Great service, comfortable, warm towels before meals served with real silverware. Amazing!
Cons: Service! Comfort!!

Pros: Arrived with enough time for me to connect to my international flight.
Cons: Boarding had no clear order. Had an international connecting flight and by the time I needed to board, there was no room in the overhead and I had to check my luggage. The airline should provide a vegan snack option for customers.

Cons: I was very irritated and angry about the checking in procedure at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. Lufthansa representatives were extremely slow and inefficient. I already performed the check in online. What is the purpose of online check in if I had to wait in line almost an hour only to drop off my luggage???!! Very unpleasant experience.

Pros: The food for the morning was a white chocolate cranberry cookie which was delicious
Cons: Our plane was 30 mins late and the terminal was right next to security so we couldn’t hear them when they spoke the English or French on the PA system about us being delayed. We just barely made our connecting flight and our next flight was way better in service. Our luggage didn’t make the connection and hoping that all our precious cargo from our anniversary trip made it. The flight attendant told us we had enough time to make it to our next flight but I honestly ran from one point of the airport to the other. The staff said it wasn’t that far and no checkpoints to go through - this information was false.

Pros: Still thinking about it.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no organization. People just flooded the gate like animals..

Pros: The crew was kind and helpful and the movie selections, food, and seats were all great.

Pros: Crew attention

Pros: Flight went well.
Cons: Frankfurt airport is large and complex. Takes some effort to negotiate from one flight to another.

Pros: Water bottle when we arrived at our seat.
Cons: Paying 8 euros for premium movies AND if you wanted earphones (I had my own), you would need to pay 2 euros more. Excessive. Choice of movies was rather limited even in premium. In regular, it was quasi non-existent (2).

Pros: The water and small coffee cake was nice to have on this connecting flight.
Cons: First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad.

Pros: Smooth flight. No delay, no unpleasant surprise.

Pros: The flight was not fully booked.
Cons: The snack provided was totally insufficient. the check-in staff were stringent about luggage size and weight even when the flight was not full.

Pros: Loved the little sandwiches!
Cons: The check-in process in Paris was frustrating and slow. The boarding process was also a bit chaotic.

Cons: Great customer service!

Pros: The flight was short and well organized, boarding relatively efficient, snack was just OK, service was nice and crew was very accommodating and seemed happy. Mobile boarding options worked well.
Cons: Snack could be better.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Old plane. Bad food. Small seats. Obsolete entertainment system. Hate United!

Pros: The flight was on time enough that I comfortably got to my connecting flight. It was still late and some other passengers were anxious they wouldn't get theirs. The crew was nice.
Cons: Business class seats were regular seats with the middle seat unused. The "meal" on this early flight (had to leave the house around 4:30am to get to it) was light. I'm glad I had the time to stop at the business lounge first. I don't recall any entertainment system, which isn't a big issue on this short flight.

Pros: made sure we didnt miss our connecting flight to denver after flight from paris was delayed. met us at landing and took us to immigration and gate

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Lovely crew.
Cons: Boarding process was unclear.

Pros: Food was pretty darn good, and the crew was very generous with drinks.
Cons: There was some metal box by my left foot that restricted my leg room even more than usual. But I'm not sure if there was anything that could have been done about that.

Cons: It would have been nice to know if each meal contained cheese, as oposed to just general "chicken and rice" and "noodles with marinara and cheese" It turned ut the rice was in a cheese sauce, and i could not eat it, and could also not eat the alternate option. Please think about giving out a detailed list of ingredients for the in flight meals so we can make more informed choices when we have food restrictions!

Pros: All the services were great.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Smooth Ride Stewardesses

Pros: Overall a nice and good flight
Cons: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...

Pros: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.
Cons: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Pros: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!
Cons: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Pros: Professional crew. Good simple check in.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The crews were pretty great!
Cons: The regulating of the temperature.

Pros: Great crew.
Cons: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Pros: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Cons: I congratulate the KLM crew!

Pros: Crew was nice and pleasant
Cons: Flight very late

Pros: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!
Cons: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Cons: 1. In Flight Entertainment 2. Controlled In Flight Temperature

Pros: The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars...
Cons: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!

Pros: The crew are amazing! Attentive and friendly.
Cons: The seats could have been bigger.

Pros: My seat
Cons: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.

Pros: It was all fine
Cons: Really was unsure of why I had to purchase a ticket as I was able to pick my own on the way to Billund

Pros: Overall KLM experience is good
Cons: Food quality was mediocre for a business class flight.

Pros: Just the cabin crew being nice
Cons: Punctuality KLM is always late

Pros: KLM staff is great

Cons: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port

Pros: Time was excellent even considering a connection delay they had. Very polite crew members. Good entertainment options.
Cons: Cabin was crowded. Leg room was scarce, short seating space. Almost no room for sleeping if you're not a frequent economy traveler.

Cons: I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it.

Pros: Entertainment options.
Cons: Service was poor, seat did not recline, and the food was terrible.

Cons: Not enough leg room

Pros: Good selection of movies.
Cons: Very small seats with no leg room and very little room on either side. The food was bad - even when compared to other airplane food. Plane is kept too warm.

Pros: The attention and service!! Excellent. It was my birthday and KLM the head purser surprised me with 2 bottles of bubbles and a handwritten birthday card KlM and the crew of this flight thank you very much !
Cons: Nothing to say

Pros: Comfort was better than on the previous Dash-8. Food was OK.
Cons: Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in.

Pros: Everything is top notch for an airline company.
Cons: Nothing.... I enjoyed every moment of the flight.

Cons: Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages

Pros: Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew.
Cons: Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts.

Pros: We got a meal for a 1h flight only
Cons: No entertainment but normal for this type of flight

Cons: Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Super delayed. Could have fixed the issue BEFORE we were sitting on tha plane for TWO hours

Cons: The 767 is configured oddly and th business class seats are so narrow it feel like you are sleeping in a coffin

Pros: I personally do not appreciate the food on this leg of the journey Food Ams to Dxb is GOOD!!
Cons: The snack & “ solid eggs” in breakfast. Fresh fruit was good.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful personnel.

Cons: Tiny old cramped plane.

Pros: 787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach.

Cons: Two hours delay in the start.

Pros: Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam

Pros: Eveything is well arranged
Cons: Nothing

Cons: The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop.

Cons: Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!

Pros: Catering is ok
Cons: Seats comfort really old school

Pros: No chargers or tv on planes
Cons: At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!

Pros: The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained.
Cons: The seats in economy were a little too small for a 12 hour flight

Pros: I fly delta this was run by KLM they weight all bags delta does not they don't take TSA preach Check. Delta does It was a free for all with check in and getting into plane
Cons: See above

Pros: I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good.
Cons: my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to.

Pros: For an 8 hr flight...multiple snacks, 2 meals and continuous beverage service. Blanket, pillow amd movies.
Cons: Watched flight attendant drop tongs on floor, pick them up and put them back in the bowl of buns and continue to use them to serve bums

Pros: comfortable plane
Cons: small pastry with coffee

Pros: The flights and food were good. no problems there.
Cons: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Pros: The was knowledgeable, but customer acumen sucks.
Cons: The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers.

Pros: Crew was great and the plane was comfortable. All the amenities were included in the price and that was a plus.

Cons: Plane was changed to a different plane and caused lots of confusion. Boarding process was chaos, loaded all passengers in a room too small with many standing and getting too hot.

Pros: Cool crew
Cons: More leg space on economy section

Cons: The pilot strike resulted in cancellation of my flights so getting home turned in to a challenge

Cons: How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all ..

Pros: Quick flight and pleasant service. Seats were also comfortable
Cons: Walking out to the plane the markings weren’t great.

Pros: Efficient processing of passengers onto aircraft.

Pros: The crew was excellent, the flight from Newark to Copenhagen was on new aircraft A340-300 I believe, it was very nice and comfortable even in coach as long as you have a compact body.
Cons: That my Silver Star Alliance status got me nothing with SAS, no early boarding, no ability to select a seat until 24 hours before without paying an extra cost, if you wanted a beer you had to pay, this is a no frills airline now, pay as you go.

Cons: ended up having to put both of our large carry-on items under the seat in front of us while the flight attendants stuffed people's coats and jackets into the overhead

Pros: The airline staff were super efficient and kind.
Cons: I would have liked more music selections especially calming. OceN sounds or Tibetan bowls etc for overnight flight.

Pros: Smoothest landing I've ever experienced.
Cons: I missed the refreshments, if any were served at all. Granted I was tired and probably dosed off during that part of the flight.

Pros: The flight crew were very nice and helpful..
Cons: I didn't like that we waited an hour to take off I had to run through the terminal in Chicago to catch my flight to Dallas. I had to rush though customs then run to check in baggage didn't have time just to drop off and run to shuttle then run to terminal security check in then run to my gate to catch my flight I was 2 minutes before my gate closed. I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage.

Cons: Missed my flight due to weather east coast

Cons: Missed connection was re-routed by United directly to FRA

Pros: They came through twice with coffee and tea after meal and snack.
Cons: Meal trays were left a bit too long.

Pros: It was a clean plane and entertainment was good.
Cons: Crew wasn't nice unless you were Scandinavian. I asked questions about going into Stockholm for our long layover. How easy it was, etc. they were less than helpful. My daughter and I figured it out ourselves. Won't fly them on next trip. Air France or BA r better

Pros: t

Pros: I felt valued. The plane was clean and in good condition. The flight crew and attendants were very professional and took good care of the passengers. It was a quiet and stress-free travel experience.
Cons: Can't think of a single thing.

Pros: Crew and plane good. Friendly and English was excellent.
Cons: There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)

Pros: I had a connecting flight in Stockholm and forgot my laptop in the first plane. SAS personnel was very friendly and got me my laptop quickly and I was able to make my connection, even though it was pretty tight.
Cons: Seats with too little space.

Pros: we landed 20 minutes before schedule

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Delay

Pros: they were quick and apologetic
Cons: I did not like having to pay Euro 70 for my luggage at the AP. I do not recall ever having got the option to pay for my suitcase online when I booked my ticket. You guys need to make this more clear.

Pros: Flight was on time, boarding was efficient.
Cons: No free snack? Come on. What is this, wizzair?

Pros: Nice meal, friendly staff

Cons: I didn't not like the fact that I had to wait too long about 9hrs in Copenhagen. The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel.

Pros: Was told to collect our luggage and buy a new ticket!!!!
Cons: Wasn't allowed to board connecting flight

Pros: The new cabin and video monitor are nice. Crew was polite.
Cons: Food is the same as I flew last year. Taste is the same. Need some changes and variety. Movies can include more recent ones.

Pros: Entertainment
Cons: Food was of poor quality, one free soda on a 8.5 hr flight.

Pros: great plane and food and crew
Cons: cant pre book luggage way too expensive for bags

Pros: The plane was well kept and the entertainment system worked well with enough choice. The crew was average: no problems.
Cons: The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience.

Cons: After losing the bag they had charged me 60 Euros for, it took them over 24 hours to trace, retrieve and deliver the bag. They made no offer to refund the fee, which any reasonable company would have done.

Pros: we didn't crash
Cons: it was extremely hot in boarding area. when we landed we sat on the tarmac for an hour with no air conditioning and we weren't allowed to use the

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Seats uncomfortable and way too small especially when people in front lean back in your space. Not enough space to put feet. Also I paid for my family of three to be grouped together on flight from Stockholm to Chicago and we were seated in separate aisles so we could not converse together at all. I feel I got cheated in that aspect.

Cons: We bought tickets on priceline, Zurich to Oslo, paid $150 more for the shorter flight (by 1 1/2 hours), didn't realise the cost did not include luggage ($140 for 2 bags!), boarded late, only served water, coffee and tea, all other beverages were for a fee, landed late, bags were delayed by 30 minutes and soaked with water from the rain, some clothes inside were wet, overall poor experience, airline needs to polish their services and stop the 'nickel and dime" approach.

Pros: Efficiency, confidence, promptness
Cons: The meals were mediocre and should be up to the standard of the rest of SAS service. The selection of movies could have been wider. They do help pass the time.

Pros: From finding affordable tickets to the moment we left the flight we had a wonderful experience again on SAS. Boarding was simple, we left on time, the flight was smooth and enjoyable, crew and food wonderful. It was a super experience so thank you SAS!
Cons: Nothing negative at all.

Cons: 2 hr delay on a 2 hr flight

Cons: Over crowded boarding area - delay at departure

Pros: friendly and helpful people,on time, efficient

Pros: It was clean and efficient. They got us in 15 minutes early. Coffee and tea were free.
Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: The food was good and it was nice to have headphones, blanket and pillow provided.

Cons: Why does SAS require passengers to use a kiosk to get boarding passes and luggage tags and then make you stand in a queue for 35 minutes just to drop off the luggage at de Gaulle airport in Paris.

Pros: Good leg room in economy class (window/isle seats), comfortable throughout the 11 hour flight.
Cons: Meals were okay. I'm use to free food/snacks/drinks on international economy class flights, so was a bit surprised that only the two meals were included in the price of the ticket (one meal a complete meal, the second a mini meal).

Pros: Flight was pretty good, awesome food, kind crew. Only disappointment was that we at SAS go didnt got a hot towel like the other classes. At Singapour Airlines thats something offered free of charge to all passengers

Pros: flights themselves were fine. But see next box.
Cons: Newark to Oslo to Kristiansand. The "connecting" flight procedure was horrible. There was no way to forward the luggage, except pick it up, and then stand in long line, check in, etc etc., as if it were an entirely new flight. On phone they told me there would be expedited procedure. It was like taking an entirely new flight. All other countries have this worked out. What happened? I nearly missed my second flight.

Pros: Nothing out of the ordinary but I am not going to fly Air Lingus or TAP ever again.
Cons: the Team Leader at the check in counter was nasty, Her colleague made the mistake of not telling me that I had to wait there for the wheelchair that was going to take me to the plane, so I went to have a light breakfast. Then I waited half an hour on my feet waiting for the wheelchair

Cons: fly cleanup

Cons: Delayed flight, no snacks, and staff not as friendly.

Pros: It was a comfortable and roomy (nice leg room) flight
Cons: Their entertainment system was not working, nor was their WiFi

Pros: Not crowded, lots of empty seats
Cons: Poor customer service. I think I said thank you many more times than the flight attendants who barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed about performing any type of basic service (serving food/water/collecting rubbish/etc.).

Pros: Food was ok
Cons: Who starts a boarding process 2h before the flight with only 2 counters, with no possibility to check in online (even for those without luggage) and no automatic machine? I'm very glad the company had the kindness to wait for us on the last call for boarding when you finally check your luggage 30min before departure. Should we talk about the politeness of your fight crew? In short, very disrespectful. Delivering the luggage took an extremely long time

Pros: Flight was on time.
Cons: Rude flight personnel. We werent assigned seats by each other when we have a four year old. Personnel was rude when addressing the issue. Very rude flight attendent as well. Flights were not child friendly in regards to beverages. No apple juice or milk. We will never fly Air Lingus again.

Pros: My mother uses a wheelchair and the service for her was outstanding

Pros: The seats
Cons: We would like a lil free water

Pros: Everything went smoothly.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: plane staff asked passengers that if they did not have a plane to catch to allow those who did to deplane first.
Cons: Very little information regarding the two hour delay. We heard that the plane was on the ground but there were no busses available to transport us to the plane.

Pros: More room on the Airbus on Aer Lingus. Comfortable temperature in plane. Easy boarding.

Pros: Nothing went wrong so that's plus
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The flight was very short, but everyone was accommodating.

Pros: Friend staff members onboard willing to help customers
Cons: The snack service that had everyone line up in the aisles was a bit hectic and busy

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: BA used to feel like luxury travel. Now they just feel like any run-of-the-mill budget airline. Felt nickeled & dimed from start to finish. Staring with being asked to pay $39 if I wanted to preselect my seat. My friend and I chose the free option of selecting our seats 24 hours before the flight--her luggage didnt even make in on the plane! It was finally delivered at 2:00 AM the next morning; well past the 8:00 PM promised delivery, which caused us to lose an entire eveing in Paris. On the return flight, home, she was told there wasn't even a seat for her on the plane. I failed to add that after booking and paying for her flight, they cancelled and deleted the SFO to London leg of the flight without so much as notifying her via email, phone, or text. Mind you, the London to Paris leg was not cancelled. Had we not tried to pre-book our seats, she would never have known they had cancelled her flight. What impacted her, impacted me, so needless to say, neither of us will ever fly BA again! BTW, their online customer service representatives were very nasty to deal with.

Pros: it was quiet and smooth for an English/Irish flight.
Cons: Horrific food; horribly tight seats on an E330;

Cons: E

Pros: The shepherds pie was excellent !

Pros: Crew were very nice

Cons: Would like to be at least able to state a seat preference. With a tendency to be claustrophobic, a middle seat is the worst. Fortunately it was a short flight

Cons: See dislikes followig Dallas to Paris

Pros: Easy flight. On time.
Cons: Waiting for counter to open at 8:20. Did not know. Could have been enjohing coffee somewhere.

Pros: Comfortable seats, skilled pilots and polite crew.
Cons: Our flight was delayed and therefore a late night became a very late night to get back home.

Pros: Great flight crew. Decent leg room in coach. Plenty of good free food on this long international flight.
Cons: The flight departed over two hours late. There were no updates despite the promise of one at a specific time. Bad communication with passengers in gate area.

Pros: Their best was merely adequate.
Cons: Unlike modern airlines Aer Lingus does NOT let you check in ahead of time. You have to WAIT in line forever with people checking luggage. Also, my flight was an hour late. No reason or apology given. It nearly made me miss my connecting flight

Pros: Friendly, helpful, positive crew. Clean plane. On-time departure & arrival
Cons: Only food offered was for purchase - even snacks. :-(

Pros: Flight crew should have not set our expectations after leaving Paris one hour late then sitting on tarmac in Dublin with the hopes we would still make our connecting flight. Stress level was karen higher by this point
Cons: Took us 14 additional hours to make it home. Airline and connections should be more realistic.

Pros: nil unfortunately
Cons: waiting in three different lines for over two hours with one person serving! Paying for my baggage (under20kgs) with my flight then being forced into paying again at the airport because they said they did not have my details on their system. being forced to go to another line and que up to pay a second time for my baggage to be taken onto the airport. Going back to another line to put my baggage in and show the receipt for the baggage that had been paid for twice. Going to the next (another) line with one person serving - several Dublin passengers in the que and a line that as about 100mts long- yes about 100 metres long with one person serving without any Lingus staff coming to see if all was ok . No help no announcements nothing. sitting in a plane for an hour and a half with three children under the age of four crying, screaming and yelling all the way without a thing being said by any of the crew. A little is ok, but three families with young children with no support from the crew was not pleasant

Cons: 1 hour in the slowest line ever. No self serve kiosk. CDG security also frustratingly slow

Cons: No snacks or water

Cons: Lost my luggage. Still havent found it.

Pros: Seats comfy
Cons: Boarding was delayed and confusing. Not organized well, check in was AWFUL. One hour to get through with two people. Not eddiexekf to make plane on time!

Cons: Only 3 people to check bags for the entire flight? Are you kidding? I had to rush through passport control, skip the line, to make my flight. Unreasonably understaffed check-in in Paris. I stood in line to check my bag and get boarding pass for an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous.

Cons: Plane is Dirty. Trash around seat floor and crumbs where remote is. No charging station on seats.

Cons: We had a terrible experience at the Aer Lingus desk in Paris. We got there two hours early for our flight and there was already a long line at the desk and no agents at the counter. Finally some agents arrived started checkng people in. After 15 min in line, they told us that if we were flying to the U.S., our flight was delayed and we would not make our connection, and to get out of line and wait. After 20 more minutes, they said that was a mistake and get back in line. I waited for approximately an hour and a half in line there, and had to run to my flight. There was no effort made to hurry us through security or any apologies.

Pros: Unlike many of the American carriers I have flown on, there was not a single flustered, surly, or unhelpful employee with whom I had contact. They were friendly, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend this airline.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Cons: It wasn't written anywhere that my flight was serviced by air lingus. So I had to change terminals to check in barely made my flight. Slowest check in staff Ive ever encountered. No complimentary refreshments thought the credit card machine didn't work so I guess they were complimentary after all.

Pros: The crew was great and very accommodating. Seat we're comfortable. They crew kept us all informed with the progress of the flight.
Cons: One of my seats was not cleaned up properly. There were used napkins in the compartment in front of me.

Cons: Since my ticket was with British Airways "Operated" by Aer Lingus, I was not the only one confused about which airport terminal to go to. The taxi driver was confused too. He was not sure he had dropped us at the right place. Even the person at the Information Desk at the airport said it could be unclear for someone "not in the business". Please rectify. Thanks

Pros: Good amount of legroom, nice plane in good condition. Friendly professional staff.
Cons: They have a rather meager selection of movies and TV to watch. My flight over to Europe was on British Air, and the comparison in this regard was stark. BA has tons of movies and TV to choose from, and lots of first-run. This had about 6 TV shows, 2 episodes each, and maybe 20 movies, ranging in age but mostly not very new. When you're on a daytime flight for 7 hours, this becomes something you care about.

Pros: Not much

Pros: The worst airline baggage handlers , will never fly with them again , stupid website , good luck trying to connect with the customer support... Irish communication is the same as 3 world

Pros: very attentive staff!

Pros: The in flight entertainment was very good. lots of choices.
Cons: slow check-in terrible, website was down so no on-line check in, stuck in a window seat. seats in main cabin are too small. too many chiefs and not enough indians... check in at CDG was a joke, terrible service!

Cons: I was very lucky to make my connecting flight because of a 90 minute delay. I was informed that my bags might not make it, which is the last thing you want to hear when you need your bag for the next day...

Pros: Got in early
Cons: Lost luggage for 25% of the flight. They say this happens often. spent 3 hours at the airport filing a claim. I hope I see my suit case again

Pros: Boarding on AerLingus is messy and last minute. But crew is nice. Short flight so no food without paying separately for it, and no entertainment options.

Pros: 1. The staff was very friendly but hampered by poor food and water planning. 2. The airline's name is humorously suggestive.
Cons: 1. We were informed by CDG's website that international travelers should arrive 3 hours before the flight. Our flight was at 10:20 AM. We arrived before 7 AM. There were 4 people in line ahead of us. No one from Are Lingus arrived until 7:45. There were no apologies, no friendly welcome, just officious personnel who could have cared less about us. We had had a problem at JFK on our flight out and we were told to expect problems on the return. The clerk separated me from my wife and sister (who needed a wheel chair) and then issued us boarding passes only for the flight to Dublin without explanation. I waited in a line at the gate for another 2 hours to straighten it out.

Pros: The airlines bumped us up to better seats without us asking!
Cons: N/a

Cons: Seat very narrow for an upgrade

Pros: The crew was extra helpful - Help was easy to find and the crowds manageable. As a bonus, our flight arrived at the destination 30 minutes early.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything

Pros: Great staff.
Cons: I hate that American Airlines doesn’t sign seats together even when there are spots available.

Cons: My reservation through JustFly did not pass along that I’d paid for seat selection, and it brought along an unexpected checked baggage fee.

Cons: Most flights were delayed (3/4 legs) causing bags to not make connections. Had to wait 2 days for my bags in Paris requiring me to purchase new clothes, shoes, toiletries and then spent 4 hours waiting for them at our VRBO- finally delivered it at 4 hours 15 minutes. Also not given adjacent seats on

Pros: Very nice crew
Cons: It was freezing on the plane. The entertainment was not working.

Pros: The crew did a great job. The seat was uncomfortable after such a long flight. But that is to be expected, I guess. The lady, kicking our seats behind us, because she felt it was disrespectful to recline your seat, even during a 9 hour flight, was the only drawback. But the crew responded approp
Cons: The best part about the food was the ice cream. The rest of the food was lackluster, but what I expected on a flight. The lady kicking our seats behind us because she thought it was disrespectful to recline made for an uncomfortable flight. The rest was as good as expected on American Airlines

Cons: I purchased 3 tickets and one was not used as the guest could not make the trip. The airline sold the seat that I already bought and paid full price for and I was not issued a refund or a credit for another flight. As fas as I see it, that seat was mine and shoould not have been fiilled by another indiviidual.

Pros: Super nice crew, 787 plane, entertainment
Cons: Seat comfort. Very little legroom

Cons: British Airways flight was carried by American Airlines. Planes were late, boarded one plane from the tarmac with no explanation, gate was changed 5 times without announcements. Will never fly American Airlines again!

Cons: Connecting from Paris CDG through Chicago O Hare incoming flight to Paris was delayed by 1 hour resulting with our flight delayed. Connection at O’Hare was terrible had to take the bus from one terminal to the other which added to our delay and frustration

Cons: Flight was canceled

Pros: Crew was great, on time, boarding smooth
Cons: Wifi did not work

Pros: People on the planes were nice
Cons: The guy at the gate in france made me check my bag, he said it was due to the size but people were walking by with bigger bags and he didn't seem to care about them at all. Not sure why he singled me out. Also took my passport, which he wasn't doing for other passengers and told me to board the plane. I had to ask multiple times for him to return my passport. Not sure if it was his first day or something but it was a very frustrating experience.

Pros: Easy check in, helpful staff. Great seats and lovely in-flight amenities. Most of the food was really good and quite a bit was offered during the flight. Arrived early and staff was really helpful in getting through customs.
Cons: Weight limit on baggage was very strict. Boarding took a long time and seemed disorganized.

Pros: Modern equipment (787)
Cons: 8 emails from Kayak and 1 from AA warning of flight delay. But gate agents did not know anything about this and boarded us on schedule. So we sat for 90 minutes until the new aircraft was 'repaired'. Failed by a mile to make the connection. And I suppose I should have paid first-class fare, as then I would have made by connection?

Pros: We boarded early because of the security check, but that worked out fine. The food was good and the flight attendants were attentive.
Cons: Spending 10 hours on a flight, but you can't do anything about that.

Pros: Comfort on board, entertainment system
Cons: Older plane than on the way to Paris, did not like so much the food (except main course)

Cons: A huge queue due to AA policy to un respect BA policy of free 23 kg checked luggage of Int’l flights. A scandal, a shame. Won’t travel anymore with BA & AA.

Pros: The movie/tv system did not work despite a lot of time trying. Very disappointing when taking a long flight with a 10 year old.

Cons: Very cramped.

Pros: Amenities were about on par with other international airlines. The entertainment console was wonderful. The trip was more quickly than expected.
Cons: Boarding was a mess. We were there 2.5 hours before our flight and had to rush to make it on time due to the awful lines for the checking our bags and general disorganization of American Airlines. The staff on the plane missed our row when offering drinks near the end of the flight and were not careful about bumping elbows and shoulders as they frequented the aisle. Also couldn't sit by my family which was a huge bummer.

Pros: The snacks and meals were decent, as far as plane food goes (although the “vegetables” with the chicken were pretty awful). Also the entertainment selection had a wide assortment of movies, but disappointing tv show selection.
Cons: The boarding process was a mess. Just a huddle of people, with no clear direction and no one enforcing lines or boarding groups. Also my husband and I weren’t seated together and when I tried to change it online, the entire flight showed as booked. However once on board there were clearly a number of empty seats.

Pros: The crew was very cheerful, professional, and helpful. The food was also surprisingly good.
Cons: The entertainment system failed a few hours into the flight, which is a big problem for an 8 hour intercontinental flight.

Pros: The only thing good was the airplane – a 787.
Cons: Missed the flight because of problem with the CDG trains. Crew on the ground were absolutely useless. I ended up getting another flight the second day using the customer service number. The cecking in process was terrible. The agent was terrible.on the flight, the crew kept banging almost everybody with the food cart. One poor lady behind me got water spelled on her, hit by cart few times, and food spelled.

Pros: Flight was on time, crew was friendly.
Cons: There are no blue US custom declaration forms on the flight anymore. Many people cannot access the automatic kiosks, and I wish we could still have access to the forms while on the plane. It is stressful to have to do it after landing, with no real place to write. The flights were both fine, but the layover in DFW was a nightmare. Thankfully we landed 30 min early, but we only made our connection with a few minutes the spare. We ran through the airport, and had to ask many people if we could go ahead of them at the security. We didn't have time to use the bathroom and buy water/food. I understand this is not the airline's fault, but I would recommend extending the minimum connection time at this airport.

Pros: Good flight overall
Cons: The experience at DFW was terrible- long lines to get out of baggage claim because of too few agents to process 1000 people waiting. Also long lines for TSA screening to get to gate.

Pros: I usually fly Air France but AA was terrific. Tasty food, pleasant crew, even the toilets were nicely maintained during the 9 hours flight. The only thing that AF does better is provide a full array of printed matter before boarding.

Cons: American Airlines baggage check-in at Paris CDG was total chaos. It took 1 1/2 hours. They need a systems analyst to review their process; especially for customers using their ticket kiosks during check-in when the lines get long. There's never a problem when the lines are small (duh !!). The staff involved in baggage check did well considering the poor process flow they had to deal with. The entire flight crew was great. It is management that is falling down on the job.

Pros: Exceptional service and communication from the in-flight staff. The entire process from check-in to baggage claim was ,seamless and pleasant. I highly recommend AA.

Pros: They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well.
Cons: Having to use communal screens for watching movies and shows, having no choice as to what was displayed, having trouble seeing everything displayed (too far and small to see nuance in dark scenes and print on screen), having only one bathroom mid plane.

Pros: Comfortable flight. Great communication from pilots, and the service was great.
Cons: Very old fashioned plane, with one tv to watch a movie. I don't think I've flown on anything like that since the 90's.

Pros: movies the whole way. American helped me make up for the cancelled flight over to Europe by letting me fly back from London.

Pros: the flight was on time and everything was fine.
Cons: the boarding process is more chaotic than necessary. groups 5-9 board at the same location and people in higher groups stand near the front so you can't tell if you should wait behind them or step around. there was only a single power plug (in economy plus) for 2 seats and it was a cigarette lighter style.

Cons: Audio jacks were not compatible with most headphones, healthier food choices could be offered

Pros: The Admirals Club in Paris is lovely.
Cons: My seat did not work properly- there was a short in the mechanism, I believe- that required repeated attempts to get it to recline completely, which was ultimately unsuccessful. I was clearly having difficulty with the seat but didn't receive any assistance while FA chatted up a celebrity in the seat in front of me. Flight attendants seemed to provide very perfunctory service, not commensurate with first class. Very disappointing experience compared to others in the past. I don't need to spend half a zillion FF miles when I could just buy a coach seat.

Pros: Plane didn't crash
Cons: Tiny seats and no personalized entertainment options. We booked this on British Airways but have pretty much been on American flights on every leg. This made customer service more complicated. And this plane was terribly uncomfortable. Boo!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: This had to have been among the worst flights I have ever experienced in 50+ years of flying to 86 countries. First, an e-mail before I left my Paris apt that it would be 1 hr late departing. THEN the announcement ON BOARD that the flight would make a REFUELING stop in Bangor Maine (the eqpt was a 20 yr old 757 meant for a medium-range domestic route instead of Paris-NY). So it was FOUR HOURS LATE arriving, including an extra hour on the ground in Bangor because they'd lost their landing slot (tho they lied about "bad weather" at JFK) ... a succession of lies and incompetence. Headphone jack didn't even work at the seat ... the movie was a US film dubbed into French anyway! Gawd what incompetence. A letter Fedexed to Doug Parker, AA's CEO, was not even acknowledged.... and I do 35,000 air miles a year on AA. THE WORST.

Cons: The flight was cancelled, there is nothing to rate except the inconvenience it caused me and my fiancee who were traveling back home for a business meeting.

Cons: The staff was rude not helpful and mean worst crew I've ever seen and I fly alot

Pros: Everything about the flight itself was excellent
Cons: Could mother on an online boarding pass from BA (ticked on) or AA ( flight operator)

Pros: The service from flight attendants very goood. Even the chicken dinner was as good as many restaurants serve with tastey sauce and cooked just right with nice tossed salad and even apple pie desert. We got served free beverage 3 times on 9 hour flight from Paris to Dallas. The entertainment options were amazing: So many new movies or video games or e-reader were added plus with individual screen in front of each seat! They will be my first choice. New seats also had extra padding and were more comfortable! Wow1
Cons: A little more leg room would be nice.

Pros: Cabin crew were quite good. Food was fine for airplane fare with excellent ice cream mid-flight. Airplane was spotless. Entertainment was very good. Plenty of carry-on storage on this 787-9. Customs and airport (DFW) experience was very good. Baggage claim and return for connection were prompt and rapid.
Cons: Seats were tight in basic coach. As typical at CDG airport (other than the government subsidized Air France facilities), check-in and security is a nightmare. Clearly the worst airport in the world.

Cons: When I booked the flight, I hadn't realized that British Airlways had contracted the flight out to be operated by American Airlines. The flight was delayed in Paris and I ended up missing my connecting flight through JFK to DC. Though we were told on the plane that we would be given assistance upon landing and helped in an expedited manner through customs, instead I was briefly informed I had missed my connecting flight, handed an envelope, and told I needed to now travel to Laguardia Airport. No other information or assistance was provided. I was not given a reason why I needed to travel an hour in NYC traffic to switch airports nor was I given any help through customs. The shuttle I was told to take was unable to take me to the correct terminal, so I needed to get on a secondary shuttle. Again, after a 7 hour international flight, little assistance or aid was provided. I was barely able to make it through security in time to catch the new flight. Additionally, the actual flight from Paris to JFK lacked basic in-flight entertainment that almost any international flight would have. I will not be traveling on American Airlines again, and I am hopeful that Kayak and BA will be more clear in the future.

Pros: The crew was nice, boarding wasn't an issue, and the flight was smooth.
Cons: A little chilly, but not horrible.

Pros: The crew was friendly and the plane was clean.
Cons: This was an American Air flight and checking in and boarding were awful. The entire operation in Paris was very poorly organized. Even though I checked in online in advance, it took over an hour to get through the AA line to drop off bags.

Cons: it was not clear that finnair was being operated by american airlines. when I arrived to the airport in Paris, they couldn't locate my flight on finairr or american. my flight was missed and the staff on both airlines (finnair and partner american airline) were soo unhelpful. I have never missed a flight, I travel for work, in the air, more than on the ground and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I was super disappointed that even after all the mistakes, no one would help me find a new flight and I had to pay for another one. Even after calling finnair several times and pleading for some answers or help.

Pros: I suppose the food / wine was okay.
Cons: The plane was one of the oldest I have been on in years. The center aisle overhead bins were not even big enough for luggage and there was one TV every 5 or so rows. We were at the mercy of the crappy movies American Airlines chose for us. Most flights these days have individual entertainment and at a minimum room for luggage. The plane was old, dirty and not up to date. Never flying American again. Extremely disappointed with the service on the flight, as well. A little more than halfway through the flight, the woman in the row next to me began reading the airline magazine. Her window shade was up and the sunlight caused a horrible glare on the magazine pages that beamed like a laser over everyone near by. My friend seated next to me and I both have extreme sensitivity to light that causes migraines. I asked the woman to close her shade which at first she did about an inch or two. This didn't do anything to help the glare so I asked again and she refused to do anything more. I explained it was giving us migraines and she didn't seem to care. I asked the flight attendant to help navigate the situation, which was just as useless. She said she could ask but not force her to close her window shade. While I understand that AA can't control that some people can be selfish, I find it incredibly hard to believe that the crew can't intervene when a passengers actions are making other people physically ill. Our only other option was to be relegated to the last row, next to the crews stinking pile of garbage that had been accumulating for the first five hours of the trip. Almost every crew member we interacted with was completely apathetic to the situation. We spent the rest of flight nauseous and with splitting headaches. But I sure hope my row mate and fellow human being in 32A enjoyed the article about the dinosaur flea market in Bolivia This entire situation could have been mediated by the flight attendants who chose to disengage. Furthermore, when we were deceding to land, overhead bins were still open, and people were starting to stand up to gather their belongings in the overhead bins. Again, the apathetic flight attendants were no where to be found. Overall, disappointing experience. Glad to never have to fly them again.
