WiFi didn’t exist , seats were super cramped, lights stayed on near my seat for a long time while others were dimmed, the food/trash/drink cart hit my shoulder at least a couple of times while moving, food options were down to just one option by the time it got to my row, the utensils were garbage (knife bent at a couple of places by the time I was done eating) the spoon was very flimsy plastic

I had enough leg room. The check in was smooth. Good food

Friendliest Flight Attendant I’ve seen since I flew on Southwest Airlines. The whole trip was outstanding…and arrived Early!

It was good overall except from Omaha to Denver when flight a was a repeatedly delayed apparently due to some issue at Denver. Communications could have been handled better. I had to board then deboard with luggage and board again

I didn’t have a seat assignment and my seat was very dirty on the flight from Frankfurt to Budapest.

Left an hour and a half after the listed time. Up side was it had TV screens on the seat.

No screens or meal options. Freezing cold. Dirty seats. Left late.

O’hsre taxi and deboarding took 40 minutes. Needed 20 minutes extra time between connecting flights to avoid running through terminal.

Cree was organized and pleasant. Plane had good seating but as it’s a shuttle toilets hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned (eg. bins too full)

I liked that my son and I were reseated next to each other (we had different bookings). I liked that it was a directg flight and mostly on time. I liked that you provided pillows and blankets. Flight attendants were generally courteous. The messaging through wifi did not work well. The food was not good. Seats are very narrow and I felt slightly claustraphobic in the window seat.

Crew was friendly and seats were comfortable. The connection however there were no free snacks or drinks.

Our flight from Dublin to Coruna did not exist any more. Apparently it was cancelled in February and I was not advised, nor was I offered any flights for rebooking. Happily Aer Lingus found another flight to another city in Spain that was 500 miles from Coruna; I had to pay for a hotel overnight and a revise my rental car that incurred additional costs, and I did not get to Coruna for another 24 hours. I was not at all impressed with Kayak or Chatdeal or Hertz.

OK overall. Flight was delayed Crew on flight was good

Late late late. Delayed and arrived an hour late for a 1 hour 45 minute connection. Every time. Poor record for this company. I try to fly any other carrier first.

This was the smoothest flight I've ever taken with any airline, including Aer Lingus. Typically, there are moments when I feel afraid, but from take off (miraculously seamless!) to cruise, to landing this was a perfect flight. Thank you!

Poor. Plane left EWR late hence missed connecting flight in Dublin. No pro active info from flight staff on connection, only when probed a couple of lies on where we would dock, and on lilelyhood catching connecting flight. Lies as they will have known our EWR-DUB would be parked furthest away from the transit spit - lying it would be next to the AMS flight.

The crew was friendly. The plane was comfortable. In-flight wifi didn't work well at all. The ride was quite turbulent but understandable given the weather.

Checked in ok for 3 flights at the airport check-in desk, but apparently I was not checked in to my connecting flights even though I was assured that I was and had seats on all 3 flights. Aer Lingus departure was also delayed for 1.5 hours which gave no time to collect bags to go through customs.

delayed flight stayed whole night at washington Dallas airport at seats , uncomfortable . i am senior citizen , very tired , worst travel.

I flew economy class. Seats were very good and the crew was excellent

Flight left early and arrived 30 MINUTES early at the destination. Smooth trip.

Flight was 3 hours delayed. They gave our plan to two other routes. Need to knock that off.

The flight was on time and the landing was very smooth. The crew and flight attendants were all very friendly and professional.

Plane was super cold. No entertainment unless you were with mileage program Getting off the plane was super slow

I appreciate that I finally got the seat I paid extra for this time. Thank you

Half of the TSA checkpoints at PHL are closed. Also, there is no standby for first class passengers. You can only standby for coach. Very dated policy and inconsistent with peers.

It would have been nice if American tried to care.

Delayed initially because they couldn’t print the flight details. Poor instruction on delay. When I got on the plane the flight attendant argued with me about whether my carry on would fit (it did, although she didn’t acknowledge that). No greeting (other than arguing with me) getting on or off the plane.

Beverage service was not good. Also just one service in 5 hr 30 min flight. No ask fir water ir anything beside one time beverage service.

They are always late and seats was also not having working charger

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

All good……but luggage didn’t make it on the airplane. Had to wait 3 days. Was a bummer.

Small suitcase used for carryon the last time was refused by boarding crew this time. Appears to be at the discretion and mood of the person on the day. Flight was only half booked, there would have been no problem with space.

It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark, then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate

Flight home was delayed multiple times, did not get home until 2am

All the above categories was great. Seats entirely too cramped.

Flight was good but temp in the cabin was cold.

Departure was delayed leading to late arrival, 25 min wait for a gate. Basically, missed all our connections & had to be rebooted, which was a very long process.

I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.

Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.

Cancelled flight and re booked seats were a downgrade. British Airways said the upgrade was t available but when I checked it was but then they wouldn’t make it right

Someone switched seats in business class so they could sit together and we were left apart (3). Very disappointing. Staff did nothing

Somone switched seats to sit near friend causing us to be disconnected (3) business class. Very disappointed. Staff did nothing.

Boarding was orderly, pilot and flight attendants were nice, entertainment options were good, and low sodium meals were quite tasty.

The whole experience was excellent, O can say out from Miami the best airline to travel with for any European destination. Since the ground staff to the inflight crew attention was great, service on board 10 of 10. Finally the 380 is very confortable and nice to travel.
