Has a major issue with my seat that I paid a premium price for. On the airline website, it showed the seat as the front row. In reality, there was another row in front of me. When I asked the company about it they told me that the front row was reserved for children with bassinets. On both the going and coming back, there were adults in the row in front of me. Coming back, there was a young child in the row to my right with a bassinet who cried constantly, so kept me awake during the long trip back. So I paid for a premium seat that was not premium! Needless to say I will not fly Starlux again.
I liked the space of the bathroom. The seats were not as comfortable for such an expensive cost the the foot rest was broken. A small child cried for several hours and I thought the FA would have assisted the family to calm the child.
STARLUX Airlines has great staff and crew. Well organized for quick boarding of such a large plane out of Phoenix to Taipei. Interior of the aircraft was that of deluxe aircraft.
Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.
Customer service in Hanoi needs work, outside of that, everything was good.
Premium economy seats that I paid extra are not worthed.there was not much difference from the regular economy seats yet I paid alot more for it Disappointed
Leg room was great. Friendly crew. Food is great. Crew always kept the toilet clean.
Starlux was great service and awesome food and drinks👍🏼 will take starlux again for my next vacation👍🏼

It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!
Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back
This was the first time traveling with China Airlines. The Crew, were all professional and bilingual. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to even more space; that process was simple and not super expensive. The meals served were adequate and tasty, and the choices were suitable. After experiencing long flights and being a passenger with China Airlines, I must say I will travel with them again Sincearly Anthony
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.
Staff was so nice and very helpful with directions aswell!
It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.

Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.
Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.
It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.
Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.
Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation
Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.
