Pros: "No entertainment on the plane and plane was very small..."

Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best."

Cons: "I requested a seat with extra legroom due to a medical condition over a month before the flight. I was not granted my request and was in pain for most of the flight."

It turns out there was a stairwell at the end of the jetway, which was to take me to a bus on the tarmac. This was very stressful."

Cons: "I was left at a gate and wasn’t informed of the gate change. I was in a wheelchair and needed assistance. I was left and almost missed my flight. I arrived at the gate with 15 minutes before takeoff. The agent was very rude...she said my seat had been given away. After checking she was wrong."

Cons: "Awful flight attendant that was rude in not passing a snack to us and then not handing a bottle of water to me when snacks were being stroked to the passengers. When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

Cons: "I purchase tickets using credit card points and was not allowed to have seat assignments until 24 hours before the flight. This is NOT going to work for me in the future"

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Pros: "I needed to change my flight because my international flight from Buenos Aires was delayed due to a national work stoppage and I would miss my scheduled Delta flight from JFK to SAV. The cost difference to take a flight later the same day was exorbitant (over a $500 additional cost to the price of the original ticket) so we elected to fly back to SAV two days later. I do not understand how airlines can get away with charging such exorbitant ticket prices--these prices should be regulated!"

Cons: "Delta allowed us to board knowing of possible weather delays at the destination! Once on board the captain announced that we could not take off due to weather at the destination! Why didn't they let us just sit in the airport until Delta knew one way or another? Been sitting, trapped in the plane, no AC, no announcement from the flight crew. Could be waiting in relative comfort inside the airport!!"

Cons: "The United Airlines reps could have shown some empathy to the passengers who were delayed. The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

Cons: "The lady at desk to board the flight made me check my carry on. I had assumed it was because the plane was full, but when I got on the plane there were more than adequate spots to stow more bags. There was a compartment across from my seat that remained open the entire flight. While I completely understand the need to check extra luggage when the plane is full, I was very upset when I saw it was not. I intentionally fly with a carry on for the convenience, and to be inconvenienced for absolutely no reason made me not want to fly with this company again for fear it could happen again in the future."

Cons: "My seat was changed 12 rows back from what I originally booked and I was put in a middle seat. I sat on the phone for over one hour with customer service and again at SFO with representatives of United who could have cared less. We all have choices and United will not be one of mine anymore."

Why is cocktail service so slow? When you are in the back and last to be served its agonizing. Don't open the Coke can! Just slam the thing down and move on when you are in a hurry. Geez."

Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."

Cons: "Terrible internet service for the $8.99 I paid. Also the early departure of passengers who have to catch connecting flights doesn't work when those passengers are in window seats. Just get people off the plane and keep passengers from starting conversations with the crew while exiting"
