Travelers may apply for an exemption from quarantine; to do so, they will need to apply using the self-reporting form and attach a medical certificate with a negative CCOVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
All travelers must visit the New Delhi Airport website and submit a self-declaration form at least 72 hours prior to departure.
All travelers will undergo a thermal screening on arrival and are required to undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in India - 7 days in institutional quarantine and 7 days of home quarantine.
They may be required to provide contact details and be asked to download the Arogya Setu app.
Travelers are not allowed to transit through Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai.

This took about two hours plus an additional hour back at the hotel to cancel our reservations in London and figure out how we were going to get reimbursed for the extra night at the hotel and additional costs. We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross. And of course the food was gross...but that's to be expected, I guess."

Cons: "The check in people need to be more observant. If one's only allowed 2 carry ons, people carrying 3 or more items should not be allowed to board. Also, the on board crew should not allow people to stow more than 1 item in the overhead bins. I watched the woman in front of me store items in 3 different overhead bins."

Pros: "I had a terrible time flying from IAH to Pensacola with United. I was flying on Christmas Day and there were not enough employees from United to help the customers. One of United employees completely disregarded me when I needed help, and I ended up missing my flight."
Cons: "2hr late leaving ord. 2hr late leaving msp. Airline change because of depart time in msp from united to American meaning we had to go from term1 to term 3 at ord in 20 min 21/2 hrs getting home. All delays due to mechanical problems. United needs to get their act together Our last trip with them,if at all possible."
Pros: "Due to weather delays "not able to accommodate" Service representative had an attitude. I understand there are a lot of issues, but it's their job in customer service and if anyone should be upset it should be the customer for not being able to make their flight as scheduled."

Then we were told about 20 minutes later to get back on. No one can see the future. What i did like is that you let us get off the plane for a while before our 3 hour destination. Hey, the pilot told us he was going supersonic) no complaints here. Again, great entertainment, flight didn't last long enough to enjoy the free wifi entertainment."
Cons: "This was a 6 person row plane. As such, with three on each side and more people front to back, I lost leg and shoulder room. At 6'4" & 280 with size 14 feet, you notice these things."
