I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that"

Cons: "Customer Service was horrid except for last attendant. At one point one rep sent us running out of a secured area to retrieve our luggage and then go to British Airways for connection. We had 45 minutes in front of BA ticket rep to get us on BA182 and they took so long we missed the boarding due to reps slow processing to issue ticket. Then we were stuck outside of secured area."
Pros: "I like that Delta is efficient and the service is consistent. I pick Delta because I know what I’m going to get . I like that I can choose the entertainment I want and that everything is at my fingertips including flight info, food and beverage options, etc. it’s relatively comfortable but it’s not near the level of Virgin America or JetBlue."
Cons: "I’m not sure if it is due to LAX construction but it is chaotic at the airport. It is super confusing where you need to go, drop bags, etc. the weird part is Check in was in terminal 3 and gate at terminal 2. That is a long walk back and forth. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this. Besides that, they need to do a better job communicating that seats are changing and not Reggy before boarding. Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. Otherwise, everything went smoothly."

We were almost late to our next flight in Minneapolis to Raleigh which was also pretty upsetting. But, the service was decent, we didn't order any food besides the free complimentary drink & snack and the entertainment was very good. There was a wide range of films, shows, and podcasts to watch."
