The seats were extremely small. Boarding was not communicated correctly. It wasn’t a pleasant trip.
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

flight was full and folks coming from Dubai all wear this strong perfume (OUD) which is annoying. Also, not sure why but these fools all stand up and get ready to bail once the plane stops. they seem to all run for the door which is funny AF. Plane was a 2 4 2 configuration and kind of an older plane with USB connection. Food wasn't that great either. Not sure i'd take this airline again since i have no plans on going to Istanbul again. Emirates is definitely better if you want to go from US to DXB,
My experience with Turkish Airlines was good. I didn’t get the meal I ordered. So I didn’t have anything to eat which was disappointing.
As a big guy the seats are way too small for me. Would prefer more comfortable seats on these long haul flights.

I wouldn't know what the flight was like. AI canceled my flight reservation!! There's no way to speak to an actual human to fix the issue! NEVER AGAIN! ALWAYS BOOK YOUR FLIGHT DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE NEVER GO THROUGH KAYAK OR JUSTFLY.COM!!
First of all the luggage was not included when I booked it said it was included. And finally flight seat was broken and poor quality plane.
The passengers in business class were completely uncivilized and loud. Didn’t allow most people to relax and enjoy the flight. There must be a rule to keep people in check or they can loose their seats to economy.

Ok but not great. Boarding started significantly later without clear announcements about the delay etc. Onboard entertainment is outdated (old titles)
It was a good flight. But since this is long flight would be good to have a bit more entertainment on board, like, more movies, WiFi on board. I've enjoyed this flight in general.
Terrible experience top to bottom. Hope to never fly their airline ever again.
One of the worst airlines I have used. My recent flight was delayed taking off, but what was worse is that they allowed us through the gate, got on the bus to the plane to be told in that the plane would not make a the direct flight to London due to fuel shortage and it had to make a stop in another location to pick up fuel. Absolutely shocking!! Can't work out of the A320neo was just short range on that they literally did not have enough fuel at the airport to fuel the plane. Tashkent to London is not a long haul, I have done this before, so therefore I am going to assume it's the lack of fuel at the airport. Not the best staff, they all seem to just go with the flow, no organisation. No control, like herding sheep in a pen at the gate, same when getting off the plane. No control. Food was ok but staff were rude. Better to travel in and out of Tashkent using Turkish airline. I have booked my return flight but will cancel and accept the hit and 1 stop to ensure peace of mind with Turkish airline.
