WiFi was not working. Flight was delayed in Paris as luggage needed to be removed from the plane that didn’t match a passenger on board. Upon arrival in Detroit the plane couldn’t get to the gate as the pilot turned onto a runway with construction in progress . We waited to be towed back onto the runway. We were almost an hour late causing many passengers to miss their connecting flights.
The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. I dont usually do reviews but i felt i must tell you about this crew. They were american not european. We are platinum members and we are usually treated much better
Arrived early, comfortable seats (Comfort+). Mediocre food, poor wifi (intermittent).
Much better than I expected. I had an economy ticket so I was really happy the flight was so comfy and the service so generous. Passengers were all polite too.
Awful - both legs. The check in was awful, getting on the plane required walking down a spiral staircase (dangerous), then taking a bus about 5 miles out from the terminal. The seat was broken (I was in business), there was no internet during the flight (both legs). The aircraft was very old. I saw rust in some place, tape holding things up in the bathroom. This was an unacceptable experience for such a long haul flight.
DELTA does a terrific job making sure you are well taken care of during the flight, gives you assurance before the flight through numerous email notifications about your upcoming flight & lastly good follow up after the flight making sure your needs were mat. It has been, is & will continue to be my carrier of choice in all my future travels. Good Job DELTA
The airport crew helped a lot, what I didn’t like? We were not informed that we needed to pick our luggage’s, if the crew at the luggage center didn’t tell me I would have been home without my belongings, I was heading out to my next connecting flight while looking for what gate to go to, I asked one of the crews for help, he told me and he also told me to not forget to grab my luggage’s which was chocking, because on my way out the country that wasn’t required, I just hope none of your customers lost their luggage’s because of this.
Great list of movies, seat was generally comfortable, but not much shoulder room. The fresh baked cookie mostly made up for the lack of variety with the meals, which were all tomato based.
Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.
the fight attendants were great and i appreciated that they had season 1 of The Wire from HBO as a viewing option

The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

we did a return flight from Paris CDG to SFO. This trip was much better than the departing flight SFO to CDG. The food was better quality, the crew was nicer, and the interior of the plane seemed cleaner.
Offered to check carry on to final destination. This is the most absurd thing in the world. I'm carrying on because I need what is in the carry-on. I'm okay with picking up at next stop but then I will be on much larger plane that can accommodate it. Also, if there is ever a change to your flight. Go to the airport and have the people there fix your ticket. Don't do it over the phone or online with United they screwed us up and ended up with flights for our last leg that took off before our first leg.
All flight attendants could benefit by taking an international flight on Qantas Airline. Qantas attendants are much more hospitable in every way. Much superior than and attendants on any US airline.
Horrifying! And I am almost 2 million miles with United. Late by 3 1/2 hours. Worst: after two hours on the plane waiting, they decided that one of the tires had been damaged and then decided to change it. Another hour and a half to change the tire!!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. The crew didn't even offer a glass of water until we had been on the plane for FIVE hours. This is the worst airline in the world. I'm simply stuck because they fly on the only routes I need.
Did not have enough time from Venice seaport at Ravenna to get to Venice airport in order to make the scheduled flights. Need to have at least 3+ hours from ship docking to airport.
Boarding in Paris was a nightmare for us. Why passengers have to get checked luggage tickets and then to go to counter to get luggage weight and send to the conveyor? We counted 14 security and airline checks before getting in the plane. We will never again use United or travel to France, neither stop by IAD airport.
Terrible. They canceled our flight home after a two hr delay because after cleaning the plane the crew timed out. Offered no help with hotels, saying all hotels were booked. Only way to get help was via an online chat. Land crew were rude, uninformed, and could care less when we explained this was creating a medical emergency, referencing us to the airport doctor if we wanted help. We got booked on non direct flights for 48hrs later. Absolutely horrible customer service.
As a group, we pretty much had the plane to ourselves which was a very nice surprise! The staff was professional, personable and efficient! The seating was roomy and comfortable!

Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.
Plane was delayed for 3 hours, due to situation within aa control. Information was shared poorly. We sat on tarmac for over 40 minutes after the 3 hour delay.
Couldn't make the flight because connecting flight was canceled.
International baggage recheck process in Philadelphia was a disaster. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our bags. Waited 15 minutes to recheck bags, flight notification boards were blank so we asked an AA representative for our connecting gate and we were directed to the wrong terminal and gate. Our connection window was over 3 hours and we made our flight by 5 minutes. We pulled away from the gate and sat on the runway for 1 1/2 hours. 1 of our 4 bags didn’t make it to Phoenix. The mobile app for lost baggage didn’t work, the AA rep had to manually fix.
The flight was two hours late to take off. The captain kept making announcements in English, but the volume on the speakers was low and we could not hear him. The flight attendant’s French translation was loud and clear, but we couldn’t understand French. The crew was nowhere to be found to relay what the captain was announcing. Very frustrating experience. American has to do better.

Left on time. Arrived early. Turbulence coming in and gate not open due to early arrival but expected.
Longer wait time at check in at Paris. No bridge to board flight , had to take bus and climb up stairs again to flight. Difficult for ones with back pain like me.

JetBlue cancelled the flight along with hundreds of others, for no apparent reason. no recourse, no rebooking options. never booking with them again
Jet Blue cancelled my flight after I had boarded. They attempted to rebook me for a new flight two days later. I was able to rebook with a different airline, but not until the next morning. As such, I was forced to get an expensive hotel and missed important work meetings Monday morning. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will be pursuing full reimbursement for my hotel cost.
You did a great job rescheduling my cancelled flight. However, you made me pay for two seats for $118 even though the seats on the original flight were free. I think that was a very unfair thing to do.
They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father

For whatever reason, I could not check in online. Kept getting the "It's not you it's us" message. Even when we tried the kiosk at the airport - same results. The check-in person had a very difficult time getting our boarding passes together despite the fact that we could show confirmation on the jetblue website. After a very long time we finally got boarding passes. The only other issue is, my vegetarian meal featured chicken.
We were very impressed by the crew. They were professional and friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. Because the aircraft was relatively small, everyone interacted with the same small number of crew members.
